High recommend full line construction! We used them for a major home addition and they were extremely professional. Things went alot faster than anticipated, we are extremely happy with their work.

We built an addition and garage on our property and we had Jim level out our land and pour the foundation for the addition and garage.Jim also did an excellent job pouring concrete on our driveway and a sidewalk around the house. He built a retaining wall behind the garage. I highly recommend Full Line Construction Jim is honest, reliable and does a excellent job!!

Full Line Construction has constructed two projects for me. Both were concrete floors for two of our farm buildings. One was a large vehicle storage building and the second an equipment storage buildiang. Both projects were done on time and on budget. Their work was extremly well done and true to plan. Full Line Construction is very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

We had Full Line Construction do a 16 x 30 concrete patio for us. They were responsive when we asked for an estimate, and provided a complete and competitive bid. They did the work as scheduled and we were very happy wit the results. I would highly recommend Full Line Construction.

This was our first time using Full Line Construction. I was very pleased with whole experience. Communication, timely service, work quality and price. The work quality was was very good. My wife and I are very happy with the results and will be using them again for future projects.

John's Waterproofing is incredible. They offered a significantly better price for our project than the other 2 bids we received, went above and beyond what was required in the contract, and when an issue did arise, they made sure it was taken care of at significant expense to themselves with no question that they would make it right no matter what it took. They offer quality, value, and integrity, we have reached out since this project regarding additional work which ended up being outside of their scope but if the opportunity arises, we will absolutely use them again.

Installation team were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and left the house spotless. I have had John's employees to my home a few times in the past and have come to expect this high level of service from them.

Where to begin… I want very much to give this company five stars but, there was a fundamental breakdown on communication from the beginning that made this process much more difficult. We contacted John’s on May 7th and were greeted with great enthusiasm. They provided, without doubt, the most reasonable price of anyone on the market. We were first told everything would be done from July 15-17. Then, we were called July 11 to confirm they’d come to dig windows July 12; that was the first surprise. They dug July 12 and then most of the work, including window installation was completed the 15-17th. However, there was a problem with some measurement or other and some of the wells weren’t deep enough. We waited an additional week for the well installation, hoping it would be the last days of work only to learn some of the items ordered were the wrong size and needed to be reordered. Another week went by without a call back until we called them and scheduled their return. We were almost delayed yet again by incorrect orders and dimensions but the main office encouraged the project to completion by adjusting original dig. We were left with tarps covered in dirt and rocks that we plan to repurpose and a poorly finished job. I’m grateful for the newfound safety for our home with the installation but deeply disappointed by the timeline and disorganization of the administrative and building teams.

**Edit** We have made contact and they took steps to correct the issue we appreciate what they have done to fix the problem.

We had John's come out to install a trench drain in our driveway. They did mention that a section might need to be re-done due to how it was installed initially, but that they could help with that for an additional charge of course. Shortly after installation the new concrete they put in started to crack and pull away from the drain, and the part they had mentioned started to crack and move even when walked on. They came out to look at it and stated that they could fix it for about double what it cost to install, because we are "far" away there was now a minimum charge just to come back out. We now have to go through local concrete company to get it fix and basically pay for the job twice.

We chose to do a complete encapsulation, and we are so satisfied with our project. They estimated that it would take seven days and it only took five days! Starting with the sales man Sammy, who came out and gave us our quote,this company has been nothing but professional. The same professionalism carried through with all three of our work crews that came out. One for a clean out, the second one for foam, and the last one for electrical. We never felt pressured from the sales person and there was open communication the entire project. Each crew had the mindset that the customer comes first, and that’s very hard to find nowadays.

They conned me into having another radon test and said it would be free if the radon was high, it was and still made me pay. They broke their word, not a good way to do business. Im probably going wtih Just Radon for their professionalism, price, and honestly, and clear communication

Joel and Chris from the electrical team were great. They were super efficient communicated really well and made the process easy.

Joel and Chris came out to verify a damaged circuit. Ran some tests and fixed the outlet in the box. Made quick work of the problem, patched the cement as needed.

We had our large crawl space encapsulated after many years of avoiding it. Had rat activity, mold on beams and it was time. While not cheap, we trusted John’s Waterproofing and they did not disappoint. They have serviced our sump pump for years. Luis and crew were so professional, immaculate and respectful. Never seen a team work so hard and from beginning to finish and extremely professional and proud of their work. Highly recommend.

I Contacted John's Waterproofing a few months ago when I found water in the crawl space. Jake came out and determined it was ground water seeping up atop the already existing vapor barrier. This may have been going on for a few years sporadically. Some dry years and some wet years. We came up with a plan to encapsulate the crawlspace, install a sump pump and put in a dehumidifier. I had a 1000 questions for Jake and he was more than happy to answer each one.

In late April, the work was completed. Francisco and his crew were very pleasant, efficient and informative. They did a great job installing all the encapsulation components mentioned above. Also a big thanks to the electrical installation and foam application teams as well.

A few weeks after the install, I noticed a minor install issue, I contacted John's Waterproofing. They sent out a tech right away and he fixed it. Not only that, he looked around for any other similar issues and did not find any. For me, this is great followup to an already job well done.

I highly recommend John's Waterproofing. These guys are the real deal.
