These guys showed up same day, at the exact time they said (which I didn't even know could happen), and fixed the issue within an hour. And... they charged me less than half of what roto rooter quoted me. Call them first before anyone else if you have a plumbing issue.

Awesome experience! We had prompt and super friendly service. Our main sewage pipe was unclogged, and our clean out fixed that we broke at a very reasonable price. I highly highly recommend Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain!

Was Christmas Eve and my basement had flooded from a backed up drain line. DIY was not solving this problem. I didn’t figure anyone would come out on Christmas Eve and was leaving a message, when Dylan picked up the phone. He came right out. The clog was more than 40 feet out from the drain line, and I have an older home that added to the challenge, but by 8 o’clock that evening, plumbing was restored, and we had a great Christmas. Dylan was caring, considerate, and beyond competent.

After having Action Drain out twice and still having reoccuring problem, I contacted Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain and Dylan James came out within two hours and found the problem and fixed it! I will always call him for any future needs. He is so kind, personable and knowledgeable, and I always prefer to use Silverton businesses whenever possible.

I called Dylan and he was here within 15 minutes—seriously impressive. We had another company out about four weeks ago that snaked the line from the bathtub to the house cleanout, but they never checked the cleanout to the street. Fast forward to today and everything backed up into the house—sinks, toilets, tubs, all of it. 😩
The prior company refused to look at the street cleanout and still charged me $794 just to snake the drain… and didn’t actually fix the problem.
Dylan and Lewis with Willamette Valley Sewer immediately pulled the cleanout, brought out the cameras, and found the real issue. It’s going to cost me more to repair, but at least now I know what’s actually wrong—and it’s being handled correctly.

One of my kids flushed a shampoo bottle cap and plugged the toilet. No amount of plunging and augeriing would get it out. So I called Willamette Valley Sewer & Drain. Dillon responded and had to take the stool out of the floor and extract the cap from the back side. I appreciated his fast, friendly, and professional service.
I saved the cap and left it in the sink next to the toilet planning to talk to the kids about it when they got home from school. Incredibly, before I could do that, one of them flushed the cap again! I called Dillon, explained what happened, and he performed the same service at no charge! Best plumbing service ever!

My 73 year old mom's gas furnace stopped working. They immediately returned my call and came asap. The furnace required more parts and time than what was originally required. He even called his coworker to come and bring the additional part. They were very professional, and polite. He explained what was wrong in layman's terms, and was never condescending(which I really appreciated). I will be scheduling with them in the future to do regular maintenance on the furnace.

We had a 22 year old Air Conditioning unit replaced. These folks had the best price out of 3 which included upgrades to pipes and a new thermostat. They were the nicest, fastest best people ever. Highly recommend them.

The technician was very professional and thoroughly cleaned all the ducts, including the dryer duct. He told me some of the things that came out of the ducts, ranging from broken pencils to a zip lock bag filled with squished tea candles. A mystery! Good job.
