Absolutely AMAZING! Bryce and Haley cleaned our carpets on a hot day, and they did a supurb job! We have used traditional cleaners before and we will ONLY use Chemdry moving forward. On other methods, there were still stains that I never thought would come out...but Chemdry was able to get ALL of them out....stains I thought were permanent!

I also love that the carpets are way less wet than traditional carpet cleaning methods, which feels much safer for carpet life, versus soaking the carpet and pads in a ton of water.

From our first interaction with Brenda, who helped me book it, she was amazingly warm and personable, and Bryce and Haley who came were also rockstars. Simply an amazing company and team.

We will ONLY use Sweets Chemdry in the future.

***update 8 months later, as of 1/3/2023, ABSOLUTELY go with Chemdry. On traditional soap carpet cleaners, they always seemed to leave reside that we found often attracted dirt. So it looked great at first, but after 2 months, seemed to ATTRACT dirt.

Not Sweets! It has been 8 months and the carpets still look great. I will never use traditional carpet cleaners again. Thank you Sweets!

Update July 2023: Carpets STILL look amazing. With traditional carpet cleaning, we have sometimes found the residual soap made our carpets look WORSE in 2 months or more. (Stain grabber).

Not with sweets Chem dry, it's now been 14 months, and the carpets look great. Thank you so much sweets!

I've had our carpet cleaned a couple times, and this appears to be the cleanest it has gotten!

my only frustration was that I had an 8am appointment (it was not a window for arrival, it was 8am arrival), at 8:10 I get a phone call from a Hawaiian number saying the technician was still 45 minutes away. I understand that traffic and other factors can change schedules, but an earlier heads up would have allowed me to adjust other items as well. I was very grateful that the tech was very quick, and thorough, allowing me to somewhat catch back up.

Byron showed up early. He and Marissa did a fabulous job on our carpets and were totally professional. Very nice people to deal with. I will recommend to my friends and absolutely use them again!

Great Job. Carpet was clean after they left, technicians were polite and price was on point. Will definitely be using their services again. With several pets in the house it is difficult to deep clean. However Sweets did a great job!

We just had all of the carpet cleaned in the entire house including the stairs. They did a fantastic job! Very professional. My only negative is that we were told it should be dry in 4 hours or so with the ceiling fans on and the heat set to 72 degrees. We did that and I am here to tell you it took every bit of 24 hours. It's fine but we waited almost 48 before we put furniture back into place just to be sure.

Sweets has been a long time Sherwood company with an exceptional reputation. Their attention to customer service and cleaning details ranks at the top. We'd recommend them to our closest friends and plan to use them again next time we need carpet cleaned. Thanks for the great customer service!

Great service. Friendly, explained each step in process. Price takes a big jump if pet stains are present. Highly recommend Chem Dry on it's quality. I understand having to justify using some equipment but the minimum charge idea is only justified on larger jobs,( multiple rooms). I had a small job, (one room). Happy with results though.

Easy scheduling, received an email with available times shortly after submitting my info.
The tech that came was on time, very friendly and quick. Got 3-week old cat urine stains out of our light carpet.
Pricing seemed very reasonable.

Great service. Very quick to come out and give an estimate. No pressure. Flexible scheduling. Everything turned out great! Had all carpets, one couch and a few throw rugs cleaned. We had one small issue with a throw rug but Sweets Chem Dry was quick to come pick it up and get it fixed right away.

I had Sweet's Chem-Dry clean my whole house carpets, after 2 years. Ash was my carpet cleaner and the young man did such a nice job. My guests raved about how nice and clean my house looked. Super pleased with the work they did! Highly recommend.

We recently had our carpet and stairs cleaned by Sweets Chem-Dry. They were extremely professional, both while scheduling my appointment and delivering on their service. I have an off-white carpet and was a little concerned that seven grandchildren had soiled it so much as to ruin it. After Sweets Chem-Dry finished with the cleaning it came out like new. I will definitely be using their carpet cleaning service again.

Byron, the technician who cleaned my carpet for me was wonderful -- did such a great job! He was professional and friendly. He had an earlier appt time available than the one I originallyh, and called to offer it to me. I said yes because it worked out better for my schedule. I appreciate very much Byron's hard work and efficiency. I will definitely contact Sweets Chem-Dry next time I need carpet cleaning. Thank you!

Easy to get an appointment that worked for us. Team arrived slightly before appointed time after calling to let us know about half an hour before they arrived. The two workers were polite and very neat, taking care to clean up any water that dripped on hardwood floors surrounding carpets and rugs. Carpets dried quickly and look great. Very satisfied with service.

The quality of service was outstanding! I made a call before the Thanksgiving holiday rush on a new-to-us home purchase and Sweets Chem Dry was able to schedule us in and have us professionally cleaned within 2 weeks. The carpeting in the bedrooms, hallway and stairs cleaned up beautifully including an older carpet that had gunsmithing oil stains which were pulled right out. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

I've used Sweets Chem Dry several times since 2007 and happy with the same technician which is the reason for 2 stars today instead of 1, but they cancelled on me last minute last week and again for today's rescheduled appt partway through my appt arrival time. I had already moved all my furniture for the cleaning!! With company arriving soon. They really didn't seem to care about the impact, their recurrent canceling, and couldn't schedule me this week for yet another rescheduled appt. Offered an apology but no solutions or service recovery. So I googled same day carpet cleaning vancouver and contacted Seahorse and Top Notch carpet cleaning based on reviews. Within minutes both contacted me and one offered appt for today and one for tomorrow. Step up your game Sweets Chem Dry.

I've been using Sweet's for years, and love them. Setting up an appointment is always easy and convenient, and the carpets always look great. I am familiar with their team, and recognize the techs, as they've been the same ones returning for years. (We have even started using Sweet's to do the carpets at my office).

I am impressed with how well the carpet has been cleaned. Great communication from the beginning. Arrived within the said time frame, with a proper 10 minute ETA phone call.
Set up was quick, the carpets were so dirty and when the carpet cleaners left, the carpet smelled fresh and looked very clean.
My dry time took much longer than being told it would. From said 3 hours to 48 hours was a long time difference. I am STILL VERY PLEASED with the outcome and believe that my carpet was so moist because they really needed to work it and it received more cleaning.
I will do now an every 6-month cleaning, which will keep the carpets looking good and the dry time should cut down.

2/21/18 We are very happy with Sweets Chem-Dry company. The technician called and gave us a time when he would arrive and when here was very respectful. The areas to be cleaned were measured and I was given a firm price. It was very, very close to what was quoted when I called to make the appointment. We wanted a couch and some carpet cleaned, he did an awesome job. The couch turned out beautifully! The technician listened to our concerns about an area of carpet our older dog has wet on, and suggested a treatment for the carpet. It cost extra and is worth it! That area of carpet is clean and no more smell. Thank-you so much, Alice
