Constraction reviews in Tigard, Oregon

When you hire a service such roof and gutter cleaning, you always hope for the best. Homemasters did not fail. Emilio and Juan were awesome. Could not have asked for better techs. They were punctual, friendly, kind, respectful, communicative, informative, thorough and complete. Could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You!!!

We asked for the roof repair, wash and gutter cleaning. Emilio and Alex did a tremendous job, with attentions to the details. When they finished, they explained what they did, and gave us suggestions about the future maintenance. It was the most satisfying experience for us.

Alex and Emilio from Homemasters did an awesome job cleaning our rain gutters. They were prompt, courteous, and very professional.

Great job installing new roof, and partial gutter replacement. Finished in timely fashion, and notified me immediately of any necessary repairs not included in the initial project assessment.

Estimate was thorough and aervice was provided as scoped and within the promised timeframe. They cleaned up after every day and thoroughly at the end, which gave us peace of mind when letting our dog out!

Alex did a thorough a fantastic job with the moss removal & prevention, as well as gutter cleaning. He showed me detailed photos of his work. I am so pleased! Thank you 😊

Matt is a wonderful communicator and a true roof expert. He walked us through the why as well as the what and HomeMasters delivered exactly what we needed. I highly recommend you contact Matt for your roof.

Emilio and Alex did our roof and gutter cleaning today. They were very polite and did the job as required. They also paid attention to the area of our roof that gets the most moss!

I hired these guys several years ago to replace my gutters. They did so, and ever since then there were leaks behind them in several different places. When I asked them to fix it, they inspected their work and blamed the design of the roof installation and said there was nothing that they could do about it without replacing a portion of the roof.

After a few years of tiring of the leaks, I asked a couple of other contractors to take a look, and one of them was able to fix it by just installing better flashing that was properly positioned. The leaks are gone! Those guys will get my future business (subject of a separate review).

Not only did Home masters not fix their own work, they apparently don’t understand asphalt shingle installation well enough to fix a problem independently. I will never hire these guys for another job.

I have a great experience with Homemasters with Emilio and Alex Chinn. They are very diligent with work and explain me step by step the process for my roof repairs. Definitely like to recommend them!

I recently hired Home Masters to fix a leaking roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The two handymen Alex and Emilio who came out were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was sealed properly and even checked for other potential problem areas. Perfect job!
I highly recommend Home Masters to anyone needing reliable, skilled, and honest handymen. Excellent work from start to finish!

Emilio and Alex did a fantastic job doing a routine roof maintenance job today! They did some minor repairs and treated for moss.
They were both very nice, professional, and answered all of my questions.
I would be more than happy to have them come back for future work when needed!

Alex and Emilio came on Tuesday to clean my roof and gutters. They were right on time, polite and friendly and, did an amazing job. They got it done in less than an hour and cleaned up so we'll you could never even tell They were here. 5 stars!

Alex Chinn replaced our asphalt roof ridge (the old ridge was worn and leaking), and he also installed an anchor point (to connect a safety harness/rope to) in the middle of the ridge. He inspected the rest of the roof, took photos of his work and reviewed what he'd done with me. He was quick but careful; the works looks great and should address our leaks. I was impressed and happy with the job he did.

Homemasters completed work on my roof recently - deep cleaning, shingle work, and a new skylight. Alex and Emilio communicated promptly about everything, including arrival time and scope of work. They did a great job, and cleaned up the roof, and the surrounding area. I plan on working with them again in the future.

Homemasters was quick, reliable, very responsive and more affordable than other vendors. This is the second time I use the company to clean my houses roofs. I called and in less than 2 weeks I already had Alex and Emilio cleaning up the gutters and roof. 100% recommend.

Emilio, Alex and Jeff all did a great job of handling my roof emergency! They managed to fit my storm damaged roof into a packed day and fixed it right away instead of just tarping and coming back. They saw the severity of the issue and reset their priorities on the spot. Very happy.

Matt from HOMEMASTERS came over to inspect a few minor water stains in my home attic. Turns out they were just temporary from the power washing done weeks prior that forced water under and back behind the roof tiles. I appreciated Matts and HOMEMASTERS honesty in not trying to sell me a new roof. I would trust them with any of my roofing needs, thanks Matt!

We have a rental where the roof suffered substantial damage from weather And also a slow leak down through the skylight. We contacted Homemasters where we were introduced to Crystal and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was always just a phone call away. I didn’t have to wait days to hear from her as I’ve had the experience in the past with others. Homemasters sent us pictures of their ongoing progress and it was easy to reach them when I had questions. Everyone did such a good job. They were quick and thorough. Working with Crystal was a pleasure as she was very helpful and cheerful and very professional. I would definitely recommend this Company for any roofing needs you might have.

I recently had my roof replaced by HomeMasters. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the quality of work that I experienced. From having great assistance from Edith in the office with scheduling and financial advice. Matt who did my appraisal, explained everything that was to be done. They scheduled me quickly.
Jim delivered the dumpster within the week. Very friendly and personable. The roofing crew arrived at first light and worked all day to finish my project in one day. Worked till dark. I was so impressed how the entire crew hustled.
Abel and Anthony both took time during the job to explain what they had done and why. I’m an elderly senior and everyone involved was so kind and helpful. The cleanup was excellent and my yard looked better after then before.
I highly recommend HomeMasters for any of your roofing needs. I will have them return to cover my gutters in the spring.
Five Stars 🌟 I’d give them more if I could.
Thank you Home Masters for making everything so easy for me.

Emilio and Alex did an excellent job cleaning our gutters and treating the roof. They were thorough, attentive, and took the time to listen when I explained the issues we’ve been experiencing with recent heavy rains. I’ve used Homemasters before—for both gutter cleaning and a full roof replacement—and I continue to be impressed by their professionalism. I’d absolutely hire them again. I also want to recognize Jim, who prepared our original estimates with care and clarity. All in all, a great team to work with from start to finish.
