We needed an emergency replacement of our leaking water heater, and Derek showed up within three hours and installed a brand new up-to-date efficient water heater with no problem. Great customer service. Highly recommend!!

What a great experience. I called Derek at seven Pine plumbing when my water heater pilot light went out. He was there the next day at 7:30 AM and fixed it in two minutes flat. We will definitely call them for any of our plumbing needs.

We have old cast iron pipes. Due to their age, their rust caused material to collect resulting a back up too intense to describe. Derek and his team came out and cleaned out the mess! 7 Pines was super responsive, positive and kind! We highly recommend 7Pines!!!

Derek does good work. He is very personable and makes you feel at ease right away. He helped save us a lot of money and was available to help me troubleshoot and bounce some ideas off of as I am new to plumbing. There was an issue with a repair and he promptly came on a Saturday morning and fixed the issue so we could have our shower back! I would highly recommend supporting his business, especially if you are in the Sherwood area.

I used 7 Pines for a commercial and residential project and the exceeded all of my expectations. Derek met all of my guidelines and scheduling. On all my projects he’s always figured out a solution instead of giving me issues and he was fair on pricing. I’ll keep using him on all of my projects. It’s hard to find a good plumber. Who knows all aspects of plumbing and working with Derek was awesome. He cared about every aspect of his plumbing and also try to help in any other ways.!!!

This company was highly recommended to me by a contractor I completely trust who has never steered me wrong. I was scheduled fairly quickly for an appointment 6/29. The day before, I received a call asking if my time slot could be moved to 12-1pm, and if anything changed I would also receive another call. On 6/29, there was no call and no show. I called and left a voicemail as my call was not answered, questioning where the plumber was and trying to get any updates. Just after 3pm, I received a call from the plumber telling me he was on the way to my house. Upon questioning him on his arrival, he said this was an "add-on" job he had received a call about. I told him I had a scheduled appointment and it was a no-call/no-show, and no one answered my call earlier that day. The issue was fortunately a quick fix, but unfortunately a large cost, and also only temporary... After approximately 3 weeks, the issue returned. I wavered about calling to have this dealt with again as I received such poor service the first time. I finally broke down and called the afternoon of 8/9. Although it was during regular business hours, I was transferred to an answering service with whom I left my message. I never received any response from this call. I was about to post a similar review when on 8/25 I received an email asking if I still needed service and apologizing for staff turnover that was causing delays. I immediately responded and said yes, and noted that I had left a message on 8/9 with no response. To this day, I still have not received an email or phone call, nor has the problem been fixed. It's been extremely frustrating and I definitely cannot recommend this company.

These guys (and gals) are awesome!!! My wife and I bought a new construction house in November and are starting to landscape the backyard. We got quotes from a few irrigation companies to do sprinklers. Based on time of year (start of summer) they were all so busy they didn't want to give us the time of day even for a $15+K job. When the few did come out they gave us outrageous quotes knowing we would either be desperate to get it done and just pay it or we would not and they didn't care because they had so much work lined up. They were all also saying they were 2 months out to get the job done. Decided to do it myself! I needed someone to tie in to my water main and install a back flow first though. Called a few plumbing outfits and got the same type of response I got from the irrigation people. When I called LOCAL they were so nice! Matt came out the next day and looked at the house and what I wanted to do. Came up with a WAY better solution to how to get water to the backyard, it was easier, more cost effective and would look better! I really appreciated him taking the time to come up with the best solution not just the most obvious one. He got me a quote quick and it was actually a reasonable quote! No "its summer and you need sprinklers, lets jack the price up" kind of quote! They got us on the schedule super fast, the guys showed up right on time and knocked the job out in no time. Super friendly, very reasonable pricing, and they were so on top of it. I would highly recommend LOCAL!!!

Needed a bathroom sink in my apartment unclogged and the apartment manager hired this company to come “fix” the clogged drain. For some reason they sent two people over, which is already a red flag. Anyways, they get to work on the drain and use a powered snake to try and unclog the drain. I’m sitting in my living room trying to get work done when I notice an extremely loud banging underneath the kitchen sink - keep in mind, the issue was the bathroom sink. This whole time the two guys from Local Plumbers are making small talk. I walked over to my kitchen sink and opened the cabinet underneath to find that their snake had busted through the piping in the kitchen and created a massive mess underneath our sink and ruined one of our rugs. The plumbers wouldn’t have even realized if I hadn’t told them to stop and pointed out the mistake on their part. Ok so as if that wasn’t bad enough, once we think they had the job done and unclog the bathroom sink, fix the kitchen sink plumbing and then leave, the story continues.

Several days go by and I get a text from our apartment maintenance guy who says that our downstairs neighbor now has a leak. Apparently they busted through the pipes going through our apartments and now they’ve had to tear our cabinets and walls in both of our apartments on the weekend leading up to Christmas - just before we have family over. Just great work you guys, great job. Thanks for. the massive inconvenience that’s caused me to miss work, spend hours cleaning up after your guys, and ruined a rig of ours. Also for trashing our apartment just before Christmas.
