We had an unfortunate pipe failure. Zack and his partner Austin showed up and took control of the situation. Professional, courteous, and well planned work ethics were displayed. We would like to thank them again for helping us through this process.

Stellar customer support. Servpro repaired some water damage and remediated some mold around a rental property bathroom for my parents in April, 2023. In April 2024, I called Servpro seeking documentation of the repair (to satisfy our insurer) and have received prompt, professional and helpful response from Servpro staff. There was no question about the validity of my request about a job 12 months ago. They stood and delivered, seemingly with a smile. Again, stellar customer support.

Caleb, Zach, Lallo, Victor and Chad were our team that helped dry our floor after our kitchen was damaged by a dishwasher leak. We were very happy with the service provided over the 6 days of this process. Thank you!

The most unprofessional company I have ever been a witness to. They were hired over 2 years ago for a mold remediation. While here, employees stepped through our roof twice and the job took twice as long as stated. They left very large piece of their equipment here. We called multiple times for them to come get it, it was never picked up. Over two years sitting in our garage we tried to get ride of the equipment, seeing we are not a storage unit. At this point a member of the company called the police on us, as if we were the criminals. The only criminals here is the company that charges this much just to have the mold return to the same area remediated shortly later and the people who expect you to keep their huge equipment rent free. I will never use them again and make sure to share this story with everyone who has needs within their scope of work.

Such a great company and all the technicians are so friendly I have dealt with multiple technicians from this company due to a big job remodeling my bathroom and they have all been so friendly and so helpful along with getting things done fast, I would highly recommend them ,thank you John,uri and Francisco and all the other technicians I've been dealing with these last couple weeks

Servpro took care of water under the house, in a tight crawl space after some heavy rain. Austin and Jamien did a great job in a difficult space. Thanks !

Amie is an extraordinary asset to the SERVPRO company. She goes above and beyond for her customers as well as being an important team member.

Laura and the Servpro techs have been a lifesaver. All 22 units at the apartments I manage were catastrophically flooded this week and the Servpro heroes have been diligently working to fix the damage. They are the best! I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have them on the job. It's been an overwhelming and stressful situation but their services have made it much less so, for that I'm forever grateful.

Uriel and Hector were pleasant and professional. This repair is a big disruption for us, but they've helped to minimize it where possible.

We had a large leak that caused damage to our laundry area and both bathrooms. Austin and Caleb came out and have been wonderful during our water damage remediation. Very polite, professional and efficient.

They did a great job cleaning my office as I was preparing to move my business. The staff who came out on site were especially impressive. Not only was the quality of their work unimpeachable, but they were extremely friendly and kind. Caleb, Zack, and Georgie were especially fantastic.

Man our landlord still has so much to address but what these guys were hired to do, they simply crushed it. They were clean, tidy, super respectful, and just felt comfortable and confident with them in my house and with their work. I’m not sure if I should name drop but Nelson and Uriel you guys for sure are awesome and Servpro should give you guys a raise because you two are 100% the kind of guys that successful companies run on. Teamwork was exceptional! Zach worked all day and when he needed help others joined in…Chad, Johnny B, Laio, Austin and Caleb all worked together on water mitigation at our house to get it done in one day when I thought it would take 3-5 days! Great and friendly service!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. A tree fell on our house in November and they seemed like they could really help us and fight with our insurance. They came out to our property took photos and we thought we were in good hands. A month later, nothing had happened. No call or email. We called and they said they needed to come out again so then two months later they came out again and still no movement on anything. It has been 7 months and literally nothing has happened and we have had to call them each time to get an update. We called today to see what the plan was and they said we can't help you. If we didn't call, we probably would have never heard from them again. So frustrating and a waste of time. We will never use this company ever again and encourage anyone who reads this to find a different company.
