We basically had a washer that ate itself. Transmission made very loud noise. Called in our warranty and Jerid showed up. Assessed the problem and told us he would be ordering parts to the house.
He came back less than a week later and got everything torn apart. Started cleaning and replacing parts. Through no fault of his a brand new piece he ordered (main motor) arrived broken.
He showed me and gave advice on some things he noticed. Things like pet hair and human hair build up. Things left in pockets and how they can cause issues.
Jerid was very helpful, cleaned everything and was very professional. The washing machine is now working like brand new. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have appliances, washer, dryer, or refrigerator repaired. -
The customer service is what makes this a 5 star review. Didn’t fix the fridge the first visit but they made sure to come right back out and add it right as soon as possible. We are very thankful for that and our service guy was awesome :) 5 stars for him!

I recently had Sharper Service Solution come repair my washing machine. I was able to contact them and make an appointment with a phone call. The technician came out the next day. He was professional and knowledgeable. He determined the problem quickly. He ordered the part, which arrived in 24 hours. He replaced the part, tested the machine successfully. I would not hesitate to call them again if I needed appliance repair. They are truly knowledgeable and currently with technology and new and older machines.

Sharper Service were prompt in coming out to diagnose a problem with my Samsung Refridgerator's Ice Maker. Brian, the repair tech was very friendly and professional. He was able to identify the issue, give us a quote and ordered the part. He texted a few days later to say that the part was in, and that he would be out that afternoon to install it. Sharper Solutions were easier to deal with that Samsung was. High recommend - we have ice again!!

I requested a warranty repair, Electrolux sent these folks. Tech named Jake arrived on time, after calling to arrange a time to arrive. He diagnosed the issue in short order, ordered the part while I watched, and had my stove back running one work day later. Polite, nice, quick, and clean... Nothing could be better... I will be calling these folks for all my appliance repair work from now on.

The technician was super kind and respectful. Was very mindful of our home and even offered to take his shoes off when he saw shoes at the door.
He went out of his way to keep me informed on what he was seeing and all our options. He answered every question I had.
He was quickly in and out of the house and he cleaned up after himself.
He even called us a few days later to ensure the dishwasher was working good again.
Great communication and work.
Would definitely recommend this company for repairs. -
Our Maytag dishwasher purchase via Costco stopped pumping water within 20 months after we purchased it. Costco coordinated with Sharper Services for the repair which was under Costco's extended 2-year warranty so the repair did not cost anything. The technicians on the phone could have saved a lot of time for the in-person technician if they had passed on the information I provided. They ordered the wrong parts for the repair but the in-person technician (Zach) figured out the problem within 5 minutes and submitted an order for the correct part. . From start-to-finish it took about 2 weeks to get it fixed.

Technology wise, they know their products, They are efficient and effective. My only issue is knowing for certain as to whether a call to their voicemail will have a timely return. Thus far theirhave been no issues with receiving a return of call or for a prompt (schedule permitting)) an on site visit. That would manifest in real time as to not knowing whether or not a trouble shooting call would take place until the day of the event. Understandably, this make it more challenging for most households to effectively schedule.

Very quick for scheduling once part was ordered. Was given two conflicting times which would not be a big deal but added stress when we were already juggling schedules due to being out of town. The technician did not remove his shoes or have shoe covers going through the house and left the broken parts here. Was covered under an extended warranty sonic sure if the level of service was do to insurance paying for it however not the best experience other than timely

I’m a 100% service connected disabled veteran. I was disappointed to hear that Sharper which is a contractor of Samsung is Veteran unfriendly.
Since I bought my washer and dryer from Best Buy and they set it up as a stackable unit I would have to move or pay them to do it. I declined. My rent takes up half of my income since I’m on VA disability.
I have the Best Buy Extended Warranty but it’s not covered until the manufacturers has expired.
That’s taking advantage of someone who was injured while serving this country protecting them.
What a worthless company!
Please don’t give them your business or money. Give your business to a Veteran Friendly Company!!
Thank you.

