This company is absolutley amazing. Their customer service is out of this world. They will bend over backwards to help you out when you need it most. I use them at myour community and am always impressed with their customer service skills and Thier quality of work.

They would always bend over backwards and do everything they could for me at the location I use to work at. And I still use them but on a different basis. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and quality employees. And what doesn't break the bank anymore

I had an appointment between eight and 10 today for my rugs. Instead they told me that they were coming at noon. I had to make sacrifices to rearrange my schedule and my animals for them to tell me this I feel like this is very unprofessional of them. They should’ve let me know ahead of time.

I am truly grateful for Trevin and his amazing work. I am so satisfied with the cleaning and work that was put into this. A truly professional business and more so, a professional employee. Trevin was amazing, he made my carpet look brand new and also saved my cat from a tree. He puts in the work at whatever he is getting paid now, I know he deserves a raise! Thank you Trevin for also driving my grandma to the hospital after she fell down the stairs and broke her arm. Much appreciated! Trevin is a top tier person and employee! (Definitely 5 stars for the business, and definitely a raise deserved for Trevin!)

I posted a complaint recently and have lost the name/ph # of the man who called me about it. He told me Tim would be contacting me today for resolution to our problems and Tim did come to our apartment building and talked with me and my neighbor. However, after talking with our building manager & on her speaker phone with Tim just now, I learned that he was not honest with me and was not helpful to my neighbor who had previous work done by PG Long.

Showed up just over 20 minutes late, went an hour over the projected wait time, broke the door stop in one of the bedrooms, (I was told to clear the floors for the carpet removal, left my robe hanging) the fabric that allows for a robe to be hung has been ripped off. All minor issues, just want you to know what you're in for. Retrospectively, I wish I insisted to stay in my apartment while they worked. I may be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure they left some of their tools behind- I now magically have random equipment I never had before. Not very friendly workers, aside from Willie- only reason why I gave an extra star. He was professional and friendly.

Working construction I have seen these guys for many years dealing with all of our apartments and homes that are turned and brand new installations. PgLong in Eugene/Springfield was the "BEST by far" of all the many different carpet cleaning companies I've had in the past !!! First, the EQUIPMENT used to spray and then steam clean was much more efficient with better results. Secondly, the TECHNIQUE with experienced, careful, thorough and attentive application by Trevin (Angelo, I'd give him a raise or written commendation) made my carpet look amazing !!!
