Mark has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years! I had tried four different companies before finding him, and after his first visit I have never considered looking for another. I have had many pets over the years and the changing weather conditions of Oregon makes keeping carpets clean difficult. Mark has never failed to impress! I have him out to the house typically three times a year especially before upcoming events. He has always been able to put me on his schedule in a timely manner. Mark is very knowledgeable and has always done a thorough job each and every time he visits. He has been able to remove stains in one try that I could never get out with a home cleaner. He does not try to up sell a job. He will always do a very complete, thorough job, every time. His work ethic is unmatched and has never once wavered in all the years i have known him. Mark is genuine and authentic, truly pleasant to be around, will work with the customer, reasonably priced, and stands behind his work 100%. He is a remarkable person all around and I would ( and do) highly recommend him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would because he is the best carpet and floor cleaner in the area.

It was so great to track down Mark at Steam Masters. He had cleaned carpets in previous years for us and we were happy to be able to have him clean here again. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, hardworking and a great guy.

I work for a property managemt company and have worked with many carpet cleaning companies over the years. I can say that steam masters is my #1 go to. They are professional, responsive, very clear with communication and always get the job done above my expectations! He is very knowledgeable about every situation I’ve thrown at him. I highly recommend!

My carpet looks brand new! Did an excellent, professional, thorough job on the carpet. He whipped out a tool to determine the types of stains on the carpet so that he could accurately pretreat them. He was very knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner. Oh, and the price was way better than the other guys. Would definitely recommend!

Mark did a fabulous job on my carpet, chairs and sofa. He was very meticulous and was able to remove several stains in my carpet and restore my white chairs to near perfect condition, despite denim stains that are impossible to get out. I was very very pleased with the result and will definitely use his services again.

They were able to clear out a massive portion of blackberry bushes in no time and were also able to offer services and suggestions for what to use to keep the blackberry bushes from coming back. In addition to the service I had received, I also was able to have a phenomenal conversation about my goals for landscaping the space. We had our gutters cleaned by PNW Property Care. Not only did Trew clean our gutters but he blew off all of the leaves that were on our roof, and raked them up into a neat pile out of the walkway to our home. We will be using them again!
