These guys do weekly ground keeping’s for our apartment complex and they are super unprofessional. They have messed with my lawn decor multiple times. They continuous leaf blow our cars for no seeming reason after we’ve asked them not to multiple times due to our cars having paint issues. Have reach out several times to the manager and they still haven’t fixed it, same crew of guys each time. Don’t recommend these guys at all!

If I can say one thing is that they aren’t careful with your vehicles. Talk about honesty but they’re not. Make sure to have cameras on your property!!!!! I’ve had both of my new trucks hit and they only said something about the second incident because they where caught right away and confronted, plus on camera. The first incident they denied and say they didn’t hit my truck but hey what a coincidence that it happens 2x!!!!!! Very disappointed. But hey that’s why they’re very low rating. Now let’s talk about Oliver one of the owners who’s a very dishonest person yet he came to my residence and SEEN the mess near my vehicles but you know what the first incident they still haven’t paid for the damages!!!!!! I can’t stress enough on how much camera equipment can really save you time and money!! That’s one thing though you can’t lie in video. But like I said the first truck they hit they still haven’t paid damage.

Do not hire! Cornell Woods Apts did and the workers blast every car in lot with blowers, casting rocks pebbles wood leaves at and onto our cars. Damaging paint denting car bodies. I watched as stones and parking lot debris flew into my car and hit the glass on my car And all over landscaping. Worst company to hire! Zero consideration for our property and people I've ever seen!!!!

agreed with previous review, blasting cars with dirt, rocks, leaves etc. Heading out to my car for work is always a surprise! Hate it. Taking the time to wash my car seems useless now 😂 $40 to park too? TRIPPIN 😂 not cool :/

This company is awful. I am sure they only get jobs by underbidding the competition, because they do a terrible job as fast as possible. This photo is how they trimmed a mature rhododendron that was just before being trimmed a beautiful shrub. Instead of removing the new growth, they took a gas powered hedge shear and chewed it down to a stump. Woody branches as large as one inch in diameter were chewed off. They did this to all the shrubs in the complex.

Unprofessional, Careless, and Ignoring Complaints

Commercial Care Landscape Professionals have been a consistent problem for me and many of my neighbors. Over the years, their crew has repeatedly blown mud, rocks, and debris onto my car while working on the property. I’ve tried talking to them about this directly, but they flat-out ignore feedback and continue their careless behavior.

It’s not just me—several neighbors have complained about the same issues. Despite this, nothing ever changes. Unfortunately, my apartment manager refuses to confront them or hold them accountable, so the problem persists.

This company clearly has no respect for the property of the residents they’re supposed to be serving. If you’re considering hiring them, don’t. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for complaints, and consistent negligence make them a terrible choice.

I'm a Property Manager at a large residential, garden style property in Tigard, Oregon.
Our grounds on the property are a huge selling point for our current and prospective tenants.
The team at Commercial Care (both labor workers and office staff) are absolutely amazing. My property looks on point on any given day of the week.
If there is anything extra services I need from them, I simply reach out to their office and they get it done in less then 48 hours.
I have worked with several landscaping companies through out Portland for different properties and never have I experienced the amazing quality of work as well as on-point customer service that I've experienced since working with Commercial Care.
I recommend their services to anyone - They are THE BEST!

They do landscaping weekly at my apartment complex. They constantly get exhaust in my house every week and management won't do anything, the workers are careless standing by the doors/windows with leaf blowers/hedge trimmers letting fumes get in. There's absolutely no warning when they're here or communication if you have your windows open, they just start blowing the leaf blowers. Their schedule is unpredictable, I never know when to expect them, debri all over the cars and in the air, insesent noise for hours sometimes multiple times a week. Sick of them. And Completely unprofessional.

Just a follow up after reading the reviews from others.
Seems most people are unhappy with this place. The most consistent complaint is the issue with blowers messing up the cars. I completely understand that. They take no consideration for the people's cars while blowing dirt ant rocks all over them. Try taking a couple extra seconds to blow the cars off as you're going maybe. If the owners of this company really cared and wanted to improve their reputation they would go out and teach these lazy people to do their jobs right. Sad

they do our residence rental and the trees and bushes have gone down significantly in care the last decade I've lived here. they are currently trimming bushes that should not be trimmed until may. they've already killed multiple plants at our property and it's behavior like this (not knowing what time of year and how to trim) that leads to this.

Commercial care has taken care of my properties for over 10 years. They do a great job and they meet with me monthly to walk the property to make sure all of my needs are met. The commercial care team has great communication and follow up.

Came out to mud slung all over the place from hitting mole hills even all over my car while visiting my significant other at his house in an apartment complex. Which means the were flinging rocks without care. I contacted the apartment complex office and asked who they used for their lawn care and they directed me to this company. Photo of some of the dirt and mud flung all over since the rain had washed most of it off my car and it was hard to see on my windows where the rain guard kept the rain from washing it off. If you look at the window on my car you can see the remaining dirt but you gotta know what you are looking for.

These folks were good, but they were supposed to come back out to winterize and they just never did, I have tried emailing them back numerous times and never got a response. I assume they are out of business now or something.

I have had other landscape services but I find Creative is the easiest to communicate with. I often give them explicit things to be done or special projects which are always done to my satisfaction. They are conscientious and always do a complete and neat job.

One star, only because there is no option for a zero star. I found them very unprofessional. I contacted them for my front yard remodeling and while booking the appointment for the estimate I gave my address to Gina that she confirmed correctly over the phone. On the day of the appointment I got several texts from her saying she was running late and that she had the wrong address. I waited for her for over an hour. When she came, she didn’t even show much interest in my project, she was just in a hurry to leave. I wanted to discuss more things but she asked for my email and said she will send me an estimate the same evening. I didn’t get the estimate the same evening. It has been over two weeks now but I haven’t got any email or a call from them. I read the good reviews online and thought of giving them a chance but they disappointed me.

Robin and his team took our dirt backyard and transformed it into an amazing outdoor living space. Everyday they arrived timely, clearly communicated the plans for the day and completed the work as scheduled. We are extremely pleased with how it turned out!

Creative Landscape installed new sprinkler system, sod removal, and new sod. The price was decent and the yard looks perfect. Several people in my neighborhood are now going to have this company redo their landscaping as well.

We had two large jobs clearing out brush, trees, ground cover.
The work was excellent at a reasonable price.
Robin and Gina are wonderful to work with..prompt, thorough and accommodating...
We will continue to use them for all our lawn care needs.
