Earthlight was great to work with for our solar install. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable, can’t recommend enough. In addition to having the best proposal for us out of the many companies we looked at, they were incredibly accommodating and worked with us throughout the whole process, as we had a baby in the middle of everything.

The people with Earthlight Technologies were great to work with. They answered all my questions and I had a few, one that an expert from the East Coast had to call and talk with me. I believe I got the best solar system out there with outstanding warranties. Since they are a preferred installer with Energy Trust of Oregon, their work is inspected. No problems were found. They aren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I got a lot from Earthlight.

Earthlight technologies installed our pasture mounted solar array and we couldn't be happier. They went to great lengths in the planning stages to ensure that the installation and production of the system were as planned. Our electricity bill has dropped to next to nothing and we are enjoying the benefits.
Their after sale service and support has been great with good communication and followup.

Had Panels installed by Earthlight in 2021, they were very easy to work with. Their sales person was so much better than other companies who were incredibly pushy with quotes that would expire within hours of the evaluation.
At first all quotes from multiple companies said would need to relocate a couple vent pipes and we were ok with that but then Earthlight said they could use different brackets with better clearance. It worked great!
The panels have been going strong and we are very happy with the amount of electricity produced vs what we were told to expect.

Everyone at Earthlight was very responsive and professional. They went out of their way to remove my old solar system, so that I could have it reinstalled elsewhere, and to coordinate with my contractor to repair my metal roof, before they installed my new system.

The Earthlight team did a fantastic job installing 15 panels on our home! It was a speedy, pleasant process from start to finish, and the staff were quite helpful at each stage. Shout out to the installation crew for getting the whole thing installed and running in half a day!

Earthlight came in with the lowest bid and had a very low-pressure sales approach, which was appreciated after talking with many door-to-door solar salespeople. Tom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in selecting our system, and Josiah did a great job with the site visits before and after the project. Research multiple places for battery. Wanted to get it to supplement our solar panels. Earth light was absolutely incredible. They did not use heavy-handed pressure techniques like the generator companies did. The whole process was extremely clear and smooth. There’s even an app that explains the timeline. I got confused about things in the timeline and when things were not progressing as I expected. They were able to patiently explain the process and get me in the right direction so I was no longer confused or irritated about delays which were built into the process.

Three months later, they sent a really nice follow up to make sure everything is going well. I’ve never had any company follow up to see if I’m happy with the product after the fact. It was a sign of their excellent customer service. The prices were competitive and better than Tesla.

To the whole process, they help set up the app and set me up for the battery program and they made everything so easy. I highly recommend.

1/26 update

We are saving over $50/m using the battery daily with time of use billing. However tonight was the first outage. There was a flicker, darkness, for a moment, then Light!!!

Our neighbor generator was so so loud. Headache

Our battery worked seamlessly. It switched back on when power was restored- and I didn't even know. And now it's recharging for tomorrow - where it will continue to save money every day. Especially paired with solar.

Earthlight did an amazing job with installation and education. I still remember what they said about the battery and I'm impressed by how well the Franklin system works.

Highly recommend this over a gas generator

I did a lot of research and talked with four other companies (bids from two). Earthlight was, hands-down, the right choice.
Is solar an investment? Yes. That means you want to invest in people you can trust, who care about their work, and who are available when you need them. We've experienced all of that and more with Earthlight Technologies. Every worker knows their job. They care about communication and care that you, the customer, understand how to use the system you have invested in - and that it works efficaciously! When something didn't seem right with our electrical panel (it's a new build) the PM, Charles, came out and fixed it all up. The men on the roof were professional, on-time, and did a stellar job - I hardly noticed them! Boone (electrician) and Tommy (apprentice) did a great job setting up my batteries - figuring out the touchy wi-fi/internet out here. They are a great team.

I couldn't be happier with the installation and am thoroughly enjoying watching my panels gather energy, fill up my batteries, and then send more energy back to the grid. This will be a great long-term relationship and investment. Thank you to everyone at Earthlight!

Earthlight staff, from sales to office to tech, were the most upbeat, thorough, professional, & trustworthy crew we have met. They earned our business & also installed the best panels on the market, SunPower. We even met & hired a great roofing company in the process, Onyx. They worked seamlessly together.

Thank you to everyone. We would recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone thinking of going solar. From day 1 they presented the most professional looking proposal & that theme followed all the way through to an on-budget on-time project completion.

Very smooth process, obviously everyone knew what they were doing. We appreciated working with Scott, Josiah, Boone, Kiana, and the rest of the Earthlight Silverton crew. The install crew finished in one day and obviously knew that they were doing. Each step of the process took less time than we had anticipated. The system is working well, and we couldn't be happier. As to cost, Earthlight was very competitive.

Hands down the BEST company to work with for solar installation! They are SO patient, kind and just fun to work with! The office staff is amazing!!! The installation crew is amazing!!! Plus if you call or email, the response time is so fast! Even now, after my system has been installed, if I call with a question they treat it like it's their number one priority! I seriously can not say enough good things about Earthlight Solar...oh there is one more thing!! They are a Tesla Certified Installer! There are A LOT of Solar companies but NOT a lot of Tesla Certified Installers!! They installed a Tesla Wall Charger for my car plus two Powerwalls for battery storage! Everything works seamlessly off of Solar or Grid if needed.

If you don't think they are the best yet, get this! My Tesla Wall Charger was doing some odd things and after calling Tesla they said to send it back to them and they would send me a new one. I asked Earthlight if they would help me remove it. They did come to remove it AND they installed a brand new Wall Charger at the same time!! I had zero down time and Earthlight said they would take care of sending it back. That's great customer service!!!
