Constraction reviews in Springfield, Oregon

I had an amazing experience with PG long. The team did an amazing job installing my new kitchen floor! Quick and professional and left the place very clean. Highly recommend.

I have been managing this property for fifteen years and would not
even consider using another company for my vinyl, carpet and flooring
emergencies. They are efficient, polite, fair priced and always have the
time when I have a repair, flood or total coverage request. From the
office staff to the floor covering employees the demeanor is always
the same. You will never hear a harsh or impolite response from any
who are with PG Long! Thank you for being the best!

They have great customer service and are so easy to communicate with. I can't say enough great things about this office/company. Big shout out to Willy, Angelo and Angie who never fall short at doing such an amazing job and are quick to fix any issues that may come up. Highly recommend this company for all of your flooring needs!

I’ve contracted with PG Long for a while now, every single time I have needed help they have been there for me. From Angie and Kristina to all the office staff. Angelo and Willie always make sure to give the best experience possible and their quality is excellent. My most trusted vendor. 5 stars!

PG Long is by far my favorite company to work with both professionally and personally. David is always so polite when I call in and quick to help schedule. Angie always makes sure carpet cleaning jobs run smoothly, and Joe is always professional and leaves my carpets beautiful. I love that Peter and Nick are always willing to meet Owners at properties to give their expert opinion. Overall I'm always so impressed with every employees professionalism, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond!

I have had the best experience working with this company. Nick, Angelo & Angie are great!
They are quick to respond and communicate well.
The work is always fantastic!
I highly recommend PG Long for any of your flooring needs.

We absolutely LOVE PG Long!! I have been working with them personally for the last 8 years and they are by far my favorite and easiest vendor to work with. We use them for carpet cleaning and all of our flooring replacement and have never had any issues. Highly recommend using PG Long for your flooring needs!!

Excellent experience using PG Long - will use again! This company was recommended to me by our property manager. The local agent, Connie, met with me at our rental and brought several samples of which she was very knowledgeable. Measurements of the unit took only around 10 minutes and we had our bid the next day, and the work was done the same week. Timely service, quality workmanship.

Very un happy, I hired them to repair the floors in my kitchen, dining room, hall way and main bathroom. They were prompt with the initial repairs and install. They how ever we’re not gentle. When removing the mob boards the scrapped along the walls with their putty knives causing me having to repaint after words, they did not reinstall all mob boards (had to have them come back out to finish) and the half of them they did reinstall where done very poorly. Now the worst part around 8 months or so later the center of my dining floor has begun to droop.

I have contacted them several times to warranty their work after a number of text messages and calls they finally agreed to come out and look at it. Then agreeing to come fix the issue but never actually coming. Now the rep will not even return my calls or respond to my text messages.

Definitely do not recommend their services!

I and Jennings Group have been customers of PG Long over many years. We manage over 2,000 residential apartment units and houses. As a result, our experience with both floor covering purchases, repairs and carpet cleaning has been extensive. We commonly do price checks against the competition and consistently find that PG comes out on top. Their personal service makes them one of the best vendors that I work with. In property management there are always exceptions to the rule. rush jobs, or complications in the specs of a given job. PG has always found a way to take care of my business needs in a fast and cost effective fashion. The PG Long staff are good communicators, honest and hard working. They have always gone the extra mile for me. I highly recommend them to take care of your floor covering purchase and maintenance needs.

We have used PG Long for cleaning and floor coverings for many years. They have always been professional and great to work with. We have always been extremely satisfied with their work. They have done after hour emergency water extractions and always been available. I cannot express my appreciation to PG Long for always doing the job, doing it on time, doing it correctly and having a great staff. You can't go wrong with this company!! Wish I could do more than 5 stars to be honest!!

Seems to have a good reputation. Yet my boss recently hired this company to clean the carpets of a manufactured home. Afterwards I had to spend almost 2 and half hours cleaning the very carpets they cleaned. A picture of just part of one room and then a picture of how much I cleaned up in total. A refund should be in order for my boss who frequently uses this company.

I recently used PG Long Carpet Cleaning and had an outstanding experience. When I moved into my apartment over 14 years ago, the carpeting was already old and showing its age, with several unfortunate spots and a large melted wax stain.

The technician, Angelo, arrived on time and was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. He worked efficiently to clean the 600 square feet of carpet. The results are amazing - the wax stain is now completely invisible.

I highly recommend PG Long Carpet Cleaning. The prices are very reasonable, and the excellent service and quality of work means you'll get great value for your money. I'm blown away by the transformed appearance of my carpets.

We are so pleased with our floors! PG Long provides excellent customer service, the product is durable and beautiful, and the install was quick and efficient! A+++++++++

We had PG Long install new flooring in our Philomath office and they rocked it!!! Not only is the floor awesome looking, they installed it in record time and the guys were so nice, helpful, and experienced. This company always shows professionalism and care with their work. I will recommend them every chance I get!!! Thank you so much for fitting us into your busy schedule, we really appreciate all that you did.

My rental property desperately needed carpet and flooring is in Coquille, Oregon. Not exactly a convenient drive for these guys. Sales and service amazing!. The products and quality were equally amazing. The installation went seamlessly. We are very happy with this experience. It is so beautiful!

Worker William should not be working with the public. He was extremely hostile during our interaction and repeatedly talked over me instead of listening or attempting to resolve the issue. The lack of basic professionalism and communication made the situation unnecessarily stressful. Customer-facing roles require patience and respect, and this experience fell far below that standard.

PG Long is my favorite company to use!

Carpet cleaning- Angie, Angelo & Rosa are amazing, they complete jobs quickly and always go above and beyond.

Floor Covering- Nick is my favorite, all our owners love him and he always makes sure the jobs run smoothly and look good.

Ross did a beautiful job on our pond and water fall.He made it to our Specific needs. It was deep enough to keep out the raccoons, keeping the raccoons away from our pond fish. There has been no leaking at all to the pond Also did a great job landscaping around the pond. We have been enjoying it ever since.
.

Absolutely love the incredible work they’ve done in my yard! My new stone walkway is a work of art!

We have had several projects done around our home by this company. Ross is meticulous in his work. He is a true artist in the work he does and always showed up on time and came prepared to work. We are very happy with the work he does Highly recommend him and his work.
