Gordon's was on the spot for my clogged kitchen drain pipes, the day I called for service.

The 2 gentlemen were pleasant, informative and got the job done very quickly.

This was our second call to the company. They had us scheduled promptly with minimal wait!

Two plumbers came to diagnose a problem we had previously had them out for. They were able to avoid any drywall damage by using a camera and cutting a hole behind the baseboards.

The problem was re-diagnosed in less than an hour. Due to the cost of the repair they were able to temporarily fix the issue but warned that the leaking would likely reoccur at some point in the future.

They recommended planning for the eventuality. Because the original problem was not diagnosed correctly they did not charge us for service even though they did implement a temporary fix.

They could have been deceptive by indicating this was a new problem but they chose integrity and honesty.

Sometimes you get lucky with the specific person a company sends but in my experience the entire company operates with these same principles.

This company is one of few I can say I truly trust. I will be using them for the permanent repair as well as the additional projects I have planned.

Second time we have had the pleasure of working with Gordon Family Plumbing. They did not disappoint. We thought we needed our vent for washing machine cleaned out. They came and assessed our problem and cleared out clogged pipes, our washing machine no longer backs up into our kitchen sink. We value their expertise and love that they get right to the problem. Their price is very reasonable and they were here same morning on time. Will definitely be using again.

This is the second time I have needed them for a stopped up drain. in the past 3 years. . . they were able to snake my drain and give me a lot more information about my homes drains. .and how to better care for them. .. .they also came the same day and did the job very fast. .kept the work area very clean and cleaned up after the work was done. they are very professional and I recommend them. .

I installed a dishwasher and had problems with it draining. Called a friend and he recommended Gordon Family Plumbing. I called on a Friday and was told I would be taken care of on Monday between noon and three. About twenty minutes before noon I was informed that they were on their way to my home. We talked a few minutes and I informed them what I had done and they knew exactly what to look for. In no time they had fixed the problem and I couldn’t be more happy. Will definitely use them for future repairs.

My in-law's had (2) damaging water leaks in their manufactured home. The two amazing techniques Rodger and Rodney, went quickly to work to repair the problems. The water leaks were repaired with excellent workmanship. Highly impressed and highly recommend.

Was very happy with how quickly they were able to get to us! They unclogged our toilet, replaced it with a new one we had on hand anf things are flowing smoothly! The cost was less than half than what a company from Portland quoted us. Love to keep it local!!

Had an old, leaking valve suppling a washing machine.
Replacement of valve seemed like it would be very difficult without tearing into the wall.
Gordon family plumbers worked me into their schedule the same day I called. They quickly agreed on a solution that did not require wall intrusion and had the required valves with them. They completed the job in less than an hour. I have worked with them before which is why I called them. They are always friendly, helpful with questions and fix difficult problems quickly. I would definitely ask for their help again and recommend them.
