We got our carpets cleaned June 19th. The guy was in and out so fast I really was not expecting that, like not even 15 minutes inside... It smelled good after he was done so that’s nice but I never seen a stain guard anything but I paid extra for that.

The whole reason I wanted this done was because we have animals and a baby that just started crawling. The babies shirt was always getting dirty from the carpet from learning to crawl. After the carpets dried I expected her shirt not to be so dirty but nope still getting dirty as usual lol. I think the person cleaning the carpets went up and down quickly with the machine but that’s it, I can almost bet the same spot of carpet wasn’t cleaned twice. It got a few darker stains out so that’s cool but I am going to have to clean my carpets again this weekend till the water runs clean.

It’s been so fun having your girls here to clean. It is so frustrating to me being disabled and not able to do a lot of the cleaning and watch the dust become thick! Luc was working in the kitchen and I mentioned to her how much I wished I could still do the cleaning. She said, it’s so therapeutic, isn’t it? I like that attitude, it makes an atmosphere in the house! And Anna made our upstairs bedroom seem like a completely new room!

Good job, but overpriced. 2 workers for 2.5 hrs for $296 is a bit much for only upstairs (about 2100 sq ft)

Fantastic! Im already thinking of what other services I’m going to have Cloud 9 do for me! The guys who came to do my windows were kind, professional, and fast!! I appreciate the details, like they wore foot protectors when coming in the house, and the work they did was perfection! Tracks and windows are sparkling clean, in and out.
I will recommend Cloud 9 to anyone and will for sure use them again!

Cloud 9 was great! I was referred by my sister after she had her vents cleaned. I had a house vent cleaning and also dryer vent cleaning. They came in and did the work and were professional and courteous of our space. I would use again!

We had a great carpet cleaning experience with Cloud 9. We were able to schedule it on a day and time that was convenient for us, we got a great quote and were able to take advantage of a special discount for protectant. David, our tech, arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, explained what he was going to do, and completed the job quickly. The carpet looks great! FYI, we moved all of the small furniture and vacuumed before he arrived, which really speeded up the process. We will definitely use Cloud 9 again.

David arrived on time and did a very thorough and professional job washing all our windows inside and out by himself. He was careful with our things and was a good communicator. I have used Cloud 9 before for window washing and other services and they always send people who know what they are doing.

Cloud9 cleaned a small couch, ottoman and a large shag area rug. Very happy with the level of stain removal. We loved the scent of the cleaning products!

Edit: The owner says we were too hard on “the poor girls who do the cleaning”… maybe train them to actually clean. I am not being picky, they did a terrible job if they were really cleaning for ten hours. The photos speak for themselves.

We used Cloud9 for a move out clean after our tenants moved out. We intended to hire them for a four hour clean as what was advertised on their website to get some of the worst cleaning done and then we would finish the rest.

There was some miscommunication and they ended up sending multiple cleaners and charged me for 10 hours of cleaning. They did refund some of the 10 hours but even what they charged me was too much considering the quality of the job.

The cleaners were instructed to focus on cleaning the kitchen and the bathrooms. It looked like they spent 20 minutes on each bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen cabinets, backsplash, appliances were all still dirty. The cleaner told me she spent 2 hours cleaning the kitchen which is shocking considering it’s like 15 sqft.

I’m really confused what they spent their time doing given that this house is only 1500 sqft and they did not clean the floors. For 10 hours of cleaning, I would expect my house to be sparkling clean.

Our Cloud 9 duct cleaning technician was prompt, polite, and did a fantastic job. We were very pleased and would recommend Cloud 9 wholeheartedly!

"David H" was very professional , polite and efficient and did a great job cleaning our carpets and windows . He didn't waste any time setting up and completed the jobs of carpet cleaning and window cleaning quickly -even though working solo. He got some old stains out of the carpet and the windows are spotless. We have used Cloud 9 in the past and they have done great work for a reasonable price.

Cloud nine is the best. My friend recommended them and we use them for carpet cleaning and will use them for more services. They were prompt, attentive and very professional. Did a great job on cleaning our carpet. It looks amazing.!

I have been a Cloud Nine customer for about 8 years, which is a testament to the quality of service I have received during that time. Cleaners come once a month and provide a thorough cleaning to the living areas I want them to concentrate on--vacuuming/washing all floors, cleaning all surfaces in kitchen including sink, microwave and refrigerator and leaving bathrooms clean, sparkling and fresh smelling. Light dusting of furniture and ceilings are also done. Cleaners are efficient, courteous and arrive on time. I have come to rely on Cloud Nine as an essential service as I am getting older and am less able to do the cleaning myself.

Amazing job! We had a week to get our carpets cleaned before having to vacate our rental home due to a quick turn-around move from OR to CO. I visited the website, submitted an inquiry and within minutes I received a call. I was quoted over the phone, and scheduled for my preferred day and time. Everything from start to finish was efficient, timely and professional. My husband even said to me after they were done “we should have found them sooner”.
