Did great job on kitchen tile.. They worked very hard and did the job in a timely manner..

I had the good folks at Coit in Eugene come out to deep clean a whole lot of ceramic tile flooring that I have throughout the house as well as doing one tile shower/bathtub surround. I could not be happier with the service. They did an outstanding job in removing decades of dirt that had accumlated in my unsealed tile floors and a moderate amount of soap scum on the shower surround. After that, they sealed the tile so dirt will not accumlate as it has in the past. They were resonably priced for all of the work involved, which was considerable, and professional all along the way, arriving on time, being efficient with their time and doing a great job. In addition, Chris was able to work with some of the damaged caulking around the shower/tub surround by cleaning out some of the old stuff, letting it dry out for a day or two, and then coming back to recaulk it. It is clear that Chris has had a lot of experience in this field, is extremely knowledgable and able to give advice to procure the best outcome. It's rare these days to have folks be this professional and courteous and even more so to be as expert in the field and it was much appreciated. Based on this, most positive experience, I will consider using Coit, in Eugene, as it's a franchise, for any one of a number of other services they offer in the future. I don't have pics to offer and/but, the place looks great. It's just a pleasure now.

Here's an update in 2024. I also had occasion to have them come and do some rugs and carpeting in the house more than once as well as carpeting on the walls of my little travel trailer. Once again, the results were outstanding. All of it cleaned up really really well, much improved over the company I used before coit.

As was the case in the tile cleaning effort, they were extremely professional, on time, cleaned up very very well, and generally got the work done in a very timely manner.

I could not be more pleased. It's rare these days to find a company that you can rely on as much as I now have done with coit.

Chris cleaned and sealed grout in 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, along with doing stain removal and sealing of our kitchen countertop. Very happy with the results. Took him hours but he worked the whole time and it felt like we had a new house when he was done. Would definitely use him again for this or other jobs COIT performs. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Chris M for our carpet and upholstery cleaning! I needed deep cleaning and sanitation from mice and rodents which got into my storage unit and into my couches and chairs.
I am very happy to have everything clean and even added my living room carpet for an extra small charge highly recommend this company for carpets and upholstery!! Will use again in future

I have had Chris clean our floors in the past, and he went above and beyond this time. I had some remodeling done, and so I had him also clean the ducts. As usual, he was meticulous. He is also very knowledgeable and taught us how to best deal with floor and carpet stains, as well as how to get the best filter for our furnace. He spent a whole day doing all the tasks, barely stopping for breaks. Thank you, Chris! See you in about a year!

Did a very thorough job quickly. She was kind, understanding and communicative. Extremely grateful for her service. Highly recommend.

Joanna is professional and polite. Her fees are reasonable and her work is thorough and consistent. I wish I could move her across the state with me.

Super quick and efficient! She has all of her own supplies! Has a lot of experience w children and pets and is super sweet and accommodating. Price is very reasonable too!

While I ended up handling the work on my own, when I reached out to Joanna about help with cleaning my house, she always gave me quick feedback and answered my questions. She's very professional and on top of responding

Good communication and work ethic. Accurate quotes. We purchased a house that had been vacant for a while, very dirty, dusty, and needed a deep cleaning to be liveable. Joanna and her helper came in and really put some elbow grease into it. I would highly recommend Joanna and her team.

Joanna and her team were incredible! She was flexible with my schedule, worked quickly and efficiently, and paid great attention to detail. The results of the move-out cleaning for my rental were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Joanna's Housekeeping Services!

Professional cleaning company. Quality work done in a timely matter. With affordable pricing.

Windows, after construction cleaning, clubhouse cleaning.... Dan and his team do it all and are great to work with.

He did an impeccable job cleaning our office, amazing job window cleaning and pressure washing the building. Appreciated the one stop shop from a respectful company.

Dan is amazing, very cheerful and the best window washer ever I highly recommend him, also with reasonable rates

Dan is very dependable and thorough. His work is excellent and is done in an efficient, expedient manner. We've used him for the past two years and will definitely continue to do so.

Dan did a thorough, professional job at our house two years in a row at a very reasonable price. We plan to have him in the years ahead and highly recommend him.

Dan did an excellent and professional job on the windows of my home. I have some very high windows and he even reached those. Dan's prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend his services. Karen

Dan himself came to clean our windows last year and he did an excellent job. He had the tallest ladders for getting up to our very tall skylights and cleaned the windows inside and out perfectly. He also knows all about how to take apart our old double paned windows and clean inside where they have gotten fogged up or dirty. Although I only worked with Dann directly, I can imagine that he would run a business up to his own standards.

Dan did an excellent job on our windows at such a reasonable price! He was recommended to me by a friend of mine who also recommended Future Tech to other friends - all very happy with the work done. I have asked Dan to give me a call next year to schedule a yearly window cleaning. I highly recommend Future Tech to other clients!

We've hired BCC twice now, and we're very pleased with our experience. Scheduling both times was a breeze, and we did not have to wait long for an appt. The staff, both on the phone and in-person were personable and polite.

The quality of their work was exceptional. They paid very close attention to needy areas, helped move small furniture around as needed, lifted items off the carpet while it dried, and they were careful with our furniture and belongings. We will continue to hire them for our carpets!
