Reviews of local pros in Springfield, Oregon

I wouldn’t use anyone else. Absolutely exceeded my expectations in what I thought was a lost cause. Titus is an absolutely amazing person. Extremely courteous, talented and an exceptional young man. I worked 38 years in management and the service industry for large companies and I would have been honored to have him on my team!! Don’t look any further than these guys!!! Thank you so much.

Carpet looks great. Much better than I expected and it was done within a two hour time limit. Titus was great to work with. Great price -great service.

Been having Titus carpet clean for us for the past 2 years, he has been absolutely fantastic, always extremely polite, and very efficient. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

They did a great job and affordable! Titus was nice and got the stains out! I will definitely use them again.

This company is great! I like to give my business to smaller, local companies and made an appointment with the owner of a different company. The guy just never showed! I had all my furniture moved already and was hoping against hope that I could find another company with an opening. My daughter suggested Rob’s. Sure enough, they squeezed me in and got my carpet clean!! The young man who did the work was friendly and professional. The price was excellent. Will definitely call them again!!!!

Rob’s Carpet Cleaning is top shelf. Admin Cindy is nothing but pleasant & helpful. “Cleaning Tech” Titus is great. Very informative & able to solve all my footing problems - believe me I gave him a few, but he never hesitated. He cleaned my home & my 40’ Motor Home perfectly.

We love Rob’s Carpet Cleaning company. We have used their service for several years. Titus is friendly and professional and he did a fantastic cleaning job. We will call again next year, I’m sure.

This company is AMAZING in every way! Titus is so professional and wonderful! From the call to make an appointment, to the finished job, they are all so friendly. I will always use their services!! Have been a satisfied customer for 10 years!

Showed up on time, worked quickly, and was friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Titus did a great job as usual shampooing our wall to wall carpets, area rugs and staircases in this 8000 square foot house (B&B). And a very fair price. Best carpet service in the area by far.

Wonderful!! They were delayed by an hour and actually called to let me know the new arrival time. Rare these days. I had a chair and loveseat cleaned and they look great! Titus was friendly and professional. Will be calling to schedule a large job soon!

Rob's carpet cleaning was great to work with! They were able to schedule my job quickly, had great communication, the carpets looked great and the price was right. I definitely recommend this business.

We’ve been using Rob’s for several years! Titus has always been our tech and he’s friendly, thorough and always on-time! Highly recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things regarding this family owned business! Last week I looked out of my window and saw a young man (Titus) operating a carpet cleaning vehicle. I was in terrible need of my carpet being cleaned and therefore inquired regarding cost and availability of services. Titus quickly informed me of any steps I needed to take and later that day we were able to schedule a carpet cleaning. This week, Titus came out and cleaned our carpet and he did a phenomenal job! He was polite, professional, mannerble, did an excellent job cleaning our carpet, and was overall highly personable!

With that being said, I would easily reutilize Robs's Carpet Cleaning for any of my carpet cleaning needs and will also gladly recommend Titus and Rob's to any family or friends! Thanks again to Titus for being so awesome and for coming out and helping get things in shape in time for the New Year! Well done, 💛💛💕🫶🏽🫶🏽🧽🧽🧽

Titus did an amazing job on our carpets, they were definitely needing a clean and he showed up and got the job done. Very respectful, and efficient. Definitely calling again in the near future!

I gave been using Rob's Carpet cleaning for 5 years now. Titus is the best, he not inly does a great job cleaning my carpet, he does it with a great smile on his face.

Nothing less than what you expect if not more. Phenomenal customer service…personable, quick witted and very easy to communicate with. Not to mention the amount of detail he put into his work. The carpet turned out as amazing as his personality. For more than a quality rate.

I have used Rob’s Carpet Cleaning for years! One of last times I did I was lucky enough to have Tyson come to my home. I was blown away by this young man! He did a great job, even while we had brilliant conversation. Then I got rid of all my carpet, got hardwood, but continued to have my rugs cleaned. I finally got rid of the rugs because I was truly over the dogs ruining them. So, I didn’t need Tyson for a bit. However, I have a sofa that needs a clean so I gave them a call. Who comes to clean, Tyson!!! He had remembered me! It was lovely to see him and now he’s the owner! I am so proud of Tyson as if he was my own. He’s an exceptional young man. Please support him in his new endeavors, you’ll be pleased with services and expertise. Thank you Tyson, see you soon!

Showed up early, and Titus did a good job cleaning our three bedrooms. I would use them again. He even offered to come back and fix anything I was unhappy with! Very good customer service.

Titus was friendly, on time and did amazing work. I would definitely recommend this company

They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in our home. Got the whole place cleaned in a little over an hour.
