Services provided did not meet the expectations as outlined in their quote (bushes not trimmed, weeds not done). Communication is very poor. I would not recommend them.

Junior and his team were exceptional, and for a bargain price. They installed an 5 zone irrigation system for us. I highly recommend them!

My father's property was weed-choked, vegetation was greatly overgrown, a deck was rotted through, and the walkways were covered in moss. American Landscape transformed this mess in one day and I couldn't believe the difference it made. The crew's attention to detail and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. Terrible company..unreliable..unprofessional.
Showed up to "fix" our irrigation system. Couldn't find the valve promised to be back with the right tools. Never came back when promised. Jesus stated they will come the following day. We stayed home both days to receive them. They never showed up and not answering calls. Ghosting us on all their numbers.
Stay away. Will contact city of Sherwood and BBB.

Had the valves for my irrigation system replaced, and they did that work well. Unfortunately they didn't finish the job on the day of and never came back, and never followed up. I only heard from them again when the bill showed up. Truly sad that such a mediocre business can exist if not thrive 😔 Never again will I hire these folks.

I didn't visit, whoever found my cell phone went to these locations.

We hired DeSantis Landscapes to redesign our backyard space. Their designer Ryan Kauffman was great to work with. He spent all the time we needed working to create a fabulous space using his own design expertise but also including our ideas. The finished product is outstanding, his crew worked very hard to build the design Ryan envisioned with professionalism and careful attention to details. We would not hesitate to hire DeSantis for any future projects.

I couldn't be happier with DeSantis Landscapes! From the initial bid process through the final day of construction, the team was spot on professional. We completely revamped our backyard space of about 1,800 sq. ft. to include a shed demo, several large plants removed, a drainage system, a gravel pad for a new shed, new sod, re-vamp irrigation system, some lighting, the planting of 12 plus plants, one Japanese Maple and 12 Arborvitae. Andy gave a fair bid and kept to budget throughout, coming up to Portland to check on the project's progress on a regular basis from start to finish. He also offered great advice as to how to care for the new various plants, trees and lawn. Luis, Mateo and crew were awesome as well. Always on time, always cleaned up at the end of the day and consistently showed pride and respect for the project! The entire team was friendly and very approachable from start to finish. I'm almost sad it's done... I guess we'll have to have them back to do the front next! I would highly recommend this company for your landscaping needs! Here's an extra star, well deserved! ⭐️

Desantis has been a constant source of frustration at my condo complex. They’ve been repeatedly asked to post signage or provide notice before spraying herbicides, and they still refuse — even though that’s a basic safety standard in any multi family residential setting.

Today they were out spraying in 93 degree heat, which is not only unsafe (herbicides like Roundup can drift and lose effectiveness in high temps), but also inconsiderate to residents with pets, gardens, or health sensitivities. No warnings. No signage. Just toxic chemicals in the air.

To make matters worse, they regularly park their trucks in the fire lane, blocking emergency access routes without a second thought. Multiple complaints have gone ignored.

Desantis acts like they’re above basic accountability, and the quality of their work doesn’t make up for the risk and hassle they bring. If your HOA is considering hiring them- speak up before it’s too late.

Our yard has never looked better. Great attention to detail. Our brick walkway looks great since Blue Sky took over and got all the little weeds and grasses out from between the stones. Bernie always respond promptly if we need something. Best yard service ever!

They clean by blowing leaves and debris on surrounding properties versus picking up. Tried to address with gardener and he ignored me and turned on his blower . I also called the owner Bernie and he said his name was Juan and he would look into it. Update, still weeks after Juan will look into, no communication from company. In my opinion the lack of communication and solving the situation shows the nonexistent of professionalism and values of the company .l solved the problem by changing my yard maintenance to the following day so l don’t have to redo my cleanup of my yard.

I have never been contacted and you continued to disrespect my concerns by continuing your unprofessional behavior. This property was vacant for months during your actions. Now new owners have moved in and hopefully you will stop your continued practices and stop lying you have handled the situation , God bless!

What can I say other than amazing! Bernie was quick to respond and even quicker at getting the job done! What a great guy and a great company! I will be using his company again in the future for all my landscaping needs! Thank you Bernie!
