Chose this great local company to clean my drains and I will never use another for these services. Dylan was very professional, communicative, on time, friendly and efficient at a great value for the work he performed. I will recommend this business to anyone!

Fantastic and prompt service. Upfront with cost of services as they work, and they work diligently to fix the situation quickly. I have had them out to my house twice and they were able to come right away on the same day. Not only did they fix my problems but they explained everything to me and showed me with cameras what was happening with my situation. Also gave me great tips on how to do some simple fixes to my system so I won’t have to have them out again in the future for the same issue. I will certainly be calling these guys again and referring them to friends and family!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The service they provided was top notch at every level. They came out on a Sunday to diagnose the problem, gave a temporary fix to get us through the few days of interim while gathering parts and organizing the city/permit necessary, and had the full fix completed by the following Friday. The communication was absolutely outstanding, there was never any pressure to buy, and the education they provided was worth every penny. The crew was prompt, everything was clean, and the pricing was entirely reasonable. They went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience.

Louis at Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain did a great job of cleaning out a simple clogged kitchen drain line. Unlike the corporate approach, he did not try to sell me additional services (and not
needed). He simply; showed up the same day of my call, did the work, checked it carefully to ensure it drained, cleaned up and got paid. Period! He was good to talk to and had a good understanding of his field. I will recommend him and use him for his services on other properties.

What an amazing company. Had a sewer pump issue that another local company came out and said they fixed the problem. Well 10min after they left, alarm began going off again. They were closed on a Wednesday so called up Willamette Valley. Dylan was extremely responsive. Came right out to find my float switch had failed. He had another job to go to, but stopped on his way home, grabbed my part and installed it for me in just a few minutes. Will definitely be using him again. Thank you for being available and so quick!!!

We had an amazing experience using willamette valley sewer and drain! We had Dylan out to help us with a video inspection of our sewer line on short notice. He was very professional , courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable. I WILL be using this company again in the future! They have extremely competitive pricing and we’re able to come out within 24 hours of my call. Other companies were 3-5 days out and charging $500 more for the same thing!!! Great company! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate them. They came right away, fixed my drain and charged me a reasonable price!!!

First time booking a plumber so I was not sure what to expect. We got an estimate and booked. Louis came at the expected hour between 11 am to 12 pm. He was very nice and professional. He took a look, asked questions and started working on our clogged sink. He had to go out to grab several tools. After an hour, our sink is unclogged. He gave me some tips on what could have caused the clog, how to prevent it in the future and went around to make sure everything else looks good. Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain was referred to me by a plumber who couldn’t get me on the schedule fast enough, but wanted to be sure I was taken care of. Louis answered the phone and got my non-emergency call on the schedule ASAP. Not only was he friendly, polite and on time with great communication but he went out of his way to be sure I knew exactly what I was paying for, preventative measures I could do and left no mess behind. Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and far better pricing than anyone with a name that rhymes with Shmoto-Shmooter which I’ve had here previously for the same issue with none of the information or care and also none of the, what I experience to be, price gouging. I will happily refer this company to anyone who asks and every client I have.

Straight up the best service ever. Louis drove all the way from Portland to McMinnville at the end of a long day to fix our plumbing emergency. We are building a new home after the old one was demolished. The old sewer line needed inspection so we called Williamette valley sewer and drain. Dylan was prompt and thorough. Dylan knows his stuff! He went out to my rental property and was quickly able to assess how my drainage was configured and give me a health check up on it. It turned out I didn't need work done after all. I appreciate his honesty and I'll be calling him in the future!

I would strongly recommend Willamette Valley Sewer and Drain! Dylan is knowledgable and straightforward. Made time to come out on a Sunday, very fair pricing without a huge weekend/rural location fee. Communicates clearly, patiently talked me through what was going on and was very happy to answer any questions. WVS&D will absolutely be my fist call in the future! The professionalism & speedy work is very much appreciated. We're putting in a deck and needed drainage put in prior to the deck framing. Louis arrived on time as scheduled. He got right to the job of scoping my sewer line for inspection. He showed me as he ran to the junction where my line meets my shared wall neighbors line, then all the way to the street. It was all clear without any clogging. I had the scope done because of wet wipe usage. Bravo to Louis Arbuckle for his honest work and professional manner of educating me along the process.

Highly recommend! We had our main sewer line blocked and had to shut down our business but Dylan made sure to get it done immediately so we didn’t have to close for more days, and found us ways to save money. I would give 10/5 stars if I could
