Nathan was very professional and polite. He did a great job. I had an area rug done and he warmed me it wouldn't take long and didn't want me to think he wasn't doing his job.

We have used Stanley steemer for years and been pretty happy with the service. However, Saul came and cleaned our carpets today. I couldn't be happier. He did an incredible job, he had fabulous customer service skills and was clearly very hard-working. The results speak for themselves.

Update: I added a star because Re-scheduling appointments through there phone system was sooo easy.

Juan is friendly, did my carpet cleaning, did a great job. He said he does about 2-3 passovers. Showed me how dirty it was on a clean white rag.
I probably won't sign up for there 1 year carpet cleaning plan like Juan suggested.

-2 ⭐️ because they used my water for the cleaning which I didn't know until time of service. Paid for expensive deodorizer for each room barely lasting all day, dollar tree sprays last as long.
And during payment there is a tipping option like at a restaurant. I did tip him enough for lunch but there shouldn't have been a % option during checkout.

Blake did an awesome job cleaning the master bedroom and two spare bedrooms at a newly purchased home! We were both surprised how much hair and debris that was there. The deodorizer worked great. Highly recommended.

I have 10 year-old carpets that’s never been cleaned. They actually came out pretty nice.
Joe was my service man & is extremely polite , well mannered and good work ethic.
Don’t know if it was his training or is up-bringing but it’s a pleasure to do business with an individual that represents his company & self as he does.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Joe. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and thorough with his explanations on the service he was going to provide for us today.
My wife and I were totally ecstatic over the service Joe performed.
He took extra care with our furniture and put protective pads underneath the wood legs on dressers and nightstands, so that the furniture was well protected, We even took advantage of the extended service protection program that we signed up for as well.

I’ve had Stanley Steamer out several times over the past 4yrs. Always a great experience. I appreciate that they’re prompt and easy to schedule with. The tracking technician feature has been handy, when trying to run errands during the service window. Each technician has been nice and respectful. They’ve given me l good deals on services and are always looking out for best price possible, which is greatly appreciated. They’ve succeeded in removing old stains from carpet, after a few other companies tried and couldn’t lift them. I’ve also had them clean my armchairs, one of which I thought was a loss after getting some oil & wine stains and it cleaned up so nice—looked brand new!

Matthew did a fantastic job and I am very happy with his detailed work. Thank you.

This is the second time we have had Brandon’s help and he is truly the best. He is so polite, humble and takes his time to be sure things are done right. He is a very hard working young man who deserves to go places in life! I highly recommend asking for him when requesting services from Stanley Steemer.

Gabe and Hunter were awesome. Both competent in their work, very friendly and both worked hard to do a good job cleaning my air ducks.

Update: They came out a third time. The young man was amazing and did an amazing job. All the spots were gone. Until the next morning ☹️ They'd all come back. I guess it's just time for a new carpet. Which isn't their fault. What is their fault is telling us that they were sure they could get those stains out and charging us over $300. The carpet looks no better than it did before they came. And we were out $357 (317 for clean + tips). If I known it wasn't going to make a difference I obviously would never have spent the money. And they obviously have had carpets they couldn't get cleaned before so they shouldn't be so reassuring that they could get everything clean.

We had a very nice and professional young man come clean our carpets. He did a good job but a few spots definitely need another go over. He said if the stains come back just call and we'll come spot clean. So we had them come out a week later.

The cleaner was friendly, but did an awful job. Not only did he ignore obvious areas (still dry, was not wet from cleaning), he apparently didn't use any product to clean, just water. Because the floor looks dramatically worse after his so called cleaning. Spots that came back that were faint are now super dark!!! This is unacceptable. Wish I could post pictures. It cost over $300 for 2 small rooms and stairs and looks terrible!!!

Casey did a great job and really took the time on my service. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable having him in my home. Good job.

So nice and explained all that was to be done. Efficient and worked very hard. I felt like they were very mature for I'm sure how young they were. Asked several times if they needed to do anything more to go over any area I felt they needed to. Of course everything was great.

Gavin was the best SS tech that I have ever had visit my home to clean my large area rugs and steam clean my kitchen and bathroom ceramic tile floors .
Gavin gets a 10/10 , SO professional and thorough - he took his work seriously and I am thrilled with the outcome !

Corbin did a great job today! Online scheduling was easy, Stanley Steamers arrived within 2 hours of me making the appointment. The receptionist that I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and there were no extra costs. Overall a great experience!

Due to my daughter having a procedure done at the hospital, I had 2 days to get everything ready for her to come home. The man did a wonderful job. He was here on time and after calling several places that kept saying they were weeks out, Stanley Steamer were able to fit me in in one day. Thank you so much. The carpets look amazing.

Brandon was amazing. He was highly professional did an excellent job was courteous respectful I would use them again in an instant. He cleaned three very dirty couches and they looked brand new when he was finished.

Employee was friendly and conversation of job being done was very comfortable. He worked efficiently and quick and I was happy with the work he did. Made a disaster of a carpet look amazingly better.

Tyler was so efficient, friendly, and explanatory in everything I asked him. Because he explained everything to me so patiently, I’ve now committed to the contract price for future visits for carpet and tile cleaning. My carpets look so fabulously clean, and I’m looking forward to the next visit with him. He was so prompt, helpful and kind!

Stanley Steemer does an excellent job! They are reasonably priced and do exactly what they say they will. They are also punctual and you can track them to see when they'll arrive. I highly recommend them!

Nathan and Juan were excellent Stanley Steamer representatives. They were very professional and took good care of us. They explained everything they were doing and how to get the best from our cleaning experience. As soon as Juan walked into my home he noticed that I had left a cleaning product on a wood table and advised that I not leave this kind of product on furniture because of the damage it could cause. I was so thankful for the quick response and impressed that he was so observant to the needs of the customer. Nathan took the time to answer all my questions and pointed out that a very expensive leather chair needed some extra care - which I will have him take care of when I request that he and Juan come back next spring to clean my carpets.
