I recently called John's waterproofing for an assessment after water leak, a big shout out to Ryan Love and John's waterproofing. Very professional and honest. I will most definitely call them in the future for any other problems and recommend them to family and friends

Haven’t had the service performed yet, but Robert (the estimator) was incredible to work with. He was very patient and explained each step in an easy to understand way and was happy to clarify anything and answer all my questions.

John's Waterproofing came out to give us a bid for a new sump pump, drainage system and vapor barrier. Ryan was extremely helpful. He communicated well and gave us a detailed and comprehensive bid. Thank you!

I will say, for just coming out and just doing a estimate was very quality customer service. Ryan was very friendly, answered all of questions and even grabbed the dead rats he found! Which he didn't have to do that and we very much appreciate him.

Logan was so so helpful. Not only did he locate the buried water drains, he cleared all the garden dirt that had built up around them. Explained all my questions clearly and responded with pleasant confidence. Great Job.

We had the full meal deal done by John’s Waterproofing one and a half years ago - namely removal of batt insulation and old vapor barrier, exterior curtain drain and downspout drain system, complete interior encapsulation with three separate drainage areas with three sump pumps and dehumidifier, and finally 2-3 inches of closed cell spray foam on the crawlspace walls! We topped it off with LED lighting to make it really easy to see. We have been very impressed with the workmanship and quality of all of the components. Most of all the guys worked intensely on all aspects! Since the installation in July 2023 we have had routine inspections by their Service Technicians with Jeremy C. most recently which have been very informative and reassuring for the investment we made. The benefits of diverting all the outside water away from the foundation and maintaining an optimal humidity in the crawlspace has produced lower heating costs, better air quality in the house and greatly lessened the chances of frozen pipes! Greatly appreciate the initial work and follow up and not to mention the fact that our house is at the outer limits of John’s Waterproofing service area, 3 1/2 hours from their office!

He went above and beyond to make sure I understood their product and services and took the time to talk me through each step. He’s a true professional!

I literally can’t say enough good words about the job Luis and his crew did to waterproof my basement. They took great care to keep everything clean as they worked so hard to install a liner and sump pump. They had to come through the front door, across the front room and down to the basement. Even though they had to enter through the front door, nothing was tracked in through the living spaces. They were just a pleasure to have in my home. I wish I could hire this crew for all projects. Good company, great guys, outstanding service. It just doesn’t get any better.

We hired John's Waterproofing to raise an addition on our home that had setteed a couple of inches and the floor was sloped and there were some cracks in the dryway and some of the wood moldings had seperated. They were great! Amazing job! The floor is now level again and the woodwork even came back to it's original fits. The team they sent our worked quickly and efficiently, dispite the bad weather, and accomplished what almost seemed impossible in record time. I dreaded having this kind of work done, and put it off for awhile, but I'm so glad that found out about John's Waterproofing. I also like the fact that they were local to our area. The whole team was great and a special thanks to Avery who went above and beyond.

We sold our house and the Inspector the buyer used had John's give a bid. We have had a sump pump installed for 20 years in our crawl space and have never had a problem and there was no mold found at all. We went with the bid we received even though the work they said needed to be done we didn't feel it did. One thing I would say is good is how fast they can schedule work to be done. My husband had to go to work late to let them in the house and the workers didn't show up when they said they would. There was miscommunication from their office and they said they spoke with me on Friday before about the time. That never happened. Once they showed up an hour and a half late my husband left and they did the work. We were first told we weren't sure if they would finish in one day. But they completed in 4 hours. When we inspected the work they didn't do half of what was quoted. The quote stated they needed to move the sump pump to a lower spot in the crawl space. Nope still in the same spot. When my husband called Jesse to discuss what was done and not done it was decided Jesse would come up the next day and inspect what work was done. Horrible communication with this company and bills you for part of the job that isnt done and they will not reimburse at all. I am grateful we sold our house but I want others to be aware of the horrible company this is

Hands down, the best experience I’ve ever had in the process of renovating my home. Delfino, Louis, Christian and Uriel, worked hard and good humuredly while tackling the monster job of encapsulating the crawl space of my 5770 sf double dome home. I highly recommend John’s Waterproofing, the results are everything that Tim Harris, our rep said they would be. The house is warmer, the air cleaner, the damp, heavy feeling is gone and the crawlspace is impeccable. Worth every penny, thanks again John’s Waterproofing for making my house feel like a home!!

Robert was wonderful to work with. He thoroughly explained our options and even directed us to a plumber to help resolve the underlying issue. In the end, we did not need a full waterproofing solution. We truly appreciated his honesty and integrity throughout the process.

Had my basement done several years ago and am very pleased with how the work has stopped all water from entering my basement. I just had James out for the annual service and he did a great job. He is kind and friendly and doesn’t suggest repairs unless they are absolutely needed. This company and its employees are trustworthy and great to work with.

Francisco and his crew arrived early each day for work on our crawlspace. They took care to keep our home clean by carefully putting down plastic. He communicated efficiently and was easy to talk to. I just had Marc check out my property for an inspection related to an issue I was having with the home. Marc was so up front and honest. He didn’t try to pull any contractor antics. He assessed the issue, used his experience, and told me how to fix it myself. Upstanding guy. Going to be doing business with them in the future. They really care.

It was quite serious. We decided on a total encapsulation. He explained everything thoroughly and was a true gentleman. So far my experience with John’s has been very good.
