Pfeiffer Roofing did a super job on cleaning my mossy roof. The fellow who came to do the work checked everything out in case anything was loose, got rid of all the debris on the roof, carefully hand cleaned off the moss, and put a preventive on the roof. He also unplugged a gutter, and then cleaned up everything, leaving the place looking great. He worked all day in the rain, stayed friendly and gracious. A real asset to the company!

They responded to a roof leak within the same day I called them and were able to diagnose where the leak was coming from. It started snowing and it was nearly dark so they had to leave but returned the next day and fixed us up. Very happy with their promptness.

We had our roof installed by Pfeifer Roofing a few years ago and now they are doing Roof Maintenance and Gutter Cleaning for us! We are now on a scheduled bi- yearly inspection and cleaning! They had two nice gentleman out, it only took 3 hours, they applied moss control the roof looks good! They will be out in late spring to check how things went moss wise! I’m thankful for the help and hoping the moss stays away! They did a great job with clean up around the property and cleaned the front of the gutters off as well. Which was great, because I painted the house and cleaned the gutter’s inside and out in August… It’s also nice knowing the warranty is protected having Pfeifer Roofing do the Maintenance! ! Go with Pfeifer you will not be disappointed!

Absolutely the best service! We suffered roof damage from a rain and wind storm. I called the next day and Eric came out later the same afternoon to review the damage and gave us an estimate. A crew came out on Saturday and fixed the roof! Zeke in the office is a sheer joy to work with and the three young men who worked on the roof were diligent, efficient and very polite. We are so grateful! The price was very fair and the roof looks great! Thanks guys!!

We got our Pfeifer roof in 2008 and it has been perfect. We discovered a leak a few weeks ago and got extremely prompt service. They came and fixed it and we are completely satisfied. It is refreshing to work with a company that knows their business so well and provides exceptional service.

Replacing one’s roof can be stressful. Especially if it includes seven skylights as ours did. However, the folks at Pfeifer Roofing made the process easy for us. They held our hand all the way from the evaluation/bidding process to the finished project. We had multiple presentations from four companies, but not were as thorough and professional as Jess Yoder with Pfeifer. He set expectations on cost and time and explained the new roofing process to us. Once Pfeifer got the contract, they were right on track with a start date. The roofing team is stellar! The crew always arrived on time. They were an efficient, friendly, and respectful group of people! Each night they would communicate the next day’s start. And that was AFTER they cleaned up from the day’s work; they left our property cleaner than they found it! Again setting and meeting or exceeding expectations. Pfeiffer did a great job for us. They answer their phone! They are friendly! The staff they sent to our house to troubleshoot were very thorough. The spent the time needed to make sure they knew what was wrong. I had a quote within an hour. It was reasonable. The process to confirm was easy and fast. Our repair was scheduled quickly and the repair was done within a week or so. We would highly recommend them.

I selected Pfeiffer Roofing to bid on cleaning our twenty year three tab original roof on our rental dwelling in SE Salem based upon my review of their website content, longevity in business, video, and research on roofing. I am a retired claim adjuster. After their free estimate for cleaning, with photos, I conferred with their estimator, Eric, whose additional input led me to request a replacement estimate which had Owens-Corning at three quality levels and Certainteed Weather Flex class four which I chose after meeting and viewing samples. I was delighted they were able to fit our house in a weather break in a few days and install the roof. The contract had a contingency that if sheathing among other components were found defective as the work began they would replace them with CDX plywood without need for additional authorization. I had hoped the roof sheathing would not have damage from leaks but six sheets needed replacement and I viewed them on site at mid day of the first day. I texted my awareness.
I am delighted with the quality of service and appearance of the roof which has a twenty five year warranty. I highly recommend considering Pfeiffer Roofing.

Pfeifer’s estimate was the lowest by a wide margin, but it came with all the guarantees of the other two estimates. That made the decision easy. Once the roofing crew arrived, I knew that I had made a good choice. The roofers were competent, courteous, and professional, and they were meticulous about cleaning up around the house once the job was complete. I was especially impressed by the number of times a Pfeifer inspector came to the house to check the work in progress. The inspector explained that the visits were part of the company’s commitment to maintaining its certifications within the roofing industry. The inspector found a few small issues that needed attention, and the roofers took care of them right away. I’m very happy with how this project turned out.

We have used Mighty Clean many times over the years. They do a great job, and they are very professional. On Thanksgiving I dropped an entire glass of red wine on my parents light colored carpet!! I was so upset. I called Mighty Clean the next day and they came out that morning. I was totally expecting to pay, but he didn’t charge me since we have been long time customers. He went way above and beyond. We are so appreciative.
