Duradry restoration has been cleaning the carpets in my apartments for more than 15 years. I can't tell you how many times I thought I would have to replace a carpet and didn't have to, saving me thousands of dollars.

Arturo did an excellent job cleaning the carpet on our staircase. The carpet had not been cleaned in at least 10-years and was quite dirty and compacted; after cleaning it looked great and was no longer flattened out in the heavily travelled areas. Arturo also cleaned the carpets in one of our vehicles and did a fantastic job. We're very pleased with his work and would highly recommend this company.

They were very knowledgeable and did not try to pressure us in any way! They provided clear complete info and were always very polite. The installation crew was excellent! Rooflife of Oregon came to our house a few years ago when we thought we needed a new roof. They are experienced in Oregon cedar roofing so we looked for their advice. They prolonged the life of old cedar roof with some repairs and let us know when we would need to replace it. This let us plan. When we were ready to replace it, they were really kind and talked us through different kinds of roof material. The design advice was so appreciated because I never would have thought of it. During install, they found a small issue that needed to be addressed. They were clear about the issue and what was needed. The cost of handling it was very reasonable. Due to the age of our roof and home, I expected there to be more issues, but there weren't! The install was completed and it transformed our house! We love it!

They cleaned the roof in preparation for spraying it in about a month to help preserve the composition shingles. I assume they did a good job. It looks very nice. As a company they had superior communication, emailed prices and invoices in a timely manner, did what they said they would do on time. A great company to work with!

We had Roof Life come and fix our roof last year and they did a wonderful job! We have been very happy with their work over the past year. They installed an entirely new venting system to help fix our upstairs being too hot. When they finished there was no mess and our upstairs temperature has been significantly improved. Recently, they came to install a flapper vent for our hood in our kitchen. Ricardo was lovely and quick! We couldn’t recommend this company more! We are definitely RL 4 L!!

Roof Life has been taking care of our roof for 15 years and we've been satisfied until this last service. We were torn between getting a new roof or just a cleaning. After their inspection we decided on a cleaning. I prepped home, moved my plants and cars, kept my dogs inside etc. They came and cleaned the roof and it looks fine but the clean up wasnt up to the standards I've seen the past. They left my gate open (I have 2 small dogs who could have gotten out). I was and still am cleaning up moss from my yard, the outside of my gutters did not get wiped down which I thought would be part of the gutter cleaning. Finally, they left a caulking gun on my roof. When I contacted them about this they acted like it wasnt a big deal and said they would be out the next day. I left my cars parked on the street so they would have access to my house but the never showed up. I texted them asking when they were coming to get it. I don't want it to slide off and injure someone. Again they were very casual about it and said the could the following week. I'm still waiting....

We chose Roof Life after receiving 3 quotes. They weren’t the cheapest quote, but we felt the most comfortable with how Tim described the issues with our roof and how to remediate the leaks. They were super timely and communicative, and even came in UNDER their estimate by a few hundred $$! Two employees arrived at 10am and cleaned the entire roof in about 2.5 hours. One on the roof and one worked by laying drop tarps around the house to catch the moss and stuff that was washed off the roof, he also sprayed the house off from the moss debri bits, they did an excellent job.

Jerry provided videos of the roof both before and after, explaining everything. We shared those with our family and told friends what a great marketing tool we think it is!

Yost was in charge of the actual re-roofing. Everyone was sociable, saying hello when we waved, and they cleaned up EVERYTHING each day, which we appreciated. They also took extra care cleaning when they finished.

We used Roof Life of Oregon to treat and maintain our shake roof. They were adequate for that. However, we needed to replace two skylights and they bid to do them. One worked out fine. The other, it turned out was not the standard size. They did not measure before installing the wrong sized skylight. Then we spent money replacing flashing and shakes as they recommended before they admitted it was the wrong size. In the meantime it leaked into our house. They eventually took back the skylight but refused to compensate for the extra work done to fix a problem they created. We ended up replacing the roof due to age and damage. The new roofer put in the correct sized skylight for less cost than Roof Life of Oregon had quoted for the custom skylight. Patrick, the owner, when a problem arose was condescending to us and was difficult to deal with.

A 4-year self cleaning roof protective treatment was recently applied to our heavy cedar shake roof. As always, the crew was professional and the roof is looking magnificent. They’ve been maintaining our roof since it was installed in 1996. We live in a heavily treed area. The recommended scheduled maintenance has significantly extended the life of this roof.

This company is top notch! I sent a request they were very responsive, following up next day. A couple of days later a tech contacted me and scheduled a site survey where they provided a very informative video survey of my roof. I've enjoyed working with them throughout the process highly recommend their services. The initial cleaning looks great and they will be following up for the treatment soon weather permitting. From the time I called for an estimate until the time the roof replacement was finished, Roof Life of Oregon was the most professional, customer service and quality producing company with which I have ever worked!! Their attention to detail and concern for protecting the customer's property was exemplary! Additionally they are very concerned about maintaining the safety of their workers and insuring they are engaged and connected with the long term commitment of themselves and the company.

Roof Life of Oregon did a great job by installing two Velux Sun Tunnels in our loft. It added a tremendous amount of light during the day and they also have solar rechargable night lights during the night.

We have been using Roof Life since we bought our home several years ago for annual cleaning and any needed repairs to our shake roof. We are impressed with the quality and professionalism of every individual that has been out to work on our roof. They take the time to make sure the job is done correctly and always leave the work area as clean or cleaner than the way it was when they arrived.

The company does get a star for excellent office staff, with prompt responses.

My experience with the person coming out to give me a quote was poor. He drove up to my house, knocked on the door, told me he didn't bring a ladder so he couldn't get on my roof, his phone didn't have great reception and left. Less than 30 seconds at my house. He then sent me an estimate for over $21.50/sqft of roof. That's roughly 2x-4x the average price across the state of Oregon. They wanted $21K for ~1000 sqft of roof. They never looked at my roof, never gave me options, talked schedule, timeline, just showed up (15 minutes late), knocked on my door told me they couldn't do anything left and sent me an outrageous price estimate...
If you like burning money for no reason go for Roof-Life of Oregon.