My washer was repaired after 3rd visit. The first was to assess the problem the second replaced the electronic and the 3rd replaced the mechanical. I did not rate higher because 1. He left greasy hand and finger prints which were not wiped off. 2. He wanted me to dispose of the non core parts which I would have been charged and or written up for. He eventually took the larger parts and left the smaller ones for me to dispose of. Also I stepped on a broken piece of plastic ring which was left on my floor. The communication was terrible between the office and their service tech and me. The office set up times which the service man was unable to follow. He did call by 9am and usually was at my place working 15-30 min. The professionalism was definitely not there. Although, he did fix the problem. Just left me a bit of a mess a couple small chips in the enamel and a small scratch. The washer does work now noise and vibration free.

Service person did not make us feel like he was willing to demonstrate how to reset our fridge filter but just said “look @ your manual.” There was a very different experience with the service & helpful attitude we had with service from Mike in the past.
This person did show us how to tighten the fridge handle if it loosens in future. -
The technician that came out to my house to repair my LG washer combo was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He berated me because he didn’t have the parts to fix my washer even after I called 3 days prior to make sure the parts would be coming out with the technician and was told the technician would have everything needed to fix my machine.

Kennewick Location - Angel V. broke my bread maker while pushing my fridge. Angel said to call the office to talk to the manager about compensation for it. Called and talked to receptionist, told to talk to Paul Manning. Called him, left voicemail. Called Paul next day since no call back. Paul deferred to Travis the manager, no call. So they break my stuff, leave, and don't call back at all and defer accountability. Then they close the claim. This was through Lowe's Protection plan so hopefully I can reopen the claim and dispute it.

I have a washer and rober inside the washer is moldy and needs replacement. They told me it is my problem. I did not take care of washer. This part is not covered, even I had worrenty through Costco. First technician said , that they going to order part. You have to wait. I waited a week called LG. They told me technician said it works perfectly fine!!

I have been waiting for a tech to return to install a part for my washer since the beginning of August. This was for a GE warranty repair if that makes any difference in the service. They came, looked at the machine, said they would order a part and come back to install it. The tech himself was no problem at all. The parts arrived to our house, I called and the company scheduled me 2 weeks out. When the date came, they said the tech was injured and they scheduled out another few weeks. I understand the tech was injured and they should be taking care of themselves but I would expect the company to sent another tech. It has now been a month and we have another week to wait. Very poor service and timing. It has been over a month needing to go to the laundromat. When I asked for another tech they just said they couldn't do anything. Maybe it is because it is warranty repair but if I have to call again I will definitely let GE know they need to look at other options.

I received dubious service by this company on a warranty service for my dishwasher and want to warn others to avoid at all costs! In my case I was encouraged to file a BBB complaint about thie company, which I have done. Not going to share all the deets. Just read the dishwasher service reviews and make your own informed decision. Oh, and photograph/video the repair / install people as they do the work. You may be surprised how professional they become.

We had a warranty repair in Medford. Both times the repair technician came out, I think his name was Brandon, he was abrasive and rude. He complained about a bunch of stuff including the tube lights installed in the laundry room. The appointment scheduler made no notes about our request to be serviced after 12pm so we had to cancel plans when our options were 830am or the following week the morning of the appointment. The technician left a huge dent in our dryer and left the dryer vent unhooked claiming he didn't want to squeeze back there to put it together.

The service tech we had come out three times from this business is the absolute worst. Horrible attitude, horrible service and doesn't want to do any work. Insists that it's an electrical issue even though we've had a certified electrician check it. I intend to tell Whirlpool that they should cut their ties with using this business for warranty issues. I'm only leaving one start because I have to. Otherwise I wouldn't give them any stars.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I scheduled a service appointment for my Speed Queen washing machine, and everything was confirmed in advance. However, on the day of the appointment, the technician was a no call, no show.
When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that the technician would not be coming out after all. I was given an apology, but also told there was nothing they could do about it. I mentioned that a courtesy call would have been the bare minimum, especially since I rearranged my schedule to be home.
If you choose to do business with this company, I strongly recommend calling multiple times before your appointment to make sure they actually plan to show up. -
One of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
Sharper is contracted by LG to do at least some of their repairs in the Portland area and it has been a total disaster. We've had a technician visit our home on at least four separate occasions and our dishwasher is still not fixed. To make matters worse, LG claims that Sharper has failed to provide them with the necessary information to process - or even consider - our request for a refund.
If you can, avoid this company at all costs!
