Very impressed with the service Troy provided! We needed emergency service at our business and he had a tech out to help us in less than 2 hours, who found and fixed the problem immediately! Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as confidently recommending them to others!

Great service, and extremely fast! We called them for our business, as a light ballast had gone out and was interrupting work for our artists. The reps were 30 minutes late but did a great job when they arrived. They were here for 90 minutes and the charge for service was a little extreme but I had no choice.

I had half the electricity in my house stop working. It wasn’t an emergency but someone was able to come out and look within 24 hours and the work was completed quickly. I appreciate the good communication and responsive service.

These guys are insanely awesome.... Gave me a quote stuck to it gave me a time frame beat it.... My power was out I had no 220I had no hot water I had nothing but these guys saved the day. I had an old fire trap of a fuse relay box. They completely upgraded it in no time seamlessly no issues whatsoever. Would highly recommend

We hired them to handle electricity (installing lights, rewiring a few things & heated floor) during our remodel. They were referred to us by the contractor we were using. They rewired everything fine, lights work great but the heated floors do not work. When we tested the heated floors realizing they were not working, the owner blamed the contractors and contractors blamed the electricians. Neither would take responsibility and after a week of them troubleshooting, they could not fix it. They did not refund us and our heated floors do not work to this day.

From the start North by NorthWest was able to get me seen quickly. Wyatt was prompt, personable, and prioritized what I wanted the end product aesthetic to be. He also cleaned up the mess made from running new wires, something other local electricians don’t do. The cost was reasonable and I am over the moon to have my new garbage disposal operable.
