We bought a house and discovered after heavy rains 10 inches of water in our crawlspace. Someone recommended John’s so I gave them a call. Jason came out and assessed the problem. It was quite serious. We decided on a total encapsulation. He explained everything thoroughly and was a true gentleman. So far my experience with John’s has been very good. We will review After the work is completed.

Great company! Customer service was prompt and responsive. Work was done on time and with plenty of communication. Little bump when some support posts were found to be faulty after taking out existing vapor barrier. Fair enough. But Miguel and his crew did excellent work, above and beyond. After ignoring my crawl space for literally years, and reading that crawl space air can lend to bad inside air, I finally feel at peace with my ‘unknown’ space. Highly recommend this company.

John’s waterproofing installed a sump pump and French drain for us four years ago after a flood. We have not had any problems with flooding since. We have been so happy with their service that we’re having them install a whole house generator. Ryan came out to the house and explained everything in detail. He took his time getting to know us and giving us great advice about our options.

Travis from John’s Waterproofing came out to our home to provide us with a couple of bids to get our crawlspace cleaned up and brought up to code, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He had excellent customer service from start to finish. Travis took the time to thoroughly explain both options in full detail, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed about the process.

The installation crew of Fernando, Rene and Sergio were outstanding! The arrived on time, we're friendly and worked incredibly well together. They dug out a new drain line trench, added perforated pipe, sloped it to the new sump pump and covered the area with clean membrane material. They also added some structural support beams underneath the house.

They covered all of the floors and walls with plastic so as not to drag in mud from under the house. They also took videos and pictures of all the work they performed.

Randy our service tech was professional and detailed oriented. Once the service was completed he showed photos of the drain line before & after verifying it had been cleaned. We had a very positive experience with the electrical crew from John's Waterproofing. They were here to wire our new sump pumps, and while working on the panel, noticed a failed breaker for our A/C unit. It happened to arc whole he was right here, and I feel so fortunate that they were able to identify the problem, reroute the breaker to an open spot, and label both correctly. Who knows what kind of trouble he may have prevented? Very appreciative of the attention to detail I have seen throughout the process. Great full service company!

just had some excellent work done by John’s Waterproofing. They made my crawlspace look great with a new sump pump new plastic. Also stabilize my foundation and took care of the disturbed soil and clay afterwards when my place looks great. Very professional and a good communication really knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about these guys. They were really good. The crew included Avori, Louie and Kolby.

I am so pleased that this company will do promptly jobs large and small.

Concrete work was awesome with Tim and his crew. Can't for wait for stage 2 to begin!

We had several 4" holes from upgrading our electrical service and rewiring our 110-year old home. Tim did a great job of patching those holes and even blending the finish to the existing walls. First rate job at a fair price. Will definitely call Tim again as the need arises.

Tim managed our church’s labyrinth project from front to back from laying it out, varying the concrete so that some was aggregate and some had flagstone embedded, helping us select river rock and got the right size, organized work teams and all of the planting. He was considerate of neighbors and made sure that we did our project at a time that best accommodated them while keeping our project on schedule. It was done quickly and more than 5 years later is beautiful and has a maturing landscape.

I have hired Tim for a variety of projects in the last couple of years and I have found him to be one of the most hardworking, honest and easiest to work with, service providers. He is friendly, cooperative and reliable. I definitely recommend him for your home projects.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my old, decaying deck with two, new beautiful decks. He was easy to work with, listened carefully to my requests and expectations regarding size and design of the decks and through collaborative effort, we were able to come up with a unique railing system. When he finished the project the job site was left free of construction debris, really clean. His price for his high quality work was surprisingly reasonable. Love, love my new decks. Wow, what more can you ask for in a contractor, I give Tim and his company a high recommendation, an A+, definitely 5 stars.

Tim was a dream to work with in executing our cement sports pad at our home. In a sea of recommendations, we feel lucky to have found him!
