For months, I postponed getting the carpets in my home cleaned until I feared the stains would become permanent. Several areas were very heavily soiled due to kid traffic. After 11 months of neglect, I called Mark at ServiceMaster; he gave me a reliable estimate, (lower than others), over the phone and arrived on time the very next morning.

When I came home that afternoon, I experienced the satisfaction (and relief) I had hoped for: the carpets we're as clean as they were on the day I moved in; even the most unsightly stains were gone. In all, I can recommend Service Master of Eugene without reservation.

We have used Mark on a few different occasions. Each time is has been prompt, friendly and thorough. We have white carpets and they have looked amazing after each cleaning. Mark has also cleaned our couch and vinyl flooring. Vinyl Flooring was squeaky clean. Thank you Mark, we will be calling again in the future.

Mark McCollom at Steam Masters has been cleaning my rugs, tile and upholstery for almost 20 years. I've never found a reason to go anywhere else, because Mark is timely, pleasant, accommodating, efficient and everything turns out beautifully! I just hope he stays in business another 20 years!

We see Mark twice a year (at minimum, unless we spill something awful!). The service he provides is above-and-beyond great! The carpet looks perfect when he is finished, and it stays nice for easily 6 months (unless we spill something awful!).....and if we do, he has been known to make time to come on call...always the same day or the next. And he magically turns our older carpet into a lovely, inviting, soft backdrop. His rates are quite reasonable and are a great value for the service he provides.
