This team is extremely professional and reliable. I asked them to handle routine maintenance for the heaters in my multi-family building. During their inspection, they found that one of the furnaces wasn't running right. They gave me a clear quote the same day and quickly set up an appointment to replace it before the colder weather set in. When the new furnace delivery was delayed by the manufacturer, Justin personally stopped by to provide space heaters for my tenants and made sure I was rescheduled for the very next day. Their customer service is truly outstanding!

Braxton came out to our home in Sherwood to give us a quote on upgrading the filtration system for our furnace. The price he offered was very competitive compared to the other estimates we got. What really stood out to us was that Braxton arrived right on time, was very respectful, and kept everything clean while working in our house. We decided to go with his bid, and he started the furnace repair and upgrade the very next day. He let us know it would take about two days, and just like he promised, everything was finished on time. Since the improvements, we've noticed a big difference—our vents are working better and rooms that used to be chilly are now nice and warm. our geothermal heat pump stopped working, so i first contacted our usual hvac company, but they couldn't help and weren't friendly. then i called another local hvac service and they sent justin out the same day. justin quickly figured out what was wrong, ordered the necessary parts, and asked about the previous maintenance on our system. i told him we had been on a regular service plan with our old hvac company. justin explained that the part that failed had actually not been working right for quite some time, which made us realize our old company hadn't been taking care of things properly. the new company got the parts within two days, and justin handled the repairs efficiently. now our system is running great again. we really appreciate the professional and prompt service, and will definitely be using this hvac company from now on.

We recently had our old furnace replaced and the whole experience was excellent. Marc and Braxton were very clear in their communication during the initial consultation and made scheduling the installation easy for us. They fixed my boyfriends AC, and it worked for about 2 days. My boyfriend and I both tried to reach them several times after that to get the AC looked at again and their work reviewed since it didnt fix the problem. We have heard from them since.

They never returned my call.

I just want to say, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We have been without our A/C for 2 weeks with many people called and no shows. We called Michael and he was able to help us and get a couple guys out in a day. I'm so glad my house didn't burn down. Major thanks to Cody, and Scott for replacing our relay that had fried, along with some other parts. Happy house now. Definitely will be referring you guys to other's that are in need.

Connor was very courteous when he arrived and remained that way through out the entire service. He took his time and showed confidence in the work he was doing. Nice job.

UPDATE : Because they deleted their stupid reply , so i give more some update , just added a video to show clearly how they steal my money , what a trash company . becareful when you do business with them .

I buy the new AC unit from them . I choice them because my furnace has the same brand of their AC .
My house is a brand new house , I thought it would be better if I use the same brand AC .
First of all , I set an appointment for the inspection, the day set , the guy show up . After walk around my house and check my furnace and electrical panel . He said my house better use the big AC and if I want to buy the big AC I have to rerun the wires because the wires too small .

The guy who came to my house to inspect has the name TJ Jarrard , his business card show he is the general manager . It’s made me believe in what he said.
To rerun the wires I have to pay 1750$ for electrician , including the AC 8499$ and fee installation for the AC is 200$ .
I accepted that price .
The day they come to my house to install the AC , 2 guys show up and the do the job very well .
I asked them about rerun the wires, they said the electricians will come later to do that .
I stayed there and watching them do the job and then the electricians show up later at noon .
Guess what . I been expected they would do the job rerun wires all day . But 2 guys show up , one of them asked me where is the electrical panel , he opened it, shut down the power and replace the circuit breaker 40amp and then he closes the panel , that circuit breaker cost about 15$ in homedepot , the other guy went to my backyard, cut 3 wires about 3ft long to connect my ac to the breaker and then wrap the wires by a piece of plastic .
He bent all the screws when he close the ac cover and then walk away . He said , the job done .
They don’t even walk into the furnace room to look the wires good enough or not . Dont do anything to test or check the AC . NOTHING .
The 2 guys who install the AC from the morning helped to fix all the bent screws .
Total time the electricians spent there to work at my house just about 15 minutes .
After an hour the lady from their company call me and said congratulations for the new AC , because they dont need to rerun the wires so they give me back 750$ discount .
I can’t believe that .
15 minutes do the job everyone can do and leave with the mess. They charge me 1000$
THIS IS A TRAP . The guy set this trap from the first day he came to my house to inspect.
DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY .
Just think about if I allow them to install the AC without me at home , they would take all 1750$ without saying anything .

We had a minor gas leak that lead tonight BBQ grill. Shaun fixed it with no problems. He was very quick, professional and kind.

I've been a satisfied customer of Evergreen Gas for at least 10 years. They have taken great care of my equipment as well as taken good care of me. I recently had to replace an elderly air conditioner unit, and since all of my appliances are the same age and they were all getting tired, I upgraded to a heat pump, new furnace, new water heater and new air purifier. The two technicians who came out and installed my new equipment were awesome. Very professional and efficient, as were the staff electrician and plumber. They did a beautiful job on the install and my home is now all set for several years! My new appliances are much more energy efficient and should help with my gas and electric bills. Evergreen has been great for me and I highly recommend them to you if you are looking at new equipment or servicing what you have. Thank you EVERGREEN!

Parker was very professional, polite, efficient and mindful of keeping the workspace clean.
I have used Evergreen before and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Connor was great and thankfully able to do a more affordable repair to my old AC unit that I was expecting. He explained and showed me photos of what he was needing to repair and took the time to answer my questions about my old AC unit and furnace. He was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and I would highly recommend him.

Todd was great - he advocated for me with their pricing team and made sure I understood everything before starting work. He did a great job cleaning and maintaining all our equipment and was neat and tidy and made sure everything was put back before leaving.
The annual maintenance agreement gives me so much peace of mind, too.

Josh was very thorough. He was able to explain everything in a way that we understood. Very nice person.

We had a wood burning fireplace that we wanted to convert to gas. NW Natural referred me to Evergreen Gas. The owner, Bill, came out to the house, walked us through the process and got the ball rolling. Wow! Great service and great product. Definitely made the house very cozy. I prefer fireplace heat compared to forced air. LOVE IT!!
