Reviews of local pros in Salem, Oregon

Responsive, quick and thorough. Would recommend. Very nice to deal with and will set a schedule to have back.

I had all my windows and vents cleaned in the same morning, I was very pleased with their service.

Richard & Gabby take pride in their work, they are professional at what they do and will leave your place immaculate, use their services you will not regret it!

OCC has been the best! They are reliable, trustworthy and are very good at what they do. They are very detailed oriented and go above and beyond expectation. If you need a cleaner for professional or personal service I hardly recommend them.

OCC is amazing! We've always been happy with their work. They are detail oriented, honest, kind, and dependable. I would use them again and again for all my cleaning needs!

I’m very happy with the great job this team did. OCCSVCS clean a home after water damage construction repairs were completed. They did an excellent, professional, fast and affordable cleaning service. Thank you OCCSVCS for making my day easier.

Their van drives way too fast on the freeway and around town, and their name is absolutely offensive. Please consider changing so as to not minimize and ridicule an actually painful disorder that entails far more than a preference for cleanliness.

Chelsea and Jackie did great work in my unit today 12/04/20 here at Oakhill apartments thank u for the great service

Linda was fabulous! She truly took her time and left our office building sparkling!

Talented, amazing artist. The work that Jen does doesn’t begin to compare. I’ve seen that woman work magic.

Always excellent work. We have been using them for 5 years to clean our rental units when we get a turnover.

This company is amazing. From the start when i reached out to get the bid to the end when the house was finished. Everyone was professional and kind andi will be using this service again.

Great job Josie! My carpet looks like new. I would recommend Universal Shine to anyone.

I am extremely pleased with Katie & Heather from Universal Shine, they have been on time, professional, friendly and do a great job of cleaning!

Although I didn’t have them clean my carpets, they were working on one of the neighboring houses when my roommate and I found a devil sized spider in our garage. We found about 5 and were trying to formulate a game plan as to how we were going to begin the mini murder spree that was about to ensue. My roommate stomped the first two, found a third and fourth and then we tried to calm down long enough to kill big daddy. This monster of a spider had murder in his eyes and I could feel it. As we were doing the normal high pithed panic that ones does when they come into contact with something this inhumane, a wonderful woman that works for this company (who watched all of this occur) came over with a broom and whooped that spider into another dimension. She was our guardian angel and I can’t thank her enough. So this company and that sweet sweet woman especially get 5 stars from me.

Linda was here to clean our Salem office today. She was professional - fast - and so sweet. This place is spotless!! Thank you Linda!!

Great work and very professional!

We love Universal Shine. Very responsive, kind and quick to let us know if there is an issue. Happy to work with them!
