House Cleaning reviews in Springfield, Oregon

I highly recommend PNW Property Care, LLC!

Trew is reliable, honest, fair and offers really impressive customer service with his check-ins and follow-ups.

✅️I've hired him to shovel snow from our driveway and walkways, making it safe for us.

✅️He did a great job with the much-needed pressure washing on our sidewalks and driveway.

✅️Most recently, we experienced an ice storm that decimated the trees. He came out and cleared the debris from the property and the rooftop. He also did a way-overdue cleaning of our roof and gutters. (Omg they were bad)

Trew is at the top of my list when I need work done! I trust him.

Let me add this: of all the services that I've used over the years for the upkeep of my home and property, Trew/PNW Property Care is the only one who has texted me to check in. Especially after our recent ice storm, that made an impression on me. There are still some of us who appreciate customer service and care.

Thanks, Trew!

Trew did an amazing job on my roof! He's decently priced and works hard for it! My roof was desperately in need of some TLC and that's exactly what he did. No job is too big for trew will definitely be a repeat customer.

Great customer service prompt to respond showed up on time treated for moss removal and pressure washed our driveway, roof, and decks. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them for anyone who wants stunning results!

I don't understand all of these reviews about great customer service. I requested an estimate for gutter cleaning, and when Trew came out, we discussed it and he was going to send me an estimate just for the gutters, as well as another estimate that would also include cleaning my house and back patio. It took him a week to send the estimate and he only sent one, which included all of the things I requested, plus additional services I did not request. When I asked him to remove one of the 6 items on the estimate, he took away the multi-service discount. At that point I said I just wanted to go with the original plan of the gutters, plus the back pavers, and he now said he has a $500 minimum. He originally came to quote just the gutters, so something is definitely off. I recommend steering clear of this guy, unless you want to be upsold and overcharged if you don't accept all of his recommended services.

Straightforward and professional - Trew at PNW Property Care LLC gave us a different options for treating and protecting our roof. He communicated clearly, arrived ontime for the quote and the work, and did exactly what he said he would do. I highly recommend Trew.

Trew came out did my house/business. He gave me a fair deal and made it very easy and simple for me! I will be using him for future projects around the house! Thanks Trew!!

He makes your windows crystal clear and is very fast and efficient.

This window washing service is amazing. In the past I would wash windows myself but was told to try Ian as he is professional and reasonable. Want an understatement! I could hardly believe how clean my windows were plus the cost was much less than expected. It was a positive experience and I am extremely satisfied.

Ian did an amazing job cleaning our hard to reach windows. Highly recommend. Will have him regularly clean our windows moving forward. Thank you again!

Great work. Very pleasant and professional. I will definitely use his service again.

Devan did an excellent job on our windows. He is very professional, conscientious and the price was reasonable (and we have a number of small panes in our windows). We recommend him highly.

Devan did a fantastic job on our windows. He hand washes each window to get that excellent clear look you desire! Very professional, on time, reasonably priced, and quality work! Very happy with the job he did and will hire him every time.

Devan is an excellent window cleaner! He’s easy to schedule via text, he’s prompt, he works quickly and efficiently, and my windows have never looked better. I have paid way more for way worse service before! He hand scrubs and squeegees each window and makes sure they’re dry when he leaves none of this spraying them down with a hose and walking away. The screens are cleaned and dried too. When inside, he’s very respectful with our belongings and covers things if need be and when he’s finished the windows just sparkle!

Besides doing a great job they are very affordable! I will call them every time I have a job that need the blinds cleaned, or for our home.

Outstanding job! Fast and friendly service. Convenient onsite cleaning. The blinds look like new. Highly recommend.

I moved into my new home and saw that all 13 blinds needed cleaning. Affordable Blinds cleaned them in record time and they looked like new! Do not buy new blinds until you try this service.
