Received written bid for gutters and power washing. Needed to get a home ready for sale. Two weeks later and day before job Brenda text me and said Brian drove by job and they did not want to do now. No courtesy phone call, nothing just text saying sorry we will not do the job. Put me in a bind on timing and very unprofessional.

A small section of our gutter on the back corner of the house was damaged from the ice storm. Dr Gutter was very responsive and prompt. We had him replace the damaged section and clean the front gutter. He was on time, efficient with their time and professional. The price was reasonable as well. Others have been non responsive or no shows. Good customer service is rare these days. Give them a call!

We had Pfeifer replace a 20+ year old roof that was worse than it should have been due to very bad venting of the roof. I had five companies quote the roof replacement and, in the process, learned about methods to improve roof venting. Our house has very low ridge vent area to attic floor area. There are online roof vent calculators that help you understand what is needed. (Owens Corning site has one). The Pfeifer quote had the most straight forward and best approach to fixing our problem of the 5 quotes I had done. Plus Jess pointed out 5 fans that previously vented to the ridge vent which caused moisture damage to the roof plywood. Pfeifer added separate individual vents for the fans. We have a very large roof which required a full 2 weeks to finish. The Pfeifer team was very conscience and detailed and did daily cleanups. They answered my questions as best they could. The site manager, Isaac, was available to answer detailed questions. Isaac came back and did a final roof inspection after the team completed their work and inspected for anything missed that had fallen around the house. He also helped me inspect their work up in the attic and pointed out how and where the new vents were cut into the plywood so that they worked properly!

The lady that answered the phone was so sweet and listened. Had an estimate from 2 employees then roofers came out and completed work. Fast and efficient. I did have to call about getting appt after estimation and they came out tha same day. . .

The quality of the work itself was great. Everything was left clean, the workers were very respectful of my property.
The only negative , if there is one, is that in years past I was contacted by your staff to notify me that it was time to clean and treat my roof and set up an appointment. That was not the case this year. It’s been more than a year since it was last done and I had not been contacted so I contacted you. If notifying your past customers is no longer your policy, I’ll put it in my calendar for the next time it’s due. Thank you.

Highly recommend! We hired Pfeifer to replace our roof. After quotes from 3 different places, they were the cheapest and got the roof replaced in less than 2 days. The workers were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves.

The guys who replaced my roof were very professional. The weather was very hot but they worked very hard, paid attention to details. They were friendly and did a very nice job.

Had annual roof maintenance done. The crew were hardworking and dd a great job. We had just had a windstorm and my yard and driveway were covered with debris from the trees. The guys cleaned it all up for me for no charge.

Pfeifer roofing has been my go too for my roofing needs out in West Salem. All of the projects I have used them for have had no issues. They are courteous and professional, and easy to work with.

I have depended on Pfeifer Roofing Inc. to complete annual inspection, roof & gutter cleaning, moss control treatments and gutter cleanup for many years. They are so easy to work with, professional and do a great job of cleaning up too.

It was time to get a new roof. Although it did not leak (yet). Two insurance companies would not insure our home because of the old roof. We went with Pfeifer Roofing for two reasons. 1st, a trusted friend recommended them. 2nd, their sales / estimate person took the time to throughly discuss and document my concerns.

The home is an Italianate Victorian built in 1884 and I new it required updated flashing. I also wanted the estimate to include the labor and skill required to remove and install the original decorative iron fretwork.

The Pfeifer roofing crew was friendly and professional. The crew’s superintendent kept me in the loop by providing photos of the progress. The new roof looks great. The wood work they did to update the flashing blended in beautifully. I could not be more pleased.
