Constraction reviews in Springfield, Oregon

These guys get it done. I had them pour 35,000 sq ft of concrete in a continuous pour this summer starting at midnight. They brought enough labor and mountains of equipment to complete the project. Prior to the pour we met and they had ideas to help the pour go smoothly that definitely helped the quality of the finished product. They are knowledgeable, easy to work with, prepared and want your product to be top notch. Pricing is quite comparable to other companies. I would not hesitate to use these guys for large commercial pours.

Here is a short video of the pour: https://youtu.be/mIpquDnDwyo

I’ve worked with numerous concrete contractors in our area, and 3C has BY FAR the best communication and professionalism in town. Very difficult to pull off in their industry, but they are doing it. Thank you for raising the professional standard!

I couldn’t be happier with the work from 3C. From the very first phone call, their team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They showed up on time, explained the process clearly, and delivered exactly what I asked for!

The quality of the work is excellent—smooth, durable, and built to last. The driveway, patio/walkway turned out better than I expected. They paid attention to detail, kept the worksite clean, and finished with time to spare!

It’s rare to find a company that combines great craftsmanship with outstanding customer service. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality work!

Leo and his team did a great job adding a slab of concrete in my backyard. His communication was simple and straightforward. I would definitely hire him and his team for future concrete projects.

Cleo and crew were very efficient and professional. They replaced a sidewalk and removed a huge concrete stoop to make way for my deck project. They accomplished this in one day when we planned for a two day job. Any future concrete work I have, I know who to call!

Quality job well done!

Excellent work! Leveled my garage foundation. Friendly and answered all my questions.

Leo and his crew are great. They are hardworking, communicative and our concrete is beautiful.

Seemed very knowledgeable and skilled when he came out to do a bid, but he never followed up and provided the quote despite multiple requests.

Working with CLEOS was great. They were affordable, fast and flexible for my needs which was a wide variety of concrete jobs. Driveway, sidewalk, pathing, porch, stairs, basement egress, and retaining wall. Will work with CLEOs again!

Great service! Professional and sipper value for the money! Love his work!

Cleo’s construction went above and beyond. They provided creative insight to our project and worked efficiently and throughly. Theo was an avid communicator keeping me in the loop with timeline, changes etc. will defiantly be using them for future projects!

Cleo’s Construction put in our new driveway and walkway. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Great communication skills. They did everything that was discussed, were very punctual and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them for our next project. We love our new driveway. Ten stars!

We hired Cleo's Construction to redo our front and back patios and we are so happy with them! They are beautiful. They were also able to include a wheelchair ramp and make it look very unobtrusive and aesthetically pleasing. All of the crew was so kind and friendly to my kids as well and they had so much fun watching the project!

Cleo Concrete did a wonderful job on my new driveway here in the Holiday Farm fire rebuild area
