House Cleaning reviews in Springfield, Oregon

They helped clean the dog barf out of my couch, very respectful employees and timely service.

Titus did a great job cleaning our carpets and area rug—quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price.

All around five star service! I've been using Rob's for about 7 years and I would never use another company! Great service, awesome prices and very very knowledgeable! Titus is fantastic! Today was the 4th time he's cleaned my carpets, outstanding per usual! I couldn't ask for a better tech, he's quick, efficient and always have great conversation. Thank you Titus! Don't waste your time shopping around just call them!

Titus did a amazing job and was professional and courteous. He didn't stop till the job was 100 % complete to my expectations.
Thank you so much !!!

Titus did excellent work. He was on time and thorough. I have used other well known local carpet cleaning companies but Rob’s did the best job and has very competitive prices.

They do a great job! Very professional and fast! Quick response to request for a quote. Had back this year after using last year.

It's a no brainer.;) I wanted outstanding service and clean clean clean carpets. We got both. Titus is a good human. He is fun to talk to and gets the job done! Thanks see ya' next year.

Titus did a great job...punctual, friendly, informative, and professional. We discussed options and he helped us get the best deal to fit our layout and carpet condition. And that helped us afford a great cleaning of our microfiber couch too. We highly recommend Rob's Carpet Cleaning!

Titus came and cleaned my carpets today. Very personable and professional. He did a great job and got some stains out that I haven't been able to! I will absolutely be recommending Rob's carpet cleaning to friends and family and will of course continue to use them in the future!

Joe here from RV Outlet.
"I am thoroughly impressed with the work you all did removing the water stain from that white fabric ceiling."
I know how tough it can be to remove those water stains from that material, and everyone I talked to said it couldn't be done..... I was blown away by the results.
"Wow" and "ThankYou"
I will try to post some photos soon.

They weee able to work around my schedule pretty good to accommodate me in quicker for the holidays. They did a great job & even a little extra carpet cleaning that would’ve been an extra cost! Thank you! We will use them next time we need carpet cleaning!

The absolute best carpet cleaning company! We’ve been using them for years and Titus is the best! I was nervous when trying to find a good cleaner and am so thankful I chose Rob’s Carpet Cleaning! Easy efficient scheduling, fantastic communication and the cleaning is top notch! Especially with our aging pup! They get everything out! Thank you Titus! You have an amazing company and you are such a wonderful human being!

I highly recommend Robs Carpet Cleaning. Service was excellent. Titus was professional and gracious. He explained everything clearly and was very efficient. Carpets look great - stains gone. To my surprise, feel much softer under foot and thicker pile after the cleaning. Would use them again without hesitation!

My service was excellent. I had my carpet and three pieces of furniture cleaned. My carpet looks great and my couch and chairs look amazing. In fact my couch looks like new! The young man in charge of the cleaning was exceptionally nice and professional. I plan to use Rob's Carpet Cleaning for all my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

We had such a great experience with Rob’s Carpet Cleaning. Titus, the owner, came out himself and took amazing care of us.

He cleaned our carpets, our linen couches, and even our giant beanbag chair that had cat urine on it. Not the easiest job, and he handled it like a pro. He even humored me by working on a few rust stains and took the time to explain what he was doing and why, which I really appreciated.

Everything looks and smells so fresh. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a good job and taking care of people. Super professional, easy to work with, and just an all-around great experience. Highly recommend him.

I have to say I was debating weather to buy new carpets or get them cleaned one more time. 21-year-old carpets are getting old especially with two dogs. This is my first time using Coit Chris did an excellent job cleaning my sectional sofa and all the carpets and stairs in the house. I will only use Coit from here out!

Did great job on kitchen tile.. They worked very hard and did the job in a timely manner..

I had the good folks at Coit in Eugene come out to deep clean a whole lot of ceramic tile flooring that I have throughout the house as well as doing one tile shower/bathtub surround. I could not be happier with the service. They did an outstanding job in removing decades of dirt that had accumlated in my unsealed tile floors and a moderate amount of soap scum on the shower surround. After that, they sealed the tile so dirt will not accumlate as it has in the past. They were resonably priced for all of the work involved, which was considerable, and professional all along the way, arriving on time, being efficient with their time and doing a great job. In addition, Chris was able to work with some of the damaged caulking around the shower/tub surround by cleaning out some of the old stuff, letting it dry out for a day or two, and then coming back to recaulk it. It is clear that Chris has had a lot of experience in this field, is extremely knowledgable and able to give advice to procure the best outcome. It's rare these days to have folks be this professional and courteous and even more so to be as expert in the field and it was much appreciated. Based on this, most positive experience, I will consider using Coit, in Eugene, as it's a franchise, for any one of a number of other services they offer in the future. I don't have pics to offer and/but, the place looks great. It's just a pleasure now.

Here's an update in 2024. I also had occasion to have them come and do some rugs and carpeting in the house more than once as well as carpeting on the walls of my little travel trailer. Once again, the results were outstanding. All of it cleaned up really really well, much improved over the company I used before coit.

As was the case in the tile cleaning effort, they were extremely professional, on time, cleaned up very very well, and generally got the work done in a very timely manner.

I could not be more pleased. It's rare these days to find a company that you can rely on as much as I now have done with coit.

Chris cleaned and sealed grout in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, along with doing stain removal and sealing of our kitchen countertop. Very happy with the results. Took him hours but he worked the whole time and it felt like we had a new house when he was done. Would definitely use him again for this or other jobs COIT performs. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Chris M for our carpet and upholstery cleaning! I needed deep cleaning and sanitation from mice and rodents which got into my storage unit and into my couches and chairs.
I am very happy to have everything clean and even added my living room carpet for an extra small charge highly recommend this company for carpets and upholstery!! Will use again in future

I have had Chris clean our floors in the past, and he went above and beyond this time. I had some remodeling done, and so I had him also clean the ducts. As usual, he was meticulous. He is also very knowledgeable and taught us how to best deal with floor and carpet stains, as well as how to get the best filter for our furnace. He spent a whole day doing all the tasks, barely stopping for breaks. Thank you, Chris! See you in about a year!
