Constraction reviews in Springfield, Oregon

I had an appointment between eight and 10 today for my rugs. Instead they told me that they were coming at noon. I had to make sacrifices to rearrange my schedule and my animals for them to tell me this I feel like this is very unprofessional of them. They should’ve let me know ahead of time.

I am truly grateful for Trevin and his amazing work. I am so satisfied with the cleaning and work that was put into this. A truly professional business and more so, a professional employee. Trevin was amazing, he made my carpet look brand new and also saved my cat from a tree. He puts in the work at whatever he is getting paid now, I know he deserves a raise! Thank you Trevin for also driving my grandma to the hospital after she fell down the stairs and broke her arm. Much appreciated! Trevin is a top tier person and employee! (Definitely 5 stars for the business, and definitely a raise deserved for Trevin!)

I posted a complaint recently and have lost the name/ph # of the man who called me about it. He told me Tim would be contacting me today for resolution to our problems and Tim did come to our apartment building and talked with me and my neighbor. However, after talking with our building manager & on her speaker phone with Tim just now, I learned that he was not honest with me and was not helpful to my neighbor who had previous work done by PG Long.

Showed up just over 20 minutes late, went an hour over the projected wait time, broke the door stop in one of the bedrooms, (I was told to clear the floors for the carpet removal, left my robe hanging) the fabric that allows for a robe to be hung has been ripped off. All minor issues, just want you to know what you're in for. Retrospectively, I wish I insisted to stay in my apartment while they worked. I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure they left some of their tools behind- I now magically have random equipment I never had before. Not very friendly workers, aside from Willie- only reason why I gave an extra star. He was professional and friendly.

Working construction I have seen these guys for many years dealing with all of our apartments and homes that are turned and brand new installations. They are fast efficient and professional always really good . I see them treat everyone right. 12 years in the business I couldn't recommend a better place. - Mike MDi

These guys/gals are the real deal professional flooring experts. As one of Pg Long suppliers they are always friendly and professional that always take the high road in all situations. Pg Long always talks about making the best decisions based on what’s best for their customers. Pleasure to work with!

PgLong in Eugene/Springfield was the "BEST by far" of all the many different carpet cleaning companies I've had in the past !!! First, the EQUIPMENT used to spray and then steam clean was much more efficient with better results. Secondly, the TECHNIQUE with experienced, careful, thorough and attentive application by Trevin (Angelo, I'd give him a raise or written commendation) made my carpet look amazing !!! I'm a very happy appreciative customer, MaryBeth P.

This has been a great experience for us as PG Long has repeatedly
done a great job on our rentals as well as our residence. We are impressed with their ability to get the job done on schedule.

Love the service, and quality of not only the materials and installation but the people, Brent in particular. I have used PG Long for many years on numerous properties and have never been let down. Having a relationship with a company that goes the extra mile, no mater what, allows me the piece of mind to check that one off of the list and worry no more.
Thank you PG Long and Brent

I am a licensed General Contractor is the Corvallis area. For the last 15 years I have used PG Long Floor Covering for a wide variety of projects. From carpeting to sheet goods to LVP flooring, I regularly turn to PG Long to get the job done right. Professional, timely, and reasonably priced.
I highly recommend PG Long Floor Covering.

PG Long is a great company that I have had the pleasure of working with for at least 15 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their carpets cleaned or in need of replacing any type of flooring!

I have used this company on many commercial projects over the last 15 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences each and every time. Whether you are improving your home or business, this flooring company is by far and away the only choice as they are far and away the absolutely best choice out there!
Incredibly solid team, many long-term employees, it just doesn’t get much better than this.

I have used Pg Long for 5 years at a total of 20 multi-family apartment communities for carpet replacement and cleaning. Brent, Jon, Connie, Ricky, Dusty, Willie, Kristina, Emma, and Angie, I know all of these peoples names because each has been a joy to work with. Always there when you need them and they have never let me down!

We are a Professional Property Management Company. Working with the PG Long Floorcovering/Cleaning departments is great! Brent, Willy, Peter, and team(s) all do amazing work. We use their services in Eugene/Springfield, Salem area, and Portland as well. Thanks for all you do!

We have been working with PG Long for nearly 2 years and have had nothing but the greatest professional relationship! They are quick, efficient, courteous, and down right the best flooring company in Oregon State. Thank you PG Long!

As a property manager who cares as much about reliability of service as I do competitive pricing for my clients, it’s been rare to find a vendor that can consistently deliver either of those things year after year. P.G. Long has provide both to my firm for more than a decade. They’re the kind of industry partner that we couldn’t be successful without. FIVE STARS!!!

Working in property management, you always want vendors you can rely on. PG Long is one of those vendors/companies! Fast response time, great quality, and friendly staff. Thankful to have them as a company we utilize!!

Ran into a dude acting like a tough guy telling me I can’t park on the public street infront of his place. Instead of having a head and shoulders he turned it into an issue and thinks he can put cones out for customers on a public street, did I mention this business has a parking lot? Where do they get off thinking they own the street and that they can talk the way they did to me or whomever else parks infront of their business.

I am a property manager and I use PG Long to service the community I oversee. Brent, Scott, Ricky and everyone at PG Long have ALWAYS gone above and beyond. They truly care about customer service and have helped us when we were in a bind. They do quality work at affordable prices, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring or carpet cleaning.

I had luxury vinyl plank flooring put down in all the rooms except the bathrooms. Brent personally came by and pulled up all the carpeting. The product is beautiful and durable just like he said. The crew had it all done in two days. My neighbor loved it so much she had her house done a couple months ago. I would totally recommend this product and this company. They know what they are talking about and they do it.

My house had an issue over the weekend with water in the carpets in one of my bedrooms. Peter called to let me know they would be out ASAP to take care of things. Joe was quick to arrive, very courteous and professional. Angie was extremely helpful in arranging a time for them to come back and pick up their equipment. Super satisfied with how great everyone was through this process. Thank you for such great customer service throughout the whole process!! EUGENE Area PG Long ROCKS!
