Cloud9 was easy to schedule and they did a great job! We scheduled them for a move-in clean with carpet cleaning, duct cleaning and general house cleaning and everything was on time, professional and respectful! Would recommend and use them again!

I’m on cloud 9. My home was way over due for a cleaning and the ladies tackled it like champs. Too much to do the first time but what they tackled was great. I’m looking forward to their next visit.

Recently (APR 17, 2024): Luce came out for House Cleaning Services (four hours). She Was confident, communicative, and proud of her work. Again, we were thankful about the work ethic presented throughout the four-hour cleaning window. We look forward to continuing to work with Cloud 9. Also, the prices that Alicia and Jeremy set for their companies' work cannot be matched.

We used Cloud9 for the 2nd time recently for a last minute upholstery cleaning and we LOVE them and the results. The team is super friendly, super responsive and quick, and the cleaning is excellent and thorough. Our 100 lb dog peed on the couch and after 3 hours with their service tech, it looks and smells brand new. I will absolutely hire them again and recommend them 10/10

Cloud Nine has always been my "goto" cleaning service. I use them because they make signing up very easy, they are always punctual, hire very pleasant and reliable staff, and do a good job cleaning my home. People on telephone are also personable and helpful. Their price is right.

Superior customer service, along with superior work. Had the ducts cleaned in my new house and had all the windows washed. Felt like an even newer house when the technician was finished. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Cloud 9. They felt like family.

Thanks to David! We liked how our carpets and windows look after cleaning, all spots and smell gone. We have cat, dog and one year old, I was afraid about chemicals and their scent. But we are very satisfied with all of this, you can sense a smell but it is not so bad you don’t have to stay away from the house. No rash or any other reaction from my pets and the baby. We were almost all the time at home and started using the cleaned area right after the job was done, our carpet was a little wet but not soaked.

I have used Cloud 9 for about 5 years. My carpet looks fantastic after they cleaned them. Have recommended them to my HOA and they used them for cleaning our vents and again a great job. They have a great reputation in my community and I see their trucks here alot. I would use only cloud 9 for carpet, upholstery and window cleaning. Great customer service and very reasonable in prices.

Adam came over and took care of our second floor carpet needs. He was professional, kind, and efficient. He worked with us to move our stuff around and was very patient as we needed to move our cats from room to room as he went about cleaning. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was very helpful when I scheduled our appointment, he was polite and accommodating. The vents were throughly cleaned and now we can actually hear air coming through them. We will definitely be calling again in a couple years to have them cleaned and maintained.

I had a great experience with Armando at Cloud 9. He arrived on time, cleaned every window in my house inside and out including the sky lights. I also opted to have screens and tracks cleaned and he did a great (hard) job. I am extremely pleased with the windows and the cost. I may have the windows cleaned every year instead of every 15 years! Highly recommend Cloud 9 for window cleaning.
