Constraction reviews in Tigard, Oregon

I recently hired TGR General Construction for a major project involving the removal of an old, rotting chimney that was causing air and moisture issues. They not only removed it efficiently but transformed the space by installing a beautiful sliding glass door, completely opening up my living room.

The team worked incredibly fast while maintaining attention to detail. They took extra care with debris management, covering walls and floors, and sealing off the work area to keep the rest of the house clean and undisturbed.

Special shoutout to their tile expert! I had a general idea of what I wanted for the new entryway, and he provided fantastic suggestions on tile selection, size, pattern, and placement. The result? A stunning entryway that exceeded my expectations.

Scott from TGR was exceptional in overseeing the project. He identified crucial details I hadn’t considered, like replacing a missing section of gutter and roof after the chimney removal. His proactive approach saved me from future headaches.

The entire team went above and beyond, completing the project in record time without compromising quality. I’m beyond impressed and would 1000% recommend TGR General Construction. I’m already planning to hire them again for future projects like my bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area renovations.

Thank you, TGR, for an outstanding job!

I got my roof done and I was happy with it. They were very professional and on time . They completed it so fast. They made sure all debris were not left behind. I plans yo use on using them other projects I have planned . Great company I would recommend

Working with TGR Construction has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish! The owner, Martin, runs the company with integrity and a clear passion for quality craftsmanship, while Shane, the project manager, made sure every detail was handled with precision and care.

From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, communication was excellent. Martin was upfront, honest, and transparent about costs and timelines — something that’s hard to find in this industry. Shane kept the project running smoothly, always checking in to make sure everything met expectations and often going the extra mile to make things perfect.

The quality of their work speaks for itself — everything was done on time, within budget, and with outstanding attention to detail. The crew was professional, respectful, and left the site clean every day.

If you’re looking for a construction company that delivers exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and real professionalism, TGR Construction is the one to call. Martin and Shane have truly set the bar high!

I had TGR build new front stairs for my house including a front door and porch cover. Their crew had a great attention for detail and worked out some tricky angles. They worked around existing landscaping and tied together all the elements.

We hired TGR for a kitchen remodel and had a really positive experience overall.

From the beginning, communication was clear and straightforward. The scope of work and pricing were explained well, and when questions came up during the project, they were addressed in a timely and professional way. We felt informed throughout the process.

The crew was respectful and worked hard. They showed up when they said they would and kept the work area as organized as possible. Any small adjustments that needed to be made were handled without issue.

The finished kitchen looks great. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show, and the space feels solid and well built. We've gotten a lot of compliments already, and it's made a big difference in how our home functions day to day.

Based on our experience, TGR runs their projects professionally and delivers quality work. We would use them again and feel confident recommending them to others considering a remodel.

Fast and friendly service

Efrain and his team were awesome! We are very happy with their work, efficiency, pricing, and communication

Efrain and his team did an awesome job installing drywall in my basement ceiling and building a wall to enclose the stairway. He was fast, communicative, fairly priced, and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with Bridgetown Contractors!

Positive: Professional, Quality, Responsive, Punctual, Value

Had terrible cork wall and another damaged wall skimmed and textured. Turned out beautifully. Installed sheetrock around new bathtub and had all the finish work done. It was intricate and matched perfectly. Today I had the entrance done. The header was not framed correctly (at a big slant) and walls were in bad shape (I had removed original wallpaper). Another fantastic job, even corrected header! Efrain can match any texture, does a great job, at a fair price and stands behind his work. He's the only contractor I will use for drywall.

Services: Repair drywall, Install drywall

Efrain is always my “go to” contractor when I need drywall. Not only does he do a great job at a fair price, he stands behind his work 100%. The quality of his work is top notch. On the rare occasion that there is an imperfection that requires him to send somebody back to touch it up, he will immediately come back and take care of it. I have recommended Efrain and Bridgetown to numerous friends and customers of mine and they have always been so happy with the quality of the work, the customer service and the fair pricing.

Bridgetown contractors installed drywall in about 800 square feet of my house. The quality of work was great and Efrain was very communicative and easy to work with throughout the process. They had the entire job done in 4 days including Sheetrock, tape, mud, and primer. I’m very happy with the end product!

Efrain and his team did an amazing job drywalling the area around our windows. I wish I would have had his contact for the other areas of our home. He was efficient, fairly priced, and did a great job matching the drywall and getting the reveal around the windows square.

Thanks!

Extremely satisfied with Efrain and his teams work. They did a Level 5 drywall installation in my basement and it looks perfect. I appreciate the professionalism, good communication, and competitive price.
