Extremely happy with our gutter cleaning and moss treatment for our condominium complex. From the estimate through the work they were friendly, informative and high quality work. Definitely will be using them every year and for all of our roofing needs.

I was recently informed I had some roof issues that needed attention right away. I called PQR and explained the situation. They knew exactly what was needed to correct the problem. They arrived quickly and completed the repairs that were needed. They went above and beyond to insure my house would be protected from the impending rains. Their customer service was impeccable. I found the owner, Fidel, and the sales rep, Jermane, to be trustworthy, professional, and honest. Their prices are fair and reasonable. It was obvious to me that they really care about their clients, and their homes.

Fidel and Jermane and their crew did a fantastic job on our large steep roof. They took amazing care of landscape, decks, porches, sidewalks and drive way through out the process. They cleaned everything up to pre-construction conditions. Roof looks great! They are all great people, enjoyable to work with and very professional. Their equipment is top of the line and they kept us informed of their time line and got the job done as promised. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Professional Quality Roofing was one of the most professional companies I have hired. From the owner to each member of their workforce everyone was on time, considerate of my home/garden, cleaning at the end of each day. Jermane interfaced with me and his team flawlessly keeping in touch with me through out the installation of my new beautiful roof. I would highly recommend them to my friends and would not hesitate to use them for any future project.

These guys are extremely professional and amazing at what they do! They came out and evaluated my roof & gutters for a cleaning service... but they went above and beyond that! They checked the integrity and quality of my roof and even took photos to show me what was going on. Before they began they gave me a price and said if anything else needed to be done that they would inform me. Their rate was the best I've been quoted and they had a crew out to me within the hour.
I have a steep 2 story home and they were able to get every part that needed attention. I really appreciated that they used a eco friendly product and their attention to detail! They even nailed down and repaired parts of the metal flashing that was loose. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys and when my roof needs attention, I'll be calling them again!

He went above and beyond what I expected, and kept to the schedule. He and the crew found additional dry rot on my home that needed repairs and kept the extra costs down. Very professional team at PQR. They ran into several unexpected issues beyond merely replacing both architectural shingles as well as the membrane roof, vents, and skylights and handled them all in stride.

Excellent company to work with! They replaced our old tile roof with a GORGEOUS shingle roof! They worked efficiently and expertly and cleaned up each day. We couldn't be happier with the results!

We had a leak, but our roof was old and we thought it might need replacing. We worked with Fidel, who gave us a quote on repairing the leak, plus some options to replace the whole roof. Our house is pretty tall with multiple dormers, so we'd been putting off getting a new roof figuring it would cost a fortune. When we got the quote for replacement, we were surprised that it was much less than anticipated. What a relief. So we went the replacement route.
They got everything done in four days, right in time before a major ice storm we had. Whew! Throughout, everyone on the crew was friendly and professional. Man, they worked hard up there. And afterwards, they got everything cleaned up so we didn't have any debris around.
Overall, we were very impressed. They also sent drone pics of the roof afterwards. That was neat. And the owner is also a fan of our favorite football team. What's not to like?!

He cleaned our carpets thoroughly and professionally. The carpets are now soft and clean. Care was taken to ensure wall corners are not banged up, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with Vadim. He handled a very stressful and extensive water remediation and black mold situation professionally and honestly. Water had been sitting for about 8 days, and he worked incredibly hard on a job that was not small.
He took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which really mattered to me, especially dealing with moisture and black mold issues with kids and asthma in the house. He followed proper safety protocols the entire time.
He also offers other services like carpet cleaning and junk removal, and based on my experience I would absolutely recommend him. Solid, hardworking, and easy to work with — I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again.

I hired Bob's Fence & Landscape last year to remove all of my front lawn and install a split-rail fence, a stone walkway to run around my house to the backyard, and to re-landscape the yard with stones, small boulders, mulch, and to plant some larger trees. Bob and his crew did a FANTASTIC job!

Bob was always so helpful to respond to my many questions, and offering suggestions & ideas when the landscape drawing I had just wasn't practical in reality. As he told me, "I don't think I've ever had a landscape job end up the way originally planned, because there's often something that just "doesn't look right". His crew was relentless in clearing all the sod, digging and laying the long stone pathway (even when it was raining!), and re-aligning the irrigation heads & lines to accommodate the new layout. What particularly impressed me, besides everyone's attention to detail to make everything look right and in doing quality work, was how everyone was so very pleasant and patient with me as I changed my mind from time to time on where something was to be placed.

It took a few weeks to complete my large project, and I'm still very happy with the result. I've had nothing but compliments, and have referred a number of neighbors to Bob to do work on their yards, too.

It was a genuine pleasure to work with Bob and his crew, and I've already hired them back for some smaller jobs since then. I won't work with anyone else for my landscaping needs.

Bob and his crew were a pleasure to work with! The office was quick to respond to any questions and concerns I had over messaging or call. Bob came out for an estimate outside of normal business hours to better accommodate our schedule. They cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. The young men working were very courteous, kind, and professional. We will be contacting Bob Fence and Landscape for any future projects we want completed on our property! We paid about 10,000 for a full fence last October and we really aren’t happy with our experience. Bob himself and all his employees were all very nice and friendly and we enjoyed working with them but we had to be very vocal about obvious poor workmanship, to get everything fixed as it should have been. This included jagged fence bottoms that looked awful, boards installed that were not flush and crooked very obviously from even the street as well as large gaps at the bottom of the fence line that was not discussed with us prior, we’re talking like 8 inches open at the bottom. Now, in July, our gate is sagging and warped. I will say Bob did make most of our concerns right but it was quite a few issues that work quality was a bit in question and now with our sagging gate less than a year later, we are unhappy and will not recommend Bob unfortunately. I have never reviewed a business prior to this but the level of frustration with our fence I felt warranted speaking up.
