Reviews of local pros in Silverton, Oregon

I've got two installations done by Earthlight - both were absolutly excellent managed and executed! Nice and clean installation from work of the electrician to the installation on the roof and getting the systems commissioned. Super responsive when questions come up. inspection by the county went through right away for both systems. I am a super happy customer :) go solar!

This was my second experience with Earthlight. They installed solar in 2022 and expanded the capacity in 2023. Both times they were responsive, did a quality job and there were no issues. Let's be honest: Earthlight and Sunpower likely aren't the cheapest folks around, but do you want to trust your roof to some fly-by-night operation? And the construction of the Maxeon panels (which are exclusive to Sunpower) is superior. So, I expect many years of trouble-free operation.

The entire Earthlight team did an amazing job on my solar installation, I received a terrific quote from a local vendor who used top of the line panels and inverters! One of the most frustrating parts of any improvement project is not knowing when the contractor/subcontractors will be on site and when will the work be completed this was not a problem with Earthlight! If I could give Jordan and Aaron more than five stars I would they completed the job on time and were very responsive. BTW my Sunpower system is working great and I received my first electric bill last week it was $10 and I banked over 1000 KWH for future use in just my first month, Thanks Earthlight!

I got quotes from four solar panel companies. I chose earthlight after talking with the sales person Tristan who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions better than any of the other salespersons I talked to. It wasn't the cheapest estimate, but I felt like it was the best one given the superior quality & efficiency of the sunpower solar panels and the warranty.

The company made the entire process very smooth. From the installers, Dakota and Jeremy, to the electrician, Scott, to the office person, Maya, the communication was excellent and I felt taken care of with every step.

Our solar panels were turned on June 6th and they've been generating a lot of power ever since. I wish I could attach a screenshot that shows the app which provides all kinds of detail on my electricity use and the generation of electricity from my panels.

If you're thinking about installing solar panels, definitely give them a call. You won't regret it!

I had a great experience working with Earthlight. Every single person on the team - throughout the entire process - was knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. Earthlight had been recommended by a neighbor and I am so glad that we chose to work with them.

Had a very smooth solar installation process with Earthlight. Lots of communication during the process down to the final run through of the system with Tyler and Scott. Had other companies give me their spiels and glad I chose to go with Earthlight. Would definitely recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Earthlight Technologies is a terrific team of wonderful people who work very well together to make sure that everything from start to finish is professional and meets or exceeds expectation.
From my very first call when Merissa answered the phone and thoroughly impressed me with her genuinely delightful attitude, I felt confident I had made the right choice.
Now that the project is completed I am even more convinced there is no better company out there.
Highly Recommend!!

The team at Earthlight did an efficient and careful job installing our solar array. They've been responsive on the rare occasion when I've reached out with a question or concern. Their team did all of the heavy lifting, checking in with us along the way as we followed through on the steps to join PGE's net metering program. The products that they use and the intuitive app that provides real-time information on the system's workings are greatly appreciated. Highly recommended.

Kiana and Scott were great explaining everything about solar and walked me through the whole system and the app when everything was finished. Definitely would recommend them for anyone's solar system. Great company and all the workers were extremely polite.

We are thrilled with our solar system installed by Earthlight. The entire process from our first meeting throughout the installation process to the final inspection were friendly, professional, efficient and considerate. They even found ways to save money on the project!

The Earthlight Technologies Team in Oregon provided us with a clear understanding of the practicality of solar panels for our home. It was very low pressure experience with an emphasis on what will work best for our situation. The entire process from the initial consultation to the final initiation of our solar panel system went smoothly and without any worries. Along the way, all of our questions were quickly answered and we were given the time to develop a solid plan from the preparation of a solid design, installation and set up of the panels, to the final commissioning of our system. The financial aspect of the program was clearly stated and a variety of options were explored with the end result being a plan that was both workable and efficient for us. The entire Earthlight Team throughout this project was professional, competent, efficient and respectful of our time and needs as home owners. If you have an interest in seeing if solar panels will work for you, we strongly recommend that you reach out to Earthlight Technologies and give them a try.
Happy and Satisfied Customers, Brenda and Richard Goldner

It was a great experience and each member I worked with was super! Sales -Tristan, Engineering - Charles, electrician - Boone and Kiona for closeout! Thanks

Earthlight was great to work with for our solar install. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, can’t recommend enough. In addition to having the best proposal for us out of the many companies we looked at, they were incredibly accommodating and worked with us throughout the whole process, as we had a baby in the middle of everything.

The people with Earthlight Technologies were great to work with. They answered all my questions and I had a few, one that an expert from the East Coast had to call and talk with me. I believe I got the best solar system out there with outstanding warranties. Since they are a preferred installer with Energy Trust of Oregon, their work is inspected. No problems were found. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I got a lot from Earthlight.

Earthlight technologies installed our pasture mounted solar array and we couldn't be happier. They went to great lengths in the planning stages to ensure that the installation and production of the system were as planned. Our electricity bill has dropped to next to nothing and we are enjoying the benefits.
Their after sale service and support has been great with good communication and followup.

We had a wonderful experience with Earthlight Technologies installing solar panels and backup battery system in our home. The entire process, from initial contact with the Solar Energy Analyst through the final system set up and inspection went very smoothly.
Earthlight Technologies has excellent customer service, and knowledgeable and experienced technicians and engineers who helped us best meet our needs and worked with the HOA for project approval.
This was the best experience we've had having work done on our house.

From the initial consultation, through the design phase, and into installation, the team from Earthlight has been excellent to work with. I highly recommend them!

Earthlight Technologies did an outstanding job installing solar panels and a home battery system. Their staff was knowledgeable, the electricians were hardworking and competent, and the follow-up has been great. The integration of the battery with the solar panels and grid is amazingly seamless and the battery app is very powerful. Best solution out there if you want to have solar panels and a home battery!

Earthlight was an amazing company to work with from start to finish. Every person we had an interaction with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Had Panels installed by Earthlight in 2021, they were very easy to work with. Their sales person was so much better than other companies who were incredibly pushy with quotes that would expire within hours of the evaluation.
At first all quotes from multiple companies said would need to relocate a couple vent pipes and we were ok with that but then Earthlight said they could use different brackets with better clearance. It worked great!
The panels have been going strong and we are very happy with the amount of electricity produced vs what we were told to expect.

I had great experience with Earthlight. Their communication and response time was excellent. Their sales person was more about giving me numbers than trying to pressurizing me into buying the system. Overall they had one of the best quotes.
From signing the agreement to having the solar system functioning took just 50 days!!
