I have used American Contracting Inc. for my home and referred them to friends and family who have had work down by them as well. Customer Service and Technician knowledge has been top notch! Great Company all around!

They have treated us well with installing our furnace, heat pump, and water heater. They got all of that installed and running in a day 15 years ago.

Today they came back out to find a short took out the controller boards. They have worked hard to get us the boards. As soon as they have them they will be back out.

I would recommend them for repair or install.

I have had a relatively long association with American Contracting since 2010. They installed a hybrid gas-electric system in our house for a very competitive price. A PGE rep. on a visit remarked upon the high quality of the installation. We have used them since for routine maintenance for this system as well as a rental unit. Always pleasant to deal with and will continue to use them for all of our HVAC needs.

Had Randy and his crew install a heat pump on our primary residence and a furnace on our rental house. Great experiences during both installs, and the post-installation customer service has been top notch. I'd recommend these guys to my Mom.

My wife's company uses American Contracting for their commercial HVAC install and maintenance. They've installed new heat pump, furnace and corrected some ducting issues we had in our house - due to the age.

We've recommended them to our neighbors, friends and family without hesitation. These folks are the ones to call.

When I remodeled my house in 2013 American Contracting replaced the existing electric furnace with a new heat pump model that they recommended. It proved to be an excellent choice, and they have continued to service that unit for me as well as the gas furnace and air conditioning units in my daughter's house. Randy and Kayla are great to work with and dealing with Ty when he makes a service call is a real pleasure. He is knowledgeable and efficient, and always keeps me well informed as to what work is needed and/or has been performed.

I wouldn't use anyone else. My husband and I have used American Contracting for years and we are very confident in the workmanship, attention to details, even the cleanliness when they work and leave the job. I recommend them whenever I hear someone needs an honest, reliable heating and air conditioning service. I wish I could say this about some of my other household service companies.

American Contracting has been servicing my HVAC for over five years. They offer fast and friendly customer service and Ty is outstanding. He is knowledgeable and takes time to be thorough whether he’s doing a routine service, or troubleshooting a needed repair. You always receive a very detailed report about the work that was performed.

I appreciate his work because he was able to think of every reason that cause our heating system was not working, he figured it out and have it repaired which was still very good in condition and no needed to be changed. We saved a lot of money on that.
