I had a good experience working with Homemasters. Joe was very thorough and upfront with his estimate and explaining what I needed.He checked in with me before and after the work to be sure I was satisfied. Gary, the project manager, made sure the job was done properly, Leo and his crew did excellent work and cleaned up after the job. And Ahmet was prompt in his removal of the skip and closed out the job. I would hire them again.

We have been a customer for several years not only for my house but my Dad's and now my brother-in-laws. Edith is great and always has a friendly voice and positive attitude. The team of Darren and Jeff came to do a VIP roof cleaning/gutter cleaning. There was clear communication before they began and did a professional job. Thanks Team

We just got our roof done (April 2020)
The good - we liked the quote process. They were one of the lower quotes with the best warranty. The salesman Matt wasn’t pressuring (like other companies were) we even waited a year to make the decision and didn’t get harassed along the way.
They were really fast. Did our 2000 ft ranch in 3 days. They were pretty clean. Didn’t leave a bunch of debris around our house.

The bad — the communication part kinda sucked. We didn’t know when they started, who to communicate to. (They did apologize and mentioned that that doesn’t happen a lot). Luckily I would talk to the lead roofer every day before I left for work but not at the end of the day. Wasn’t aware they needed access to the roof day 2. (Luckily didn’t inconvenience me ) The biggest issue for us is that our new gutters got damaged along the way but since our gutters were only a year old they replaced them free of charge.
Pretty good experience and will recommend to others !

Our gutters were replaced by a great Homemasters gutter team yesterday. Ahmet, Eli, Carlos and Juan did an outstanding job. They were professional, competent and friendly. Ahmet was patient as he answered all my questions during the gutter installation. We were so very pleased with the work they did for us! I highly recommend them regarding the great work they do.

I've used HomeMasters twice. Once for cleaning my roof and repairing gutters. They were professional and a great value, so I used them again for another project, this time for a replacement to my skylight.

Jacob and Rob were the installers of the skylight. While they were here, they noticed some other issues with the roof, walked me through options, and were able to resolve it same day. I also asked them about another issue I wanted fixed. They saw that there is an easy DIY solution that would cost less than $5 and only take a few minutes to do. I was given the information need to follow through on the project.

I'm not a life-long customer for other projects as they come up.

Jordan and his crew were awesome! On time, professional, cleaned up after themselves and took great care when they needed to come inside the house. We had six windows and a slider installed and they look great. We suffered through months of back and forth with another company and within three weeks of the on-site estimate they were done!

Not only were they super quick to get me on the books but they did an amazing job. We were away on vacation and my car was left in the driveway, they put up temporary barriers to protect it from the trash they were throwing into the bin. They also found a number of leaks in our roof, that we did not know about yet, and repaired.

We had one small issue that our stove vent was covered but they quickly came back out and took care of it.

When they were complete they sent someone out to do a final pass to clean everything up, running a magnet across the ground to pick up as many stray nails as they could.

I am extremly pleased with the company, the work they did and the interaction with all of their staff. Special thanks to the foreman Lucas.

I received 4 bids to replace my roof. Jim provided a middle of the road bid. He carefully tailored a bid to match my needs. The team performed the work as scheduled and did a nice job of cleaning up. I had some concerns regarding a couple of vents needing to be sealed. The team was out the next business day and completed the work. Very responsive and professional. Thank you Homemasters.

I just had Homemasters complete a roof replacement and could not be more pleased. Because this is a large and expensive job, I got several bids. Phil was the only one who came out and actually spent some time up on the roof prior to discussing and bidding the job. I was impressed with his knowledge and with aspects of the way they do business, and the price came in at about what I was hoping to spend (one of the other bids was an astonishing $2500 higher; the others were about the same as this one). .I contacted their references and all were not only good but glowing. (I first heard of them through personal referral from someone.)

Once hired, the job was begun quickly, and completed in 2 days. The roof looks great, the guys who came were professional, hard working and considerate, and there was absolutely no debris left, right down to them using magnets to pick up stray nails. Just this morning another fellow came to go over the job with me to be sure I was satisfied. There was one small area that I thought was a cosmetic problem (a drain thing near the chimney that was a little unsightly), and I was assured that someone would come out and make it less noticeable, to my satisfaction.

I got the feeling that this is a well run business with not only competent but nice people working there who care about the work that is done. I won't hesitate to use them again, as they do various handyman work and I'll need gutters replaced at some point.

Robert and Jacob spent a week repairing our tile roof. They were punctual, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They repaired a number of leaks and replaced several tiles. Each day they cleaned up before they left. Once the roof was repaired, Darren and Jeff came out and cleaned the roof and gutters and treated the roof afterwards. When Darren and Jeff were done, all the moss and algae was gone and the roof looked like new! We are so pleased with all the work performed on our roof. We highly recommend Homemasters for your roofing needs!

They do great work and with really hard, I appreciate them and love the owner Billy, amazing guy, and I would highly recommend Crystal for roof estimates, she’s fun to talk to as well

Had this contractor install a new roof. It seemed to go OK, but they failed to seal the skylight I have. It's been leaking hot/cold air and sometimes water since December. I have called them 4 times, every time they say they are sorry and will schedule a fix. But they have never followed up.
Maybe they will do a simple job, but any little complication they will fail to do right, and their warranty is worth nothing.
Terrible follow up.

Had a roof done by them on our old property and thought they did a good job and fell just above our lowest quote.

Bought a new property so had them come quote they were twice above the other 3 quotes we got! Therefore we went another direction!

My roof needed to be replaced and I had four contractors come look at my house. Not only was Matt the only one who did not insist on talking to my husband, he was professional and gave the lowest bid. If you are a woman looking for repairs or a new roof, this is the best company in Portland! They managed to get it done within two weeks of my signing the contract while we were on vacation. We are very happy with the roof and now that it has better ventilation my house is much cooler!

Edith was very responsive on the phone and she and Bill were great at helping me with an Owens Corning warranty claim. When that didn’t work out (not their fault) they were quick to get my repair scheduled and the price was much lower than competitors. The repair was well done and well documented, and they made the whole process very easy and convenient.

The HOMEMASTERS crew, Emilio, Juan, and Ismael did an excellent job of replacing our old gutters with new 6K all around on our home and garage. Great communication during and after the work was completed, attention to detail, and cleanup all top notch. 5 stars, highly recommended!

HomeMasters provided excellent service and final results. They inspected, listened and cleaned up with gusto.

Just completed a large cost roof and gutter replacement. HomeMasters came in on budget. Was the least expensive of the 5 bids we acquired. Also offered a warranty unlike the other options. On the ground staff coordinating were excellent and handled all the random requests I tossed at them. Great management engagement to ensure worker supervision. James the COO was a rock throughout the project.

Emilio and Alex completed the roof repair and maintenance including replacing vents and adding rubber boots in about three hours. They collected the moss so there was very little on the ground.

I had a roof, gutters and skylight installed in 2013. We had a remodel done in 2017. Our contractor had to match the roof and gutters, and made the comment that we had a very good roof. Recently, we had a small amount of mold growing by the skylight. Homemasters came out right away, and made an adjustment in the skylight to fix the problem. This is after the warranty of 10 years. They are so nice to deal with, as well as providing an exceptional product. So glad we had a Homemaster roof!
