Contractor reviews in Scappoose, Oregon

I work with Jobin Roofing exclusively because I know their quality, service, care and value stands up 100% of the time! Michael Hougaard is a fantastic representative who listens, goes the extra mile and makes the process fun!

Great local company

Was very satisfied with the quality of work and their flexibility of schedule

These guys were great to work with and did a tremendous job on my roof

This post is way overdue. We hired Adam in November, 2019 for our driveway construction and house digout. We had only lived in the area for a couple of years and were not familiar with any of the local contractors. Adam was recommended by Louie Family Enterprises for our excavation/land development. He's local, grew up out here, and just a small family business. He was extremely prompt and professional, and very responsive. He did a beautiful job with the digout and final product, and he completed the whole project in only 3 or 4 days. He is a very nice guy and was a pleasure to work with. I liked him so much on our first meeting that I didn't get any competing bids, so I can't say how affordable he is. But, I can say that we are extremely happy with his work and definitely feel that it was worth every penny. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excavation/property development.

Great contractor. Professional and prepared to do the work. Used jobin construction 3 time very easy to work with.

Adam and his team were top notch! On time, knew what he was doing and was priced best around after many quotes!

From excavator placement of large rock to stabilize a failing slope abutting my house to grading and graveling my driveways Jobin Construction’s work was high quality, on-time and completed at a reasonable cost. They went the extra yard to work my job in. Excellent equipment, operators and ethics!

Once again Jobin has done a great job for us on one of our additions. Zac was very helpful in finding the best match to the existing roof and didn't spend money where we didn't need too. I always appreciate the professionalism they bring to a project and look forward to working with them again.

The Jobin roofing team has been the absolute best company to work with. They redid our roof and it was 10x better than the original. They are honest, dependable, and 💯 stand behind their work. They are quick to respond to questions and concerns, even years later and consistently go above and beyond.

Adam and team were awesome! He’s very professional, knows his stuff and very honest. He doesn’t do things halfway. Would definitely recommend him. Don’t hesitate to give him a shout!

In 2022 Adam removed a failed culvert and installed a new one for my tree farm. The job was large and required working with state regulators. Adam did the work with amazing efficiency and in a very short time frame. Every aspect of the job was handled with care and professionalism. Adam is a very personable and easy to communicate with individual, with great technical ability as well. The project has held up perfectly. I can recommend him without any reservation.

Jobin Construction did work for us a couple of years ago on a busy commercial parking lot in Scappoose, OR.
After trenching, they removed and replaced several hundred feet of drain pipe connecting the catch basins to a drywell, rock backfilled and repaved the trench.
Their price was fair and all work was done in a professional manner. We would certainly recommend them.

Adam resurfaced our old neglected gravel driveway with crushed asphalt. He fixed our puddling and drainage issues and it looks fantastic. He did a great job, was very easy to work with and responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.

Great service and the $200 off helped too, will definitely use Peak in the future!!!!

Fast, friendly, and efficient! Our staff was very pleased with how prompt and thorough Chris was.

They came promptly on a same day emergency call and were courteous and took care of the issue quickly.
