We had a roof replacement done in January by Homemasters. Everything from the estimate process to the cleanup was done extremely well. Matt was very thorough in describing in great detail the proposed estimate, and the scope and timeline for the work. The crew was very efficient and the job turned out great.

I hired housemasters for replacing my roof. They were professional and did the work in 2 days. The crew was so friendly and worked hard. Very happy with the work they did.

I had my roof replaced by Homemasters and they did a fantastic job. I had at least three or four bids and while they were not the least expensive, they were the most professional, and the price was right in the ballpark. Recently had them out to clean my roof and the new gutters they installed as well and Emilio and Alex did a fantastic job. They were here on time when they said they would be, went right to work, cleaned up after themselves, very professional. Will definitely continue to work with Homemasters for maintenance on my new roof and gutters.

We were complete novices at purchasing a buildable lot for our new retirement home. Shan of Winsome Construction was kind enough meet us at the two lots that we were considering and give us his assessment of which lot was best to purchase for the size home we wanted. He further showed us some of the homes he was currently building. Shan connected us with a designer, and we were off and running. Jennifer, of Winsome Construction, was extremely helpful with all our interior selections such as flooring, countertops, hardware, plumbing and light fixtures. We also had a specific budget and throughout the entire building process the Winsome folks monitored our project’s costs so we completed our new home without breaking the bank. Amazing! Kevin, our project manager, was terrific and also had some wonderful suggestions. One clever idea was to hide our kitty litter box under a built-in top-opening bench in the back hallway off the garage entrance to the house. This bench is complete with several overhanging hooks for jackets and hats, and looks very attractive, and completely hides the litter box. The kitty entrance to this litter hideaway is on the opposite side of the ‘people’ entrance to the hall, and not visible to anyone entering the house. Winsome had many other great suggestions which we incorporated into our home, as well. We are thrilled with our new home and would highly recommend Winsome Construction for all your construction needs.

I am not a Winsome Construction customer but rather have developed their marketing materials for various properties and have gained real knowledge on the high quality, luxury work that they do. One particular property that really sticks out in my mind is their Pacific Seawatch Townhouses at the beach. Through developing their materials I was able to see all of the details from the blueprints all the way to the finished product. These properties had the most amazing, large scale windows allowing for the beautiful views to be seen from so many angles. You can tell that a lot of thought is put into each and every detail, which sets Winsome apart from other companies I have worked with. Their properties are truly high class beauty.

I've had the privilege of getting to know the owners of Winsome as a fellow local business owner. They operate their company with laser focus on creating a great environment for their employees, working thoughtfully with their sub-contractors, and ultimately delivering an excellent product to their customers. Raya Landscaping LLC has completed two major projects on my yard and we couldn't be happier with the results. Humberto and his crew are great to work with and do an excellent job for a reasonable price.

Humberto and Raya Landscape did the hardscape for a major redesign of our yard that included an ADU. Their attention to detail and the quality of the paver work was excellent. A very honest , reasonably priced and quality experience for us. We would definitely use them again in the future.

I simply cannot say enough good things about Raya Landscaping, Humberto and his crew. I've had them working at my house on multiple projects the past few months, around $17k worth, including laying a limestone patio, retaining walls (stone and wood), and paved walkways. First, they just do great work. Humberto will not settle for imperfect, and in all cases of changes or re-do's I asked for (because I'm a perfectionist), he was incredibly amenable and easy to work with (unlike many contractors who get annoyed or upset). They are punctual, responsible, so very polite and friendly, and leave the jobsite clean. Seriously, its the type of crew you want to invite inside for dinner. They have gone above expectations in pretty much every case. Also so importantly - Humberto actually does substantial work on each project, and is present almost 100% of the time the job is being completed. He is the owner, and one of the crew. I can't tell you how much a difference this makes, unlike other contractors who sell the project in and you hardly see them. I couldn't recommend a more trustworthy crew in all ways.

We were referred to Raya Landscaping by the salesperson at the pavers distributor. They know a lot of landscapers, so that alone was meaningful. Victor and Javier did an excellent job installing a new patio in our side yard and repairing our backyard patio that had begun sinking from erosion and tree root damage. They are personable and knowledgeable professionals, with a good eye for aesthetic choices. Also, Humberto Raya (the business owner) is a great communicator. He totally visualized what I wanted, and knew the answers to concerns I had about drainage issues. I highly recommend this company for professionalism, aesthetics and value.

Had Humberto come and remove some old wooden planters and replace with a stone one. His bid was about $1000 less than the next closest bid. The stone work was very well done. Part of the job was to relocate the drip irrigation system so it would cover the new structure and some pots. He did that but that zone wouldn’t respond to the controller. He made an attempt to fix it and it was clear he wasn’t proficient in irrigation. So we got a price reduction and hired an irrigation specialist to fix it. Turned it on and one of the drip heads didn’t work. There were a couple other minor issues I contacted him about but he never responded to fix them. Bottom line is if you have a pure stonework project, this company is fine. If irrigation involved, maybe not. If having a responsive company that returns to fix issues that pop up a week or two after is important to you, think again. On the other hand we did spend $1000(minus irrigation repair of $300) less than other companies would have charged. And they may have not done any better
