Amazing customer service! Answered the phone, got me scheduled in quickly and showed up exactly on time. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend Gordon Family Plumbing!

I have used Gordon Family Plumbing twice in the last six months. In both instances they were quick to respond, friendly, glad to help and made me feel comfortable. They did a great job quickly and cleaned up completely before leaving. I was able to pay with my card at the same time making the billing process simple. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs their plumbing problems fixed efficiently.

Aaron and Roger showed up on time ready to roll. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. The work done was under our house. They provided before and after pictures and explained what the fix and cost would be before they started. No surprises and very efficient. They are a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much!!

My downstairs bathroom was completely useless, so was happy that I had help on Monday AM, after calling on Friday AM. Kind of surprised to see 2 guys, but they were here more than 2 hours. I had to remind them when they were done downstairs, that I had a couple of other concerns. Guess they forgot, but they took the time to tighten a wobbly shower valve, check water pressure into the house (yes, it's low), and discuss how to boost it. I asked for a bid on that. It's Thursday; so far I haven't received that. Still hoping to get that so I can decide how to proceed. Overall, I'm a happy customer. * edit: I had the bid the day after this review posted. Now I have a target amount to start saving for.

These guys are courteous, professional, and do excellent work. They did some work outside the house that required some digging. When they were done, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. They've got my recommendation!

The guys called ahead to ask if its okay to show up early. When they arrived, they were personable, friendly, worked quick and were totally up front about pricing. Knowing that grandpa was resting, they did everything they could to work quietly. In the end, they left the place neat and clean amd did a spectacular job. 10/10, will be calling on these guys again when next I need help.

Very impressed with Julie and Rodney, they gave us exceptional response. Accurate quote and time from request to fix was better than I expected. Gordon Family Plumbing is now my first choice for any/all my future plumbing needs. Great customer service. My 29-year-old Bradford HWH developed a leak and needed a T&P valve and expansion tank. I was also notified that my incoming pressure to my house was well above the acceptable limits and my house did not have a Pressure reducing valve installed. Also, my house did not have a main water line shutoff, so Rodney installed one for me as well. Great work, no mess after job completion.

My water heater died sometime yesterday and I discovered it with a cold shower before bed. It was about 17 years old and was past due to get a new one. I had a great experience with this company! They were able to give me a quote right away, over the phone. Where others wanted to either examine my water heater in person or look over photos for a few hours. I called early enough in the day and they were able to do the install same day. Everyone else was telling me that they could install the next day. Hugh thanks to Gordon Family Plumbing! I'm able to take a hot shower tonight! The install was top quality and very clean.

Two men came to replace my old sink with a new one. You could tell they were very experienced! They did the job quickly and with expertise. They cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend this family-owned company. They are expensive but worth every cent. Top-notch work! They also were friendly.

They were great and completed everything so quickly. This time a leaking hot water heater. They were at my house within an hour of when I first contacted them. Work done quickly and they are so friendly and helpful.
