Scheduled a call for a carpet cleaning online. I put that I was on the second floor, was added a $100 charge. Fine whatever. Technician gets there tells then tells us he wasn’t told he needed a portable and couldn’t do the job. Had to reschedule for the next day to get it cleaned. Was told 8-1 and when 2:30 came by I called to see if they were still coming. Dispatch told me that the job was canceled by the technician and they were supposed to call us to tell us why and no one called. Dispatch said that the portable job couldn’t reach our unit. We’ve had our carpet cleaned with Stanley before and never had a problem with it.
Not sure what is going on with this company.

Was also told manager would get a hold of us and so far nothing. I recommend that if you want your rugs cleaned, find someone who’s local and not spend your money on a corporate brand to do the work who’s not going to follow through.

Did a great job of cleaning my vents and returns. Also cleaned my dryer vent. They were very professional and thorough. Even showed me before and after pictures so I could see how much dirt was in my vents!

The guys did a great job and I left them a tip for their good work. Also had them apply the deodrizer and protection.

Bret & Tanner just left after 5 hours cleaning our roof and it looks amazing!!! They were running ahead of schedule, so they called to make sure it would be ok to start early. They introduced themselves when they arrived, were very friendly and asked if I had any questions when they were finished. Everything was completely cleaned up when they were done. I highly recommend them and will be starting yearly service with them so our roof does not need such an intense cleaning in the future.

I had the roof of our house, garage and shed brushed and cleaned of moss. All roof treated with zinc. Gutters cleaned. Debris collected and taken to compost pile. I can’t say enough about what an amazing job they did. My husband and I couldn’t be happier. They are very professional and do meticulous work. I will always hire Oregon Wash.

Fantastic service! Brett showed up right on time and got to work quickly. We had our gutters cleaned and roof treated for moss. Brett did an amazing. He even got up on the highest peak of the house where other companies had said it was too steep to get to and treated the moss there. Really appreciated his attention to detail. He is a hard worker and very nice young man. Thank you. Will definitely use Oregon Wash again.

Ahmed did an excellent job of power and window washing as we prepped our house for sale. He is very considerate and detailed and even threw in a couple things I hadn’t thought of just because he saw it was needed toward helping our house look its best. I would trust him implicitly.
