Mark@Steam Masters Carper Cleaning is absolutely amazing, he, and his employee did a fantastic job, I’m very impressed, plus he’s just an all around great guy, if you need carpet cleaning, I most definitely recommend this company

Mark is absolutely amazing. He does a thorough job and always goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I used him for years with a property management company that had over 500 unit and over a hundred turning over in a summer. I also have used him on all my personal rentals. He is a really good person and has a great word ethic.

I am a property owner and landlord in Lane county. I met Mark McCollom 20 years ago, the first
time I had him clean the carpets in one of my units. Between then and now I've never once been
disappointed with his work, attitude or professionalism. At times, he's done wonders with carpet
that I was almost sure had been destroyed. At the same time he's very straightforward and
realistic about what he expects to be able to do. I found more often than not the results were
even better than what he had predicted. In the very few times that there's been an issue after
the cleaning, Mark has responded immediately and made timely arrangements to try again on a
problem area when that's what the situation called for. He performed this follow-up work at no
additional charge and has always tried his best to make sure I'm satisfied with his service.
As a retired contractor and long time owner of investment property, I've worked with many
subcontractors and service businesses over the years. I'm quick to recommend Mark and his
services to anyone in need of carpet cleaning as I'm always sure they won't be disappointed.

I called Mark in an emergency on a Sunday night for a Monday cleaning. He text me Sunday night to confirm he could squeezed me in at the end of his day Monday. He did an amazing job on a bedroom and 2 mattresses in my rental. Mattresses and carpets looked brand new and smelled clean and clear of pet odor. I highly recommend Mark.

Mark was fantastic! He comes with invaluable expertise and knowledge. The customer service was excellent and the cost was affordable. The dedication shown you don't see quite often these days and I appreciated it. He moved furniture and really pulled up his sleeves to get my carpet the best results. I recommend Steam Masters to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you Mark!

I called for an appointment and Mark was available on short notice. He thoroughly cleaned my sectional and large rug. He was efficient and thorough. I’m thrilled with the results! And he didn’t try to add on a bunch of additional services like so many carpet cleaners do. I will happily refer him to others and use him again! Thank you, Mark!

Mark with Steam Masters does an amazing job! Today was his second time cleaning my carpets and I am just as impressed as I was the first time just over a year ago. I have 4 kids and he was able to get slime, gum, makeup, taffy, and even candle wax out of my carpets. He is very thorough and takes his time to make sure he does the best job possible. His prices are affordable and he makes himself available to fit your schedule. I would 10/10 recommend Steam Masters Carpet & Floor Care!

Mark does a phenomenal job! He’s efficient, friendly and thorough. I recommend him for anyone needing residential and commercial carpet cleanin.

Mark knows his business! He is both professional and polite during setting up appointments and when doing the work. We have used him for carpets, tile grout, and furniture cleaning. He is careful about not making a mess and I recommend him whenever possible.

Mark did a great job cleaning the older carpet in my home. The final result was much better than I had expected! My carpeted stairs looked terrible and I was ready to replace the carpet. After Mark cleaned them he said the carpet was still in great shape. I would definitely recommend Steam Masters/Mark and will use him in the future when the need arises.

If you’re in this area and need carpet cleaning, go here and you will not be disappointed! The price is also unbeatable. Thank you so much Mark for your professionalism and expertise!

First off, Mark was willing to come all the way up river to Vida/Nimrod when other companies would not. Then he continued to exceed my expectations with the special care he took with our carpets specially the room where I cat had continually peed for apparently longer than I was aware. In the end, all of our carpets and rugs look brand new again and smell fantastic! All in all I am very impressed and will recommend Mark whenever I get the chance. See ya again next year Mark!

Mike did an amazing job cleaning my carpets! I was very impressed with the process and method that he puts into his job of carpet cleaning and the carpets are beautiful. A very professional and nice person. I will certainly call him again

Mark made himself available at short notice and we SO appreciate it! Our carpets look amazing!
Mark arrived on time and was incredibly professional- I highly recommend Steam Masters Carpet and Floor Care.

Mark has been cleaning my carpets for over 10 years! I had tried four different companies before finding him, and after his first visit I have never considered looking for another. I have had many pets over the years and the changing weather conditions of Oregon makes keeping carpets clean difficult. Mark has never failed to impress! I have him out to the house typically three times a year especially before upcoming events. He has always been able to put me on his schedule in a timely manner. Mark is very knowledgeable and has always done a thorough job each and every time he visits. He has been able to remove stains in one try that I could never get out with a home cleaner. He does not try to up sell a job. He will always do a very complete, thorough job, every time. His work ethic is unmatched and has never once wavered in all the years i have known him. Mark is genuine and authentic, truly pleasant to be around, will work with the customer, reasonably priced, and stands behind his work 100%. He is a remarkable person all around and I would ( and do) highly recommend him. If I could give him 10 stars, I would because he is the best carpet and floor cleaner in the area.

It was so great to track down Mark at Steam Masters. He had cleaned carpets in previous years for us and we were happy to be able to have him clean here again. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, hardworking and a great guy.

Well done. Great service- Mark owns the company and does all the work - attention to detail and customer service was awesome. He got some bad smell a small dog we had gone. Will use him again

I work for a property managemt company and have worked with many carpet cleaning companies over the years. I can say that steam masters is my #1 go to. They are professional, responsive, very clear with communication and always get the job done above my expectations! He is very knowledgeable about every situation I’ve thrown at him. I highly recommend!

My carpet looks brand new! Did an excellent, professional, thorough job on the carpet. He whipped out a tool to determine the types of stains on the carpet so that he could accurately pretreat them. He was very knowledgeable and did the job in a timely manner. Oh, and the price was way better than the other guys. Would definitely recommend!

Mark did a fabulous job on my carpet, chairs and sofa. He was very meticulous and was able to remove several stains in my carpet and restore my white chairs to near perfect condition, despite denim stains that are impossible to get out. I was very very pleased with the result and will definitely use his services again.

They came highly recommended and now we know why!! They were courteous, professional and did an AMAZING job!!!
