I’d never called a plumber before, preferring to do stuff myself. Our main drain was clogged, and I couldn’t reach it with our own auger. They were able to come on the same day, arrived earlier than expected, and got it resolved super fast. They were very nice and professional. Cost was less than I’d anticipated.

I have worked with Josh and his team several times now. They have completed a sewer inspection, septic tank pumping, and some trench work for us. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone who could use their services! Very professional, courteous, and helpful!

I found Josh's number thru a friend of a friend - our pipe had crushed. I called him at 4:45, he was out at my place at daylight the next day. He said he already had all of his normal calls full - but he didn't want us to struggle. He's friendly, open, helpful, and a nice guy. He had our drain unclogged in less than an hour. Charged us a very reasonable rate - gave me some advice. Great guy - hope I don't need him again - but Ill be keeping his card on file.

In the process of selling our house we found out we needed to replace the sewer line out to the road. I called 6 different companies only to be ignored by 4 of them (multiple times) . Josh at Oregon Sewer and drain gave us a no pressure quote right away. We remained in contact with him while we attempted to get other Quotes.. Josh always replied with immediate response and was very professional. We hired Oregon Sewer and drain to replace our sewer line and they did a great job at accommodating our specific property needs and left our yard looking great afterwards.
I just cannot recommend them enough!!

Exceptional service. This is the second time I've used Oregon Sewer & Drain. The first time was due to a street (i.e. city) side issue. This time a house situation. Each time I've felt confident while they were here, and confident when they left, that the issue was appropriately addressed and resolved. As a bonus: receptionist and technician... pleasant as can be. Oregon Sewer and Drain are one of those businesses I'm proud to have in my town.

These folks have worked for us at our business And our personal property. They have unclogged drains and scoped out pipes and provided portable toilet services to us on many occasions. My husband and I have been extremely happy with them every time. Its rare to find a business like them where you can make one phone call and they take care of the problem from start to finish without price increases or “unforeseen problems” or Labor or equipment issue. THEY ALWAYS FIX THE PROBLEM NO MATTER HOW DIFFICULT. I also noticed that their pricing has consistently been accurate. Another review here on google states that this company may have an honesty issue but that seems miles from the truth. We sent them to a property in brooks With nobody around and the problem was fixed and for an exceptionally low price. After 25+ Reasonably priced invoices from them over the last dozen years or so I can’t imagine them being anything less than dependable, trustworthy and of highest character. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING ANY KIND OF SEPTIC OR SEWER SERVICE.

I had the pleasure of having Mike come out today for a problem with our washer backing up into our sink. He did the job and explained what he was doing and what he found. My hubby happened to call and he then explained it all again to him. We will definately contact them again if needed. I truly wish all workers were as kind and personable as Mike.

I contacted Oregon Sewer & Drain LLC to pump my septic tank. They were able to get my tank pumped within a week of my call. The guys who did the pumping were on time, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing. I plan to use them again the next time I need my tank pumped.

Sam was at our house working with our phone company to install electricity for the new fiber that’s being introduced to our neighborhood. His communication was on point. He let me know when he would arrive, he explained what he was going to need to do when he arrived and was respectful of our home. Based on this interaction I would reach out to Kuenzi Electric if I need work done again!

Originally had them replace a push-o-matic breaker several months ago. Based off the initial experience, we contacted them to upgrade our electrical panel. Everyone we had contact with, from the receptionist, electricians, to the billing department were an absolute pleasure to work with. The electricians, Dallas and Robert were excellent and went above expectations. Would recommend Kuenzi to anyone looking for quality work, friendly and respectful employees that truly seem to care and at a reasonable price.

Chris and his helper did a great job for me putting in two car chargers. Nice, friendly and trustworthy team I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again

What was supposed to be a routine service turned out to be very challenging for the technician. However, he was superb and kept at the job until it was finished to Kuenzi's high standards.

They are currently one of the contractors working for PGE doing the directional drilling for upgrades. They've been here with big equipment in our neighborhood digging, especially during this muddy rainy time. Some silt started drifting down my driveway and once I notified them they stopped everything put in wattles, vacuum And clean the entire area. They went above and beyond considering all the water they're having to deal with after the rain. I wish all contractors were this courteous and conscientious. I really appreciate their effort to mitigate most of the silt drifting down onto my driveway.

I've used Kuenzi Electric over the past several years for not only business needs but personal as well. Great communication from the initial contact throughout the job until completion. All of the employees are great from the office staff to the crews that complete the work. I couldn't be happier!
