Roofing & Gutters reviews in Salem, Oregon

Fast, honest, and quality work. The roof repairs came out great and the crew was very professional. Definitely recommend..

We recently renovated our home, which was very much needed. Hiring a painter, roofer, and gutter installer was not an easy process. The painter came highly recommended by family, and during the roofing consultation, the contractor also mentioned he could install new gutters and gave us a great price for the installation.

We are extremely satisfied with the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall professionalism throughout the project. I would highly recommend R&H Roofing & Siding to anyone looking for quality work and dependable service.

Thank you, Ruben Herrera, for the outstanding job!

He's a hard worker and does a good. The finished roof looks great.

They came out gave a great bid and done the job fast. I am so happy that my garage is leak free now. Thank you so much for a great job

Very thorough throughout the process. Attentive to details in every aspect. Helped with choosing appropriate colors and texture. Upgraded ventilation system to minimize attic temperature and humidity issues. Addressed problem areas noted with previous roof. Highly recommended and would use their services again.

Ruben of R&H Roofing and Siding and his crew worked around my schedule as the house was being painted. Not only did I purchase new gutters from R&H, but they cleaned my roof, trimmed tree limbs and replaced some facia board, all at a very reasonable price.

R&H roofing did a great job on our roof! The attention to detail was excellent. Cleanup was great! Had 50 mile an hour wind at the coast and no problems !

He came and gave me a quote. It was a lot less than these big companies. He was well prepared when he showed up to do the job and he and his crew even late in the day to complete it on time. My roof looks great and I will happily recommend them to my friends and family.

I recently needed a new roof and it was my good fortune to contact R&H Roofing. The response to my inquiry was quick, the roof inspection made, and a reasonable estimate given. The work was professionally done on schedule. I highly recommend R&H to anyone needing their services.

I recommend R&H roofing as a satisfied customer. The company replaced my roof quickly and efficiently. Ruben Herrera represented the company professionally and cares about his customers. He is a good communicator with lots of experience. I am certain that you will have a positive experience working with this dedicated team. They provide free estimates so be sure to get in touch!

Very knowledgeable and professional, and when insurance was giving us the runaround her was understanding and worked with us. If another tree falls on our house I would go to Ruben again in a heartbeat.

We loved R & H roofing. They gave Driftwood Fellowship a great deal on are urgently needed roof repair. Both Ruben and Daniel were wonderful to get to know, we felt we could trust them and we were not disappointed. Our roof was not easy with such a steep pitch on the main roof, and an even steeper pitch on the bell tower. Thanks Ruben and Daniel on your great work. We would recommend R & H to churches, businesses and private homes.

Very pleased with R&H Roofing & Siding, Salem, OR. I have a flat roof garage which was leaking during heavy winter rains. I have a neighbor who had the PVC Membrane applied to their flat roof last summer, & recommended R&H Roofing when I asked about their experience. So, I decided to have the same PVC process applied to my garage roof now that things have dried out. I called yesterday, Ruben came to do an estimate, & did the work today. Very glad to see the clean result, happy with the reasonable price, & such prompt service. Thanks so much, Ruben.

Had a leak in my sunroom from a questionable installation and called Ruben - he was able to come out right away and discuss repair options. I also needed a gutter installed and he was able to get that up quickly and professionally - and it's much nicer than the rest of what i have currently installed. He's very friendly and knowledgeable but most importantly honest. I am so pleased with the work he and his crew have done and will absolutely hire him in the future. Thanks Ruben!

I want to think RNH roofing and siding they did a spectacular job on my driveway with the coating they did On my driveway. these gentlemen took pride on their work. I would highly recommend it to anybody Very respectable and hard-working and honest people. Thank you, gentlemen job well done

We had Pfeifer replace a 20+ year old roof that was worse than it should have been due to very bad venting of the roof. I had five companies quote the roof replacement and, in the process, learned about methods to improve roof venting. Our house has very low ridge vent area to attic floor area. There are online roof vent calculators that help you understand what is needed. (Owens Corning site has one). The Pfeifer quote had the most straight forward and best approach to fixing our problem of the 5 quotes I had done. Plus Jess pointed out 5 fans that previously vented to the ridge vent which caused moisture damage to the roof plywood. Pfeifer added separate individual vents for the fans. We have a very large roof which required a full 2 weeks to finish. The Pfeifer team was very conscience and detailed and did daily cleanups. They answered my questions as best they could. The site manager, Isaac, was available to answer detailed questions. Isaac came back and did a final roof inspection after the team completed their work and inspected for anything missed that had fallen around the house. He also helped me inspect their work up in the attic and pointed out how and where the new vents were cut into the plywood so that they worked properly!

The lady that answered the phone was so sweet and listened. Had an estimate from 2 employees then roofers came out and completed work. Fast and efficient. I did have to call about getting appt after estimation and they came out tha same day. . .

The quality of the work itself was great. Everything was left clean, the workers were very respectful of my property.
The only negative , if there is one, is that in years past I was contacted by your staff to notify me that it was time to clean and treat my roof and set up an appointment. That was not the case this year. It’s been more than a year since it was last done and I had not been contacted so I contacted you. If notifying your past customers is no longer your policy, I’ll put it in my calendar for the next time it’s due. Thank you.

Great people very reasonable prices and have always been on time! I would recommend Pfeifer Roofing to anyone who needs work done or even an inspection! They deserve more stars than 5
