Our family was about to go on a day trip on a holiday weekend when we discovered that our outdoor hose bibb had sprung a leak and was leaking water into our exterior wall and pooling inside home underneath our carpet. I put in an call about 11am dispatch let the on-call plumber (Chris) know about our problem. Chris contacted me around 11:30 and was at our house by Noon. I usually do my own home repair but this job was a bit much for me, since I wanted a solution that didn't involve the previously installed hose bibb (it was installed in a terrible and inaccessible place). I told Chris I wanted the previous line capped and a new sillcock valve installed that would be accessible from the crawl space. Two hours later the job was done.
The price was quite expensive, but we were informed about that from the get-go and we were expecting it since we wanted an immediate repair. The response time was amazing, especially for a holiday weekend! Chris was very professional, communicated clearly, and was very timely with his work. I'm very pleased.

First, the receptionist was 100% upfront about the hourly rate and any incremental costs. They were able to book us first thing in the morning. Nick showed up at 7:55AM for our 8:00AM appointment. He was professional, wore a mask, and offered to wear shoe covers as well. He was efficient and didn't waste time and explained everything he was doing as he proceeded. He cleaned up before he left. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and professionalism and will absolutely be using this company for any future plumbing issues. highly recommend.

I hired local plumbing on a house remodel in Tualatin to replace a sink, plumb in a new sink, add a water box for a fridge, relocate a gas line for a range, and replace the exterior hose bibs. I also removed a wall that required the water line and waste from the second floor to the crawl space to get relocated. Tom was the estimator/project manager. Kenny was the plumber performing the work. Both were fantastic to work with. Very personable, knowledgeable, fair, fast to come out when needed and got the work done quickly. Can't say enough good things about Local Plumbing. Highly recommended.

This is the company that services our apartment complex. We had an emergency issue with our bathroom sink happen on a Saturday afternoon. I contacted maintenance and they in turn contacted LOCAL Plumbing. Someone was here within a half hour at most. He was very friendly and took care of the problem very quickly.

How come company's dont offer legimite customer service. Instead ur getting the fast food version of service and paying top dollar for fast food. River city is extremely unprofessional.

We hired this company for a large HVAC project. Long story short - 2 years later it still is not done or working. We had to bring in a separate company to redo the entire project

beware this place will charge you an arm and a leg for “diagnostics”. you will end up paying nearly the cost of a brand new appliance just to have someone come take a look at your broken one, and not fix a thing. taking my business elsewhere going forward

Great experience with this company. Office staff was pleasant and helpful. Jaime was awesome on the job, I think it was harder than usual but he was patient and worked hard to unravel our issues. Very happy with River City NW!

The technician that came blatantly lied to our manager and overcharged for service that never happened. The technician told our manager that I (owner) pre-approved the invoice (I didn’t). He then charged us for 4 hours when less than one hour of work was done. When confronted with this the technician said it included the drive time. Not only is 3+ hours absurd for a commute, River City claims to not charge for drive time on their website (instead they charge a $85 diagnostic fee which they also tacked on in addition to the 4 ‘hours’). The technician never showed our manager an invoice, and said they would email a copy later on. This company is incredibly sketchy and I would recommend staying away.

We've used River City for the past three years and absolutely endorse their work. Keoni is always thorough with the jobs we've given him (annual maintenance or repair work on our wine cellar cooling unit) and he goes above-and-beyond every time we have him out to our house. Strongly recommend.

There was a delay in procuring our new stovetop from the supplier. However, the communication from River City was impeccable, and ultimately, the end result was GREAT! I would definitely recommend River City NW.

I just started working with River City Mechanical and so far they have done fantastic and punctual work! I run a large commercial kitchen for a lodge with over 1000 members.
They have fixed multiple issues for me and I look forward to working with them in the future. The admin side of things is very fluid and both technicians that have been on site have gone above and beyond for me and they also have been pleasant to deal with.
Repairing commercial kitchen equipment is not cheap, so if you do have to spend the money its best to spend it on a company you can count on. I am thankful to be a new customer and my cooks are thrilled with how everything in our kitchen is running!!!

Their communication was good and they checked in with me often concerning scheduling. Their technician (Jaimie) was knowledgeable and worked quickly.

Good commercial refrigeration contractors are hard to find. I will definitlely call River City again in the future.

Justin, a technician from Bradley & Sons HVAC, took the initiative to get a quote for a new system on my behalf. Promptly, they offered me an attractive price for a new heating and A/C unit. The subsequent day, my air ducts were meticulously cleaned and both units were expertly installed. Despite the significant expenditure, I am comforted by the anticipation of reduced utility costs and the assurance of having warmth on the chilliest of days.

After explaining the error code our AC was showing, Justin asked some pertinent questions and promptly provided a straightforward fix that we could implement ourselves. Instead of insisting on a service visit and charging us for it, he chose to assist us over the phone, saving us considerable time and money. Even though we haven't used or paid for any services from Bradley & Sons Heating & Cooling in the past, this experience has certainly made them our go-to for any future AC repair needs.
