I am have been so happy with the staff at All Oregon Landscaping. From the first moment that I met them, they were honest about what it would take to fix the issues I was having with my lawn. It wasn't the least expensive option but it was the best advice for long term satisfaction. Craig and his team were the most honest and straightforward of all the people I spoke with to assess the issues I was having. Once I started working with them, they have been nothing but wonderful from a service standpoint.

I initially engaged this company for a landscape enhancement project nearly six months ago, and while I’ve been generally satisfied with their maintenance service throughout the year, I’ve been extremely disappointed by their lack of follow-through on the larger project.

For much of the year, their maintenance service was solid. The team kept our yard in good shape, and we were happy with their work on that front. However, when it came time to execute the promised landscape enhancement, there were repeated delays and a lack of communication. They initially committed to completing the work before Thanksgiving, but the project was never started. After multiple emails and follow-ups, I was told I would receive an update by the end of a particular week, but that never happened either.

Given these ongoing issues, I eventually decided to hire a different contractor for the project. The new company was able to provide a comprehensive design, finalize the scope, and complete the installation in just three days—all within a month. I’m very pleased with the outcome, and they are now handling the ongoing maintenance of our landscape as well.

While the maintenance service was generally reliable, the failure to follow through on the larger project has led me to discontinue my relationship with this company. I would suggest that if you are considering them for a major landscaping project, proceed with caution and ensure that they can commit the necessary time and resources before moving forward.

Craig, Tony and their team at All Oregon are the BEST! My husband Chris and I have not only hired them for our own landscaping remodel projects, but we've sent many of our friends to them. They are professional, fair, and do a beautiful job! Their capabilities are beyond other services in the area. TOP NOTCH! Highly reccomend.

We highly recommend All Oregon Landscape Company! They did an amazing job transforming our dated yard into a beautiful relaxing environment. Craig listened to our vision and created a simple elegant low maintenance, dog friendly yard. They installed an irrigation system, fire pit surrounded by pavers and a seat wall along with new plants that created color interest all year long. The attention to detail was top-notch, and they left the site spotless every evening. We’ve received so many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

I am new to Oregon and my irrigation system was not producing water, even when manually cycling through each of the stations. The person who took my call noted that they were scheduled 2-3 weeks out, but arranged for a technician to call me before putting me on their schedule. He call me back and walked me through a few simple steps and I now have a working system.

Aspen Creek Landscaping has done several projects for us (big and small), and all have have turned out very well. Jeremy is communicative and easy to work with, and David does amazing work. Highly recommend for landscaping, hardscaping, decks, and fencing!

Invited ACL to bid on monthly maintenance service, their representative was very nice and left me with a great first impression, and we selected them but the quality of work let us down. We also wanted to hire them to complete a couple of other projects but they never came through with confirmed start dates even with several weeks passing by and a few reminders sent in hopes of motivating results.

We are very pleased with our finished project and working relationship with the staff at Aspen Creek. Our dog pond, specifically turned out more beautiful than our expectations. The project team was knowledgeable and friendly, and Jeremy was very accommodating with the constant changes along the way. They also referred a couple other contractors we needed for the property that were stellar! We would definitely recommend Aspen Creek to friends and family.
