I have used Servpro many times as well as referred them to many friends! Caleb with Servpro does excellent work and made sure I understood every bit of my mold remediation!

Teamwork was exceptional! Zach worked all day and when he needed help others joined in…Chad, Johnny B, Laio, Austin and Caleb all worked together on water mitigation at our house to get it done in one day when I thought it would take 3-5 days! Great and friendly service!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. A tree fell on our house in November and they seemed like they could really help us and fight with our insurance. They came out to our property took photos and we thought we were in good hands. A month later, nothing had happened. No call or email. We called and they said they needed to come out again so then two months later they came out again and still no movement on anything. It has been 7 months and literally nothing has happened and we have had to call them each time to get an update. We called today to see what the plan was and they said we can't help you. If we didn't call, we probably would have never heard from them again. So frustrating and a waste of time. We will never use this company ever again and encourage anyone who reads this to find a different company.

Caleb was amazing in our fire loss . He coordinated everything from start to finish . We barely had to lift a finger . I highly recommend Servpro for all of your fire damage or water damage needs .

I was very impressed with the immediate response in the wee hours of the morning when we became aware of a household flood from a broken pipe in an upstairs bathroom. The responding crew was knowledgeable and thorough. Over the period of time while the demolition of the damage was going on my husband and I were kept informed. The two crew, Nelson and Uriel, who demolished our bedroom worked quickly and efficiently. All the crew we worked with were excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to deal with emergency situations following a flood or fire or what ever. Thank you Servpro for being there when we so needed you.

Austin , Jamien and Caleb were our technicians on our four story condominium. We had water damage on all floors they all did a wonderful job, were very polite and courteous. This is the second time using Servpro. Excellent to work with.

Austin and Jamien did an amazing job on my house. We had water damage and they taped everything up, protected all our floors, and cleaned everything after their demo. They exceeded my expectations and on top of all of that they did everything in a short amount of time. I thought about doing the demo myself but I’m glad I didn’t because they did a great job.

I have been so impressed with the team from Serv Pro Springfield. Everyone from Caleb who first came to assess the damage from my leaking water heater to the movers and packers (Jack and Albert and two others whose names I did not get) to Iris and Lisa who packed all my crystal and china to the demo team of Nelson and Francisco has been wonderful. The office personnel has been great in answering all my questions and promptly returning my phone calls. I enthusiastically recommend Serv Pro.

Servpro came to clean up some water damage I had on my property and everything went super smooth, definitely a great job! If you guys ever get to have Servpro do some work for you, would recommend Uriel he was awesome and explained everything I needed to know. Good problem solvers 🙂

Servpro has provided such a great service in our time of crisis. Speedy work, very thorough , clean, great customer care from the office, and safe! Austin ,Jaimen , Caleb , and Rey David have been the most helpful , positive , professional crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

SERVPRO of Lane County did a great job during the initial mitigation process, responding quickly and handling the work efficiently. Caleb, Nelson, Antonio, and Isaac were all professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, making a stressful situation much more manageable.

However, nearly a month later, follow-up communication has been lacking. There seems to be some miscommunication between my project manager and billing, and I am still waiting for my report to be submitted to my adjuster. While their mitigation efforts were excellent, the lack of follow-through and minimal updates have been frustrating.

Overall, I appreciate their hard work during the mitigation phase, but better communication and follow-up would improve the experience.

Edit: my only issue with the service is that there is no communication for when they will arrive. I've literally just missed them because I had no idea they were coming and there was no attempt at reaching me.

Caleb and Ken have been wonderful to work with during our major bathroom leak this December! They were quick to respond to the call for service, professional, courteous and kind each time they came to our house! They took the time to answer all our questions in a way that we could understand during each visit. We would highly recommend them to others for your damage mitigation needs! We are looking forward to working with their reconstruction team in the near future.

Great work with Servpro! Elmer assessed and delivered on fair pricing. And Hector showed up on time with everything needed to handle the job swiftly. Both men were kind communicators. I hope we won’t need them but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

I had Isaac and his partner come to my house for an old water and mold cleanup. They were professional and courteous. On time and worked very hard and cleaned up after themselves.

Caleb showed up the same day I opened my claim and walked me through the process of what Servpro will do to clean up the water damage in my house. That was such a blessing to get things moving right away.

Austin & Tanner showed up the next day they were absolutely incredible!
Honesty is a huge factor in emergencies like these as it isn’t always comfortable inviting strangers into your home, but both of these young men exceeded my expectations.
As the lead, Austin did a great job in finding opportunities to train Tanner to increase his skillset. They are prompt, thorough, informative and very hard working individuals who represent this company very well.

Caleb is super nice and respectful. He helped us out when the winter storm happened and a tree went through our roof. Also water came inside the house. He was very compassionate and understanding and quick to get things done.
