My icemaker was on warranty so it didn’t cost me anything but the Service Technician Ben Was awesome! It took several tries, but he finally got the right part and he was pleasant throughout the whole experience

I just moved into a new home and Sharper Service Solutions is the repair services that works with the store where all my appliances were purchased 10 years ago. They knew each and every appliance before they walked in the door. My dishwasher was retaining, dirty water, and it turned out that the line through the disposal was clogged. The repair was quick and the cost was palatable. Thank you so much to Sharper Service Solutions.

Sharper Service Solutions was very friendly and helpful. They fixed my washer in a fast and timely manner. I will definitely use them for future service calls.

It took a few days to get on the calendar 📅 to be seen to diagnosis the JennAir dishwasher.
But, it was worth the wait as Frank, the Reno branch person who incredibly on time, persistent in evaluating the problem and efficient in ordering the necessary parts to repair. He scheduled a follow up appointment right away.
The event took place on a Friday and amazingly the part showed up on Saturday (next day) (kudos to Whirlpool).
A call to Sharper first thing Monday had Frank back out at my house 🏠 Tuesday at 8 am over a week earlier than the previously scheduled revisit.
Frank showed his caring and persistence to quality in retrieving the dishwasher to replace the electrical wiring as whomever installed it 2.5 years ago placed a block of wood 🪵 that blocked the machine from getting extracted.

The result was excellent even though it caused him to spend a little more time than expected.

Choice warranty using Sharper was a splendid choice!

I would give Sharper a 6 out of 5!

I’m always reluctant when I have to have an appliance repairman come out – especially when it’s because something relatively new fails. That was the case when I needed to call the manufacturer of my new dryer when it suddenly stopped working after only 5 weeks. I always expect, from experience, that any technician will not treat it with the same care I do, and I end up having dents and scratches in something that should look new for years. NOT THE CASE WITH SHARPER SERVICE SOLUTIONS! They were incredibly accommodating to get someone out to me as soon as they could. We communicated fully via text message during the entire scheduling process and they were very responsive. Jared, the technician who came to help us, is a rockstar. He’d clearly had a long day of repairs that were more challenging than expected, given that he arrived 1 hour after our window at the end of the day. But he kept us informed as to his ETA, and when he finally arrived he treated us like we were his first stop of the day. He diagnosed our issue quickly, got to work pulling apart nearly all of our new dryer, and when he was was finished an hour later we could hardly tell he’d been there…except that our dryer was once again working perfectly. THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE WE’VE HAD WITH APPLIANCE REPAIR. From start to finish, Sharper Service Solutions is fantastic.

Thank you, Sharper Service for servicing my Whirlpool dishwasher. As a warranty service, the manufacturer dispatched them to perform my repair. I identified the issues I was experiencing, and the tech called the issue over the phone. He ordered the part and rescheduled me to an earlier repair date when an opportunity presented itself.

Repair was fast: pulling out the installed dishwasher was the last thing I wanted to do. The tech was able to do it quickly, as well as swapping the part and putting it back together. It was running a cleaning cycle when the tech left. Everything was fast and efficient. Thanks, Sharper Service.

Jake was helpful and professional, he spent time to take apart my LG dryer and look for the problem that was not easily detected. He explained what the problem was and offered to order another parts that was needed. I recommend Sharper Service Solutions.

Our technician was terrific! He listened to our concerns and was attentive to the details. This was second time he was out to repair our washer and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I would highly recommend your company and our repair man, Michael.

We had checked almost everything. Tech, (I think his name was Mike?) was great. He used needle nose pliers and retrieved a color safe washing sheet that was lodged behind the drain pump filter. Apparently it went all the way thru the tub to the filter. He provided excellent service.

Our washing machine was contiuing to run evern after the cycle was completed and making funny noises. The serviceman came out and assessed it and made some great suggestions to try to help with it, as well as thoroughly explaining what was occuring, he asked us to call him back and let him know. We followed up as they didn't help. He ordred a new motherboard for the washing machine and came and replaced it. He's a great repairman and we were very impresed with his customer service skills. We highly recommend them.

Jake was wonderful, all of my interactions leading up to my appointment were prompt and informative. He was able to jump right in to the issue and diagnosed my machine’s problem quickly. Painless and professional!

Michael was great! Took a couple of minutes to access the situation, ask a few questions and BAM!! Knew how to fix the problem, fixed it quickly, all the while being friendly and fun to interact with, and was shortly on his way.

Sharper Service has been great and the tech, Mike is amazing. He has been out for several service calls and/or repairs to our “favorite” freezer and always does a great job explaining and taking care of us.

My repair was made under a warranty repair. The first company was terrible. It took eight different schedules over a period of six weeks. I went back to the company I purchased my washer from and they set me up with this company. They had a repairman to my house in two days. Jacob looked at the machine and ordered a part. He returned three days later and fixed the machine. Very quick service and friendly repairman.

Elliot was very good at communicating his arrival. Our refrigerator had been poorly serviced by another service provider, so Elliot was clear that he would do his best to diagnose the issue. He came prepared and did what he said he would do. I recommend Sharper Service for their honesty and professionalism. Next time, I'll choose them first.

Our new LG refrigerator with a craft ice maker needed a warranty repair. LG had Sharper Solutions come do the repair. They did an awesome job and even took care of ordering the correct part after LG sent the incorrect part. Very professional and great communicators! Unsure about pricing as it was a warranty repair so there was no cost to us.

We used Sharper Service for a warranty repair on a washer/dryer combo. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and had all of the tools needed to complete the repair. They had the warranty parts shipped to our house ahead of time so every thing needed was here when the technician arrived. The technician was very knowledgeable about our specific washer and was able to complete the repair quickly. When I have appliances that need repairs in the future, I will definitely call Sharper Services.

Josh did an amazing job of communicating with me, and even arrived earlier than expected. Service was completed in a timely manner, and I would highly recommend this company. This was paid for by Whirlpool because it was a fix for a consistent part failure on this washer.
