Constraction reviews in Tigard, Oregon

Humberto and his crew installed a paver patio in our backyard. The crew was very nice, conscientious, and did a fantastic job installing our patio.
I would recommend Raya Landscaping for any project you might have. Humberto even arranged to meet us at the paver store so that we could choose the stone in person rather than out of a catalogue.

I was very happy initially working with Humberto. Him and his crew did a great job to install a walkway and patio in my yard.

However, Humberto continually offered to help with my irrigation system. I was happy to take his help. My front yard zone was operational but the back yard zones were not. As part of the patio installation, they had trouble with the backyard zones and their fix was to completely turn off my irrigation system! My front yard zone is thus no longer operational. I find this "fix" unacceptable.

I tried reaching out numerous times to Humberto to put in a bid and to schedule a proper fix this. He has been unresponsive for 3 months.

Humberto Rayal and his crew did a wonderful job extending my brick paver patio. He made sure to find the closest match to the existing brick. It matches perfectly. They were so professional, careful and considerate and really nice to work with. Arrived and finished as scheduled. I’m thrilled with the result and highly recommend this company.

Humberto and his crew did a fantastic job! Quality is very good. In fact, Humberto saw the pavers that were partially installed the first day and did not like them (me too) as there was white caustic on the surface. He took them back and got new ones the next day. His crew is fast and efficient while maintaining good quality! The job site was clean after the job was done! Highly recommended!

Excellent service and very hard working team. We had another contractor back out on us at the last minute for installing a patio with pavers in our backyard as it's down a hill and he thought it was to much work. Raya came right over after we contacted him through Homeadvisor. They started working within three days and were finished in 4 more days, exceeding our expectations and at a fair price.

We have had Raya Landscaping do 2 big projects for us and would highly recommend them. They do excellent work and were great to work with.

I’ve been working with Dale and the team at TGR for some extensive home remodeling, both indoors and outdoors. Every step of the way, communication has been swift and clear, and they’ve been more than accommodating to any changes we’ve needed to the scope or timing of various parts of our project. Work is done both on time and very high quality, while maintaining more than fair pricing and working within budget.

In addition, we ended up having a bit of a flooding emergency (burst pipe unrelated to the work being done) and I reached out to Dale just to see if he had a recommendation for who I could call. Turns out TGR had the equipment and experience to handle it themselves, and had a team in my house doing damage mitigation in less than two hours.

Needless to say, TGR is going to be my first call for any and every job on my house from now on.

The company was always responsive to my initial inquiries and any questions. I first met the production manager who helped come up with plan. He was very knowledgeable and helped plan the most cost effective rebuild of my deck. Once we started his employees worked hard, cared about what they were doing and wanted to make sure the deck was perfect. When it was all done, it was even better than I expected. The employees were very proud and said it was a beautiful deck! I consulted other companies who were not helpful with my project. I highly recommend TGR General Construction.

Wow, of the hundreds of construction projects I have had done this company is the star. Start to finish in two weeks and they showed up every day rain or shine. The backyard paver and retaining wall project was hard access and we had a lot of rain. They are professional and had the best team who moved out probably 10 dump loads of dirt. They built a beautiful paver patio and retaining wall entertainment area in our backyard in the SW Hills. It looks fantastic and we had the best experience with them. The owner Martin was at the project at least once per day and handled all the details. We recommend them highly.

His employees are disrespectful, inconsiderate, and just plain rude. AND don’t clean up after themselves…. 0 stars if I could. 0/10 would not recommend.

Martin and his crews are fast, clean, and made sure to go over every detail of the project before wrapping up. Great work!

Shane is respectful and takes the time to find solutions. Highly recommended for bathroom remodel.

Martin and his team were great to work with. High quality work and totally worth the value. Would recommend them to any one.

Martin helped me with a great price for the work and professionalism during the whole project. Thank you so much to the team at TGR!

TGR completed a gorgeous, grand, and seriously solid patio cover for us. It's basically like a roof, complete with skylights. Incredible work, delivered on time, with conscientious workers, and great communication. Wow.

These guys were awesome on my house remodel! Affordable and efficient. Thank you Tony and team for your hard work. We love our new kitchen!

Had a wonderful interaction with Dale. He knows his stuff, listened to what I wanted. Helped think it through. Worked timely and delivered quality work. As always there are small misunderstandings but those where resolved well and timely. Would definitely recommend.

They did a great job. Very happy with results. They were a pleasure to work with.

Went through a whole house remodel with TGR; the crew was friendly, professional and helpful! Always willing to work with change orders, lots of good suggestions, and quick to make things right if something got missed.

The crew had a clear plan and executed it quickly. Given the magnitude of the job, they created a minimal disturbance. When they were done there was no residual mess. All-in-all a thoroughly professional job. Recommending to my friends and family!

Had a great experience with this company. Bid was competitive and work was excellent. Everyone who worked at my house was friendly and professional. The jobsite was maintained and always clean at the end of the day. I would definitely use them again in the future
